BORANG 2 TAKES AWAY THE FREEDOM OF CHOICE FOR OUR ARMED FORCES.

LIKE PAS Director of Operations, Dr Dzulkefly said this is a tough one frought with many barriers, and barriers within barriers.
PAS is seeking permission to enter the camps to do house to house campaigning. If that does not happen, they are willing to do it across the fence....2 barriers already.

PAS Youth is adamant about getting the EC to come clean and do away with Borang 2 for postal votes. A serial number on Boran 2 will reveal who our soldier boys voted for. A concerted effort in this direction would help.

In my first posting announcing the by-election I asked MAFREL, as the only recognised election watch-dog to convince the EC to allow them to supervise the postal voting in the bases.

I for all, call for the total abolition of the postal votes except for overseas students, overseas Malaysians and any Malaysian
who are out of the country but eligible to vote. Stories abound about how our overseas Malaysians are given the runaround by our Embassy people.

We are not in a state of war. The army, navy and police have trucks galore. These should be used to transport our officers to the polling centres. At Merdeka parades a big portion of our armed forces are on display and still nobody DARED to attack us. Are we afraid that the country will be attacked during by-elections. COME OFF IT!

IF OUR ARMED FORCES WILL BRAVE ANY ENEMY
THEY MUST BE BRAVE ENOUGH TO STAND UPTO SAY:
DON'T MESS WITH OUR SACRED RIGHT TO CHOOSE.

WHAT SOME OF OUR UNIFORM UNITS REVEALED

Election Win

The politician was sitting at his campaign headquarters when the phone rang. He listened intently, and after a moment his face brightened. When he hung up, he immediately phoned his mother to tell her the good news.

"Ma," he shouted, "the results are in. I won the election!"

"Honestly?"

The politician's smiled faded. "Aw, heck, Ma, why bring that up at a time like this?"

There is no other way, the soldier must go voting like any other citizens. No more filling up form with the name, service numbers and unit attach with the ballot paper!!!
the soldiers must be allowed to vote freely without any threat that has been going on for as long as the postal vote was introduced.
This must change!!! Cheating, suppression and threat must stop now.I know it very well as what has happened in the camp. unless the soldiers are smart and brave and know their rights.

Bagan Pinang. Unless the armies are allowed to vote freely, it is an uphill battle for PR.

A friend who was once incharge of voting from the army said that he has to ensure that they will give 100% support to BN or he wll be in trouble.
So what can you do unless MAFREL is on hand to see the voter.

Every year thousands of serviceman retired from service. Some goes on transfer to other units. If they voted in GE 12 last year, their names will still be on the list for the by election as postal voter for the Bagan Pinang.WHO WILL VOTE FOR THEM

The idiotic Deputy Defence Minister says : "a soldier can only take part in politics after he or she retires!

What does it means folks?
It is plain and simple...all votes MUST GO to BN.!

So we have a different sets of laws for silly and stupid soldiers, aren't they citizens too?

THIS IS ROBOTICS OR SOLDIERS?

IF A SOLDIER CANNOT HAVE ANY CHOICE MIGHT AS WELL MAKE ALL OF THEM BARUAH'S!

SO THE THREE SERVICES IN THE ATM HAVE 180,000 VOTES ALL FOR BN ONLY!

It really makes me worried that if our soldiers are so easily cowed into giving away their votes so easily because of this "fear" of a "threat", what exactly will they do when confronted by a real threat!! Chuck their guns and run?

We can all plead until the cows come home but it will not happen. The EC chairman will ensures that. The postal vote is BN's holy grail. Without it they will not be the government today.

If only Pakatan is creative, this obstacle can be overcome.

Forgot the wives and children of the uniformed guys who are also eligible to vote?

Reach out to them through leaflets at markets, shops, supermarkets around (outside) the residential compunds of the uniformed staff.

Engage the wives through the Wanita units of Pakatan Rakyat parties on how the fairer gender is finding it better with PR rule in the remaining 4 states.

Have special ceramahs for wifes of the uniformed staff - just outside the compunds of the restrcited places.

Make it really exclusive for the female gender and get the Wanita units to go on the offensive in a gentle manner.

Identify children of these uniformed staff who are weak in their studies and offer sincere help. Go to the nearby schools to identify such students with help from 'PR friendly' teachers and start working on this engagement.

The children go to school in 'armed forces' trucks (school buses). Be at schools after classes are over and pass leaflets to them. Say that it is for their parents. Better still, mark these brochures clearly that it is 'FOR VOTING ADULTS'. Surely some will find their way to the adults in the homes.
