ECM Libra FInancial Group Berhad has a stake in Pos
Malaysia Berhad (PMB) through it's acquisition of Avenue Capital Resources in 2006.

That deal left a bitter taste in the mouths of those knowledgeable in the financial world as it was a clear case of insider's trading.

Note that Khairy Jamaluddin was a Director of Investment in ECM Libra in 2004 before he tendered his resignation after this infamous debacle.

However, Pak Lah's closest crony, Dato' Seri Kalimulla is currently the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of ECM Libra.

Recently, PMB was given the job of giving out the cash rebates to replace of fuel subsidy. It is quite odd on why JPJ was not given this role but instead it was given to a postal service company.

Instead of the more efficient and more relevant job function of the JPJ, these cash handouts responsibility were thrusted into the already mountainous variety of services PMB had to handle.

The only defence that Pak Lah might see the appropriateness of this move is the many branches of post offices nationwide which the public can easily have access.

But now, let's see how Pak Lah and his cronies get extra money out of this purportedly 'for the rakyat' act of selflessness.

For every transaction, PMB will get 10 sen commission on every RM10
of that RM625 and RM150 (for cars and motorcycles respectively).

That means, for every transaction, PMB will get RM6.25 for cars and RM1.50 for motorcycles in the form of transaction fees.

There is about 11 million cars and 8 million motorcycles in this
country at the moment. Let's do the math :

RM6.25 x 11 millions = RM68.8 million (for cars)

RM1.50 x 8 millions = RM12 million (for motorcycles)

A cool total of RM81 million for the whole exercise per year.

Even if we use pareto principle and apply the 80/20 ratio, RM65
million (80% out of RM82 million) would still fall in their hands.

And this does not include the commission from RM200 subsidy to be given to each fishermen in the country!

With RM117 million already paid out during the first day, I wonder how much PMB will collect by March 2009.


This role was given to PMB and not JPJ because PMB is a public listed company (read: profit oriented) while JPJ is a government owned entity (read : no cost to public).

It's even funnier that those who own cars 2,000cc and above were told to claim their RM200 rebate from the JPJ, not PMB.

Why is this? Well, there are not many people with cars above 2,000cc in Malaysia anyway.

And JPJ do not impose any fees. This cunning way of trying to 'help' the poor while at the same time enriching oneself is very much prevalent in Pak Lah's administration.

What's worse, they are emptying the nation's coffers (from the
Treasury) in the form of cash rebates and transfer a percentage of it into their own pockets (through fees paid into PMB and ultimately into ECM's bank accounts).

And that my friends is how the poor get screwed to help the rich get even richer!

A sodomy charge is plain rubbish given the findings in the first medical rpt where Saiful told Dr Osman that he was assaulted by a person who inserted a 'plastic' into his anus. That is crystal clear as night follow day. If Anwar is the person who assaulted Saiful, then the most that he could charge Anwar is causing voluntary hurt under section 319 Penal Code which says, ' whoever causes bodily pain to any person is said to cause hurt'.

I think the Investigating officer who recommended sodomy charge is plain stupid and vindictive. They are not investigating but framing up charges.

I hope the good Solicitor General will not be cowed by the uMNO Politicians and decide based on law and evidence.

Good luck to the SG. You will be permanently an SG if you decide there is no case to proceed but will be destined for greater heights if you decide there is enough evidence to prosecute Anwar for a sodomy charge. A sodomy charge will obviously keep Anwar preoccupied with proving his innocence and divert his attention in taking over the Govt. Given the scenario, that is what Umno ministers want and wished. they don't really care if Anwar is found eventually not guilty. Just keep him occupied and divert his attention.

Is there a prima facie case against Anwar ? Several questions arise.

1. Why is it that GHKL report is the accepted version?
2. Why can't the first medical report be accepted as true?
3. Do you need a specialist who studies the anus to know whether there is any penetration?
4. Did anything happen between 2.00 p.m. ( when the first medical examination was done ) and 6.00 p.m. ( when the second medicaL exaimantion was done ) ?
5. Is it possible that something was done during the interval of 4 hours to look like penetration was done ?
6. WHY was Anwar's case taking preference over the Lingam case where six persons of stature were to be investigated ?
7. Were the cases handled during the two Chief Justices of GREATER importance than Anwar's, taking into consideration that SEVERAL people and Companies had SUFFERED mentally and financially?
8. Is it true that Anwar is a threat to the PM, DPM and BN and hence his case should take preference over other serious cases of INJUSTICE?
8. Are BN leaders getting jittery as 16 September draws nearer and nearer ?
9. Why was the Private investigator missing after his second SD?
10. Why was the Police so efficient as to track him down the very next day while so many KIDNAPPED children are still missing and untraceable?
11. Why did Bala tell his nephew that he could not "talk freely" ? Was he under threat ? Or did he fear that he might be blown up if he ever appear?
12. How as it possible for his three children to obtain PASSPORTS that same night ( assuming they did not possess them earlier ) ?
13. How could Bala and his family SUSTAIN the high cost of staying OVERSEAS ( assuming they are overseas ) ? Or were they paid off hamsomely?
14. How was the Mongolian's cousin's immigration record deleted ? Who deleted it ? Who gave the order ? WHY was this point not pursued by either the Prosecution or the Defence ?
15. HOW did the AG KNOW in advance that there were only THREE persons involved in the death of the Mongolian lady when the case was STILL under investigation ?
16. The blogger RPK made serious allegation on the internet. WHY didn't the Police do a PROFESSIONAL job as they claim by INVESTIGATING the allegations? WHY didn't the police send truck-loads of MASKED men and arrest those people implicated as they did to Anwar ?

A lot of questions need HONEST answers; and we need the Scotland Yard to look into them and give an IMPARTIAL report--- Check THOROUGHLY whether the allegations are TRUE or FALSE. If False, let the public know. If true, let the public also know.

We Malaysians want an HONEST, IMPARTIAL probe into ALL cases, and not just a selective few. JUSTICE is BLIND and must remain blind. JUSTICE knows no colour or creed or religion or position.It must never be cock-eyed! Let the WHOLE WORLD know that we are capable of being FAIR or HONEST!

What are we afraid of if we are clean and honest and just ?

I have two questions for the Prosecutor :-
1) How is it physically possible for an old weak back-pained 61 year old man to force himself on a 23 year old youth the size of king-kong? Karate Chop? Black Magic or Hipnosis, what power does Anwar has over Saiful to make him "surrender" like a lame duck, can't saifu ran?? or just stand up ?? ha ha baloony !!
2. If Anwar is charged why Saiful goes free? Isnt Saiful a willing partner in crime? 8 times he said? baloony !

This is indeed a laughing matter. Famous peoples like Boy George, Elton John should be arrested upon entering Malaysia? Why the hundred of transvestites you see on the streets not arrested and put to jail for 20 years? the proof is easy.. just get KLH Specialist. Baloony !!.. Why Anwar Only... why? if this is not conspiracy what is? Please dont waste Taxpayers Money on this case, go after druglords, diesel thieves, murderers, corrupt officers, gangs... not this ass thing..goodness me !!

Ladies and Gentlemen of the Press.

1. We meet here today because we, being members of 7 branches of MCA PJ Utara representing more than 1000 members of MCA, wish to do our civic duty to the Rakyat.

1. We note that MCA cannot remain silent anymore, lest we be accused (if not already accused) of being accomplices to diabolical conspiracies.

1. In particular, we refer to the medical report widely publicized on the internet by Malaysia Today, malaysiakini and countless other blogs. We had also taken the liberty to check on the comments contained in the medical report dated 28 June 2008 conducted on Mohd Saiful Bukhari Bin Azlan by Dr Mohamed Osman Abdul Hamid, the Medical Officer at Hospital Pusrawi Sdn Bhd. Three doctors we have checked with have stated that the comments meant that the results for the alleged sodomy is ‘negative’. They also confirmed that a Doctor can never change a medical report.

1. Assuming that the said medical report is true – and we call on Hospital Pusrawi to confirm or deny this – then:

We call on the Police, the Attorney-General, the MCA top leadership and the UMNO top leadership to immediately reveal in full all the evidence against Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim and stop withholding vital evidence and decide to charge, or not to charge, Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim. The Deputy IGP Tan Sri Ismail Omar should also refrain from making statements that the internet reports on the said medical report were aimed at confusing the people when, in the same breath, he declines to comment on the medical report. Such statements by the Deputy IGP only serve to further the perception that the police is pulling out all stops to withhold evidence crucial to the innocence of Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, a fellow citizen of our country, while at the same time fabricates, or attempts to fabricate, evidence against a fellow citizen of our country.

1. This “bogus charge” fiasco is also causing untold damage and hurt to our economy, our integrity as a nation. Daily, we are being compared to countries like Zimbabwe and other countries where despotic rulers reign. We cannot in all conscience be a party to the machinations by executive arms of the government to withhold/fabricate evidence against a citizen of our country.

1. Therefore, we urge the Police, the Attorney-General and the government to treat all our citizens fairly, with transparency, without withholding of crucial evidence and with the proper application of the rule of law.

This, my friends, is BIG STAKES three kaki mahjong played along the corridors of power. Its Pakatan Rakyat, MCA PJ Utara, and UMNO.

Earlier today Perak Umno offered the state PAS to team up with it but Perak Mentri Besar snubbed the offer saying, “PAS in Perak will be in Pakatan Rakyat forever and ever.”

Making the offer at a press conference here yesterday, Perak Umno chief Datuk Seri Mohamad Tajol Rosli Ghazali (this dead-wood is thick, I tell you) said the party was even prepared to allow PAS to keep the mentri besar’s post.

It is common knowledge that a similar offer was made by the defeated Toyo days after 8 March....an alliance Pakatan Rakyat said was hatched in hell. It figures so glaringly that UMNO cannot take defeat and they are trying everything in their bag of deceit to clutch at any proverbial straw.

I would like to write the following statements in the name of GOD whom I believe.

I am a goverment doctor in the rank of consultant working in hospital Kuala Lumpur. I know personally the doctors who examined Saiful on that day -28 June 2008.

The so called medical report mentioned in the NST is a fabrication or imagination by the UMNO paper. There is no such medical report submitted to the polis yet.

When examine Saiful, the specialist could not find any signs of Saiful being sodomised. Saiful was very cheerful, unlike real sodomised patient who will usaually very sad and disturbed.

Saiful was subsequently admitted to the ward and observed for a day.
He was completely well in the ward and not emotionally disturbed.

Please let RPK know of this.

For weeks I have been plummeted with queries as to the veracity of Malaysia Today's interview.
A little past Sunday midnight I read RPK's piece on Dr Mohamed Osman Abdul Hamid of the Hospital Pusrawi.

This manufactured fracas really demeans Malaysia. Whilst the whole world is mocking us the perpetrators of this vile accusation against DSAI through their daily news organ has maintained a stony embarrassing self-imposed vow of silence.

This badly-scripted fiasco was not authored by Saiful who we all know was a dismal drop-out. He was coached and buggered senseless (pun intended) by his handlers, who if they had done their homework and did some serious research would have spun a more credible intrigue.

His handlers would have lectured him on buggery which is synonymous with anal sex, most often refers to the sex act involving insertion of the penis into the rectum. The term anal sex can also sometimes include other sexual acts involving the anus, including but not limited to anilingus
commonly and euphemistically referred to today as rimming, rim-job, salad tossing, butt/ass licking and eating ass. Insertion of a dildo is not buggery. Period. So Saiful was royally buggered into believing that his handlers knew no wrong including his uncle (or aunty?) His father knew better than to be around. No?

However, Saiful has been certified a virgin here, if that is any consolation. Me I lost my virginity there when a doctor fingered me to examine my prostate. At my age who cares about being a virgin anwhere, as long as I have not been buggered. Dang it has to be malt-time, today at NPC. I miss SB Loy, Shirley, Shanghai Stephen, Nor My Kai Arnaz, Nasty Bob, Rocky and Ena.

A FATHER'S LOVE?

The Malay Mail has always been my favorite afternoon tabloid until some smart alec (now expelled) decided to change course. The Malay Mail was the nesting ground of the likes of Francis Emmanuel, Maurice Khoo, K C Boey, Terrence Netto, Nades, Fauzi Omar, Tony Francis, Johnson Fernendez , Ahirudin Atan and Ian Pereira. All have migrated to greener pastures although I am told that Tony Francis, Johnson Fernendez are attempting to bring the MM back to its glory days. Of course I am for change....but certain things, especially its culture, its established and tested brand are immutable. Of course those were the days before the Fleet Group and later UMNO chocked and stifled the living breath out of this afternoon daily, such that its use is now relegated to lining the floor if you have many cats in the house, so I was directly told by a former Top Gun in the NST Group when he saw me wearing the "NO BUY, NO LIES" T-shirt at a Press Conference.

YES, I am happy that the MM has brought up the case of our missing Nini again after we thought that the police has NFAed Nini's case. After a near miss, MM picked up on Nini, timely and appropriately. It broke the story of the effort of a desperate father Mohd Nashar who has not given up hope of finding his missing daughter!

“I still go out with some family members and search for my daughter whenever I can. But I’ve been limiting my search to only Klang Valley because I don’t have much money to travel far.” He said the last effort he made to find Sharlinie, or Nini, was last week in Bandar Sunway. “I don’t know why but I’d mostly searched for her at pasar malam areas.

I’d also scout public parks or any other public areas that I come across,” he said.

When asked if the police had contacted him about the pictures the teenager claimed to have seen in the van, he said the last time he heard anything from the police was over two months ago.

On Jan 9, Nini went missing and on March 9, Asmawi too went missing. I hate to think the worse for these two kids. Are the people entrusted to look after our rakyat being distracted and told to zero in their efforts on other more important things? Read more.

Mohd Nashar had even travelled to Surabaya, Indonesia, last April in search of his missing daughter. He spent four days in Malang town looking for her. Like all previous so-called leads, it led to no where. He hoped the public had not forgotten his daughter’s case and would continue to be on the lookout for her.

AND OF COURSE WE SHOULD NOT FORGET N.U.R.I.N. (National Urgent Response Information Network.) v sidebar.

GET MRS IGP INVOLVED TOO

This was set up after the murder of Nurin. It garnered sufficient publicity and even former MP Sharizat come into the loop. Wouldn't it be a great idea if the people who formed NURIN lasso in MP of Bangsar Nurul to resuscitate this movement. To add more urgency why not recruit the wife of the IGP into NURIN? (if he will still be around and not taken early retirement.)That is the least we can do for Mohd Nashar and his family. He hoped the public had not forgotten his daughter’s case and would continue to be on the lookout for her.

SHOW SOME RESPECT, UNLESS HE DOES NOT DESERVE IT!

The Trengganu State Government is literally dishing out this SOUPY message to the Prime Minister. I remember him saying that they can keep the Merc to ferry VVIP visiting dignitaries, but the Executive Councillors were not to use those cars.

A Terengganu state executive councillor arrived to attend the Flora Fest 2008 here(JB) today in one of the new Mercedes Benz cars the Terengganu government had bought to replace its fleet of Proton Perdana V6 Executive official cars.

Datuk Za'abar Mohd Adib, Chairman of the State Tourism and Culture, Arts and Heritage Committee, was questioned by reporters on the use of the car which, along with the other 13 Mercedes Benz cars, was to be used only for guests of the Terengganu government.

"I feel the issue has been overblown," he said, adding that he would leave the matter to Terengganu Menteri Besar Datuk Ahmad Said to make a decision.

Dang it! This guy has got balls man. He defied the Prime Minister or is this a concerted effort by Ahmad Said's men to give the finger to the PM and literally telling him, "Have a spoonful of the above soup. We were appointed by the King so just shaddup."

On 6 July Pak Lah, urged by Star's WCw to use the stick more often targeted bloggers:

He wanted “bloggers to stop speculating and spreading rumours on the Internet. I want to tell the blogs to stop all this. They are also responsible for what has happened. The best thing they could do is to stop.” ......“Allegations and news championing those who broke the law through SMS, Blogs and YouTube were akin to TREACHERY!

Za'abar also said he first used the vehicle on Wednesday when he went to Kuala Lumpur to attend an executive council meeting.

“From Kuala Lumpur, I drove back to Terengganu because on Friday morning I had another meeting to attend and later that day, I drove to Johor Baru,” he said.

So PM sir, what do you call this? Insubordination? Willful disobedience? Disdainfully disrespectful? Blatant baiting? or simply, to use your own words.....TREACHERY. Please lah Pak Lah, gain back some self-respect because it won't be nice if your Trengganu treasonous troops decide to send this message to you......directly......God forbid!
