GOD WILLING IDZAN ISMAIL....GOD WILLING.

YESTERDAY, I put up a post to announce the Debate GMI has organised for 9 May at the Dewan Civic, Petaling Jaya. GMI invited PEWARIS who says YES TO ISA to this debate. As a blogger who wants to see the total abolition of the ISA, I too want to know why Pewaris says YES TO ISA. I too like to engage Pewaris on this occasion.

I got this feedback from a regular commentator who comes in to dispense her venom on all and sundry. This morning she crossed the line: She wrote:

i wonder what is your justification in saying that the detainees have done haram acts?for an act to be haram or illegal, it must be proven in court, i believe uve heard that there is an institution called court?and there is an established principle called due process. i believe we dont have to be geniuses to actually be aware of that.

perhaps if you have the time, you can go read islamic jurisprudence by hashim kambali and also jurisprudence book by curzon.good luck!
