With 28 BN ADUNs + 3 frogs against 28 PR ADUNs, they will pass a vote of no-confidence against Nizar. Nizar will then be "legally" ousted. This is why BN was so desperate to replace Sivakumar with Ganesan last Thursday, even to the extent of using goons to physically remove Sivakumar. FYI, the FRU cordoned the SUK well before the court judgement was announced.
