STOP WRECKING THE NATION, SAYS KU LI

I read this on Malaysiakini today. My Question: IS THIS AN OPEN LETTER TO THE KING, THE SULTAN OF PERAK, THE SITTING PM, THE ABOUT-TO-SIT PM2B, THE PERAK JUDICIARY, THE PERAK POLICE CORP? Events that unfolded yesterday seems to indicate that mayhem was cheorographed to the T. To the ordinary rakyat, it was a shameless act of abduction, that only the wisdom of a King Solomon can address!

TRH reprimanded:

Those who blithely ignore the constitution for political ends are wrecking the foundations of this country to further their own interests. And this must stop, said veteran Umno leader Tengku Razaleigh Hamzah.

Responding to the Perak crisis, which witnessed more bizarre twists yesterday, including a state assembly sitting being convened under a tree, he lamented that "one of our most prosperous states has been reduced to a failed state."

He said Barisan Nasional's takeover of Perak has set off a chain-reaction of illegality which has left the state quite possibly without a legitimate government.

"One lie leads to many lies. Each bad action leads to a cascade of follies. Particularly when the lie or violation concerns something very basic.

"This is a principle we teach our children. It is a simple but universal truth now being demonstrated in Perak," he said.

Constitution becomes a dead piece of paper

Tengku Razaleigh said with each violation, the sense of decency and restraint and the habits that bind us to the constitution are loosened.

The confidence in the rule of law that makes civilized life possible is diminished, he pointed out.

"Laws are invisible things. They are exist only when they are understood and observed.

"When the government of the day ignores foundational principles such as the separation of powers, the constitution becomes a dead piece of paper," he said.

"But the constitution is not just any law. It is the set of laws that founds our nation, defines its basic principles, guarantees our individual rights and prescribes the structures, duties, and powers which make a national community possible.

"It is the foundation and source of the legal authority underlying the existence of Malaysia," added the former finance minister.

King Solomon was asked to decide on who a child, in dispute, belonged to. There was the real mother and there was the other, THE URSURPER MOTHER, who claimed that the child was hers. In his wisdom, sans DNA testing, wise King Solomon decreed that the child be cut into half and the two ladies get equal share. One lady, agreed. The other said, "No give it to her. Better that the child lives." King Solomon gave the child back to the real mother.

KING SOLOMON,

WHOEVER YOU ARE,

IF YOU CANNOT MAKE

A SENSIBLE DECISION,

JUST FADE AWAY,

AND LET THE

PEOPLE OF PERAK

DECIDE ON

THE ONLY WAY

TO GET BACK

THEIR CHILD!

Is it true that the two renegade PKR frogs who swore to be friendly independents, were seen coming out of the Perak Palace. That says a lot, NO?

Hi zorro,
Are we to infer the Sulan of Perak had a tete-a-tete with those two (yet to be cleared of corruption by the courts)slimeballs?

It is indeed mind-boggling to see scums of the land leaving the palace. It says a lot about our royalty, doesn't it?

They say old wine taste better with age. Likewise, elderly politicians should be wiser and matured to think rationally. With the likes of Khairy and the former PM's son, we can try to understand these 2 young hotshots who act as if they still suck their mother's milk. Compared to Tok Guru with his wisdom whenever he speaks with a strong fatherly advice. But for the PM's age, we are all totally disappointed. Maybe his mind is preoccupied with his new bride and natural human need. And with the mindset of the incoming new PM, we are not too sure he is really matured or elderly enough to think rationally. Maybe he is preoccupied with fond memories of the murdered Mongolian. In Malaysia, age does not necessarily reflect wisdom as you grow older. On the contrary, it makes you desiring to be more powerful, corrupt and abusive. Especially those who are in their 50's and 60's residing in Putrajaya. Somehow the natural process of aging takes a different dimension when you are a politician in Malaysian. This has to be a new study subject in our medical faculties at our Universities. Why do our elderly politicians all seem to degenerate into gutter filth instead of leading the Nation to greater heights and achievements?

When evil rules
We don’t play its game
Go by the rule of law
Tell the people
There is always hope

Though we see
The onslaught many
Defying conventions
Playing the 3R’s
Evading the issues

Spinning doctored statements
Sounding so hollow in our ears
Harm Noh thinks it is its rights
Branding its kind of law

Every facet of institution
Harm Noh uses it with full measures
The people feel cheated
In the game of politics

PR I think knows the game
Yet it can’t steep low as them
In the end PR is no better
The devil wins

Play with sincerity
Rule of law and pray
Every avenue must be pursued
Fight the battle on moral grounds
For darkness will disappear
When light finally shines

How right Ku Li is. But who is listening? Certainly not those in the BN and certainly not Bodohwi and Najib. And certainly not the civil services like Police, MACC and Judiciary which are now an extension of umno.

Hell will be filled up first with the unjust, or something like that. I believe Islam places a far heavier burden on true justice having to be administered by those responsible than the normal courts. We may not see this happen here in our country.

But rest assured that for the unjust, their punishment awaits, and sure and true shall be this punishment.

And just perhaps we may get to see it ourselves, God Willing.

Tengku Razaleigh has announced in his blog that Perak should be returned to the people to decide who should govern the state.

Will Tengku be able to privately sway the Sultan of Perak to be King Solomon?

We must be careful when we accept this so-called old wine in a new bottle. he was partof the problem and his grand design failed to unseat the incumbent during his time. He is coming back to take what he forgot to take the first time.Ramlax

The current so called Constitution Crisis in Perak was done in purpose by the parties to create chaos and to frighten the people for voting the other Party. Such situation may be successful if the people feared the situation will make the current economic situation worse. Maybe...juz maybe the initiator of Crisis will succed due to the Economic factor.

1) I think you are old enough to know that TRH is playing politics. Do you really think that if he becomes the PM of a so called a UNITY GOVT (if Anwar consented of course), that he would not be doing the same thing BN/UMNO is doing?

2) Honestly, I do not understand why PR do not just bite the bullet and fight another day? Is it that hard to admit defeat?

3) FYI, MAJORITY of people in Malaysia do not support PR. The proof is PR did not became the federal govt in GE12. In Perak it did became a govt only because many BN supporters and sympathizer voted in protest of Pak Lah premiership.

4)A lot of people who voted for PR in the GE12 in Perak were Malays and do you honestly think what Siva, Nga and Ngeh are doing in Perak will be viewed positively by them?

5) If PR is so for the RAKYAT, why don't they work with MB Zambry to try tackle the economic problems of Perak? Wouldn't this project a more positive image of PR to not just the people of Perak but Malaysians as a whole?

6) What is happening here is basically the lackness of maturity in politics. Maybe you all should watch this video to have a better idea how mature politician should/would act in the face of defeat :

Cheers.

Ku Li is merely saying things we already have understood and his effort is therefore quite redundant. Isn't he trying to gain publicity? We do not forget that he belongs to supremacist umno and that umno somehow always thinks that it has a divine right to rule all along. In that sense we don't need another devil to quote scriptures to us.

Ku Li is probably the only sane voice in a depraved Umno drowned in a sea of stupidity, lies, hatred, bigotry. Umno's pustch, modelled on Adolf Hitler's rise to power, has enraged the nation. Ku Li should now join the Pakatan struggle to free the nation from thugs, rapists, muggers, psychopaths who are hunkered down in the Umno bunker.

Former Lord President Tun Mohamed Suffian Hashim repeatedly insisted in his foundational written texts that in Malaysia,
“the constitution” and nothing but the constitution is “the supreme law of the land.”

“Malaysia cannot afford to see constitutional principles imperilled, and constitutional processes jeopardised”

— “not even out of an understandable impatience, or a conscientious determination, to see the urgent political and practical problems of the day speedily resolved.”

- Devine Intervention works Wonders.

How "Desperate" & "Pathetic" can our PM wannabe get to be, to CONTINUE pursueing this "FUTILE" Perak "Hung Exco" issue when the logical would be to "dissolve" the assembly.

We are witnessing the Desperate PM wannabe "Gutter Politics & Law of the Jungle" vs the Perak ex MB YB dato' Seri Mohd Nizar's & Dewan Speaker YB Sivakumar's courage, integrity and mental clarity in the face of grave adversity.

God Almighty “Hears & Feels” the Call, the Pain & the Despair of our “Defenders” & the downtrodden rayaat.

Remember “What goes round, will come round to these Desperate UMNO Ketetuanan Beggars” - Past, Present & Future.

The “Opressors” will “FAIL” & God Almighty will ensure “Justice” will be done.

Do keep up your “Prayers” to God Almighty in your own way for “Sanity, Human Rights, Justice, Freedom, Equality & Peace to “Prevail” over “EVIL”

John Quincy Adams:

“Patience and perseverance have a magical effect before which difficulties disappear and obstacles vanish.”
….AND MIRACLES APPEAR !

May God bless, guide & protect its Defenders of Truth, Justice, Equality & Freedom, this great nation, its remaining assets & its Anak Bangsa Malaysia forthwith.

Late in the Ming period there was one a judge who has a twin brother
What happened was his twin brother brought to him for a murder conviction. This judge passed the death sentence on the other twin brother of his. Late one night he went to the prison prior to the execution. He asked his twin brother to leave and he took his place. Can we have
our judges having the priority to serve as honourable judges I am sure what happened in Malaysia is a clear blanket order to serve the UMNO and not the ppl.
