If we were to list down all the funny & suspicious decisions our judges have made, it will exceed the Encyclopedia Brittanica and Eusoff Chin's cases will occupy half of it.
Only 2 days ago the High Court ruled they could not interfere in the Parliamnetary Speaker's decision to suspend Gobind. Yet in Perak they decided Sivakumar could be over-ruled and allowed rogue cops to to be physically carry him out of the State Assembly!
Then the legal State Govt was thrown out without them being allowed to vote, based on a motion tabled by a Deputy Speaker who had no authority and voted on by only BN members!!
How can the AG NFA the RCI case against Eusoff Chin and Lingam by saying they could not locate the witneses who had testified with damning evidence at the RCI? Did they contact the witness' lawyers or did they leave every stone unturned in their underzealousness?
Leo Gwo Burne who took the videos of Lingam and authenticated them can be located in PJ with 1 phone call. My 90 year old grandmother can locate him in 5 minutes if she wanted to but the Police and AG can't?
If this is the justice you are favouring, you must be part of the same MAFIA that has infiltrated and abuses every nook and corner of our law enforcement agencencies and judiciary, including the office of the AG.
