Now minister nazri has claimed in parliament that what this low life lawyer did is not illegal but merely immoral.
Interestingly this is adequate for the bar council to disbar this low life and the previous cj usop chin from practising as a lawyer . The members of the commission had at least 2 judges [shankar and ano ] and zaitoon, a lawyer. now the court will not find this low life lawyer guilty but the bar council can take steps to remove the erring lawyers from their roll . at least there will be some moral victory for the people.
from my point of view - whether the indian dominated bar council [with an indian president ] and many indian members are willing to throw out the bad lawyers base on the flawed character judgement -which the minister i/c of law nazri [also a lawyer] has confirmed.
we malaysians are waiting for the bar council for some action!
