PAK LAH! YOU HAVE INSULTED OUR KING...BUT FORTUNATELY, TWO TOWERING MALAYSIANS SAVED THE DAY FOR US.

Two of your mainstream media the New Straits Times and the Star trumnpeted your insults to our King. The NST screamed: "Don't Drag The King Into This." and the sycophant Star, as though getting a privileged information from God declared that "Opposition trying to drag King into Politics". That's a capital INSULT. Our king cannot be so easily DRAGGED. He is our King. He cannot be so easily influenced as you inferred. Are you saying that our King should only listen to you and your BN cohorts. He will not listen to people who have stolen votes from the people. He will not listen to your people who used unregistered voters as phantom votes. The King is aware of the chicanery of the BN government. Even before the Yellow Wave came to him he had already indicated that he will accept the petition of the people.

WE ELECTED YOU PEOPLE TO SERVE US!

WE TALKED TO YOU AND YOUR MPs.

THEY REFUSED TO LISTEN TO US.

THEY PUT OBSTACLES BEFORE US.

YOUR PEOPLE CALLED US NAMES, LIKE LIARS, MONKEYS, BODOH, GOBLOKS.

YOU TOO WILL NOT LISTEN TO US

US WHO ELECTED YOU.

SO WHO ELSE DO WE TURN TO?

INVARIABLY TO THE ONLY ONE WHO WILL LISTEN.

OUR KING.

AND YOU INSULTED HIM THROUGH YOUR MEDIA.

WE THE COMMON PEOPLE DEMAND THAT YOU APOLOGISE TO OUR KING.

DAULAT TUANKU, DAULAT TUANKU, DAULAT TUANKU.

But whilst you all insulted our King two TOWERING MALAYSIANS, despite their infirmities joined the Yellow Wave without fear of the force you mustered to cow us into submission. The above is an unidentified Malaysian who belonged to the group of Malaysians, your MP Badruddin said was cursed by God. Here this brave Malaysian proved that he/she is blessed by God. Blessed because he/she was brave. Only the brave are blessed by God......and your MPs used the immunity afforded by Parliament to insult such people. Please remind Badruddin that we have not forgotten and it will be another event.....a wheeled event. He has to wait and sweat a bit.....but it is coming.

His name is Amri. He is from Shah Alam

Quote:

" Amri, it was an honour to walk with you."
- Haris Ibrahim of "People's Parliament"

From Jeff Ooi ("Screenshots"):

"....One of the most touching pictures I have seen of the BERSIH rally is this of Amri, from Shah Alam. Physically challenged on the leg, Amri bore responsibility on the shoulders.

That's Anak Bangsa
Malaysia for you."

From Haris Ibrahim ("People's Parliament")

" ... To all those who did NOT attend the rally and march yesterday because you thought that there would be NO need to as you were sure there would be others to make up the numbers, you owe a big ‘Thank You’ to Amri of Shah Alam.

He bore YOUR responsibility on HIS shoulders...."

So also the unidentified Malaysian, above:

Two commenters on my previous blog considered the Yellow Wave a waste of time. Think again brothers.

AN URGENT APPEAL TO MY KING.

DAULAT TUANKU
DAULAT TUANKU
DAULAT TUANKU

Kuala Lumpur’s police chief has warned the public that they risk arrest, fines and jail if they participate in the Bersih rally and march, adding that roadblocks and road closures would be in place. Police plans also include the deployment of some 4,000 officers and checks on all cars coming in from outside Kuala Lumpur. Malaysia’s inspector-general of police took the unusual step of reiterating the warnings.

DAULAT TUANKU
DAULAT TUANKU
DAULAT TUANKU

Your People Want Change
They have pleaded for Change
They have nobody to turn to
Change? The Government they voted in refused to

They turn in desperation
in peaceful desperation
to you their King

They do not want violence
they pray in silence

but the force
will force obedience

the force will not allow your people
their peaceful walk
the force will not allow your people
to walk to you
the force will fine, arrest, jail
your people who want to walk to you

we do not want the violence they promised

to avoid violence

CAN YOU COME TO YOUR PEOPLE WHO WILL GATHER AT MERDEKA SQUARE.

If it is not possible for Your Majesty to come
can you ask your army to escort us in our walk to see you?

I crave your Majesty's forgiveness if I am too forward
but this is just a plaintive plea from an old subject of yours.

WHAT DO YOU CALL A LADY IN CHAMBER? CHAMBER-MAID OF COURSE.

You will recall that resulting from the former Chief Justice's over-stay in Chambers the management of this chamber deemed it appropriate that some refurbishments had to be done. An open tender exercise kicked off as per policy. But like so often happens, one of our employees leaked out the budget and the winning bid went to his son-in-law. This being a major infraction the management conducted a domestic inquiry as per Labor Law. He was summarily dismissed. As such, the maintenance and renovation had to be put off until such time we find a lull in its occupancy. However we do have a candidate. She would have been in on the 7 Nov. but that day being her birthday, we gave her a reprieve. Yesterday, was Deepavali and it being a festival holiday she had another day of reprieve. Today, she is in.....

HOW DID SHE QUALIFY?

THAT'S FOR LATER!

WE NEARLY RELENTED TO LET HER OFF BECAUSE

SHE IS SUCH A PRETTY LADY.

ALTHOUGH SHE IS PRETTY

SHE OPENED HER MOUTH

AND

WHAT SHE SAID WASN'T SO

PRETTY COMING FROM A PRETTY LADY.

SHE IS THE SECOND LADY IN CHAMBER

THE FIRST WAS ALSO FROM THE SAME

MOVEMENT....

IN FACT THE FIRST LADY OCCUPANT WAS

THIS PRETTY LADY'S

PREDECESSOR,

THIS IS HER

AIN'T SHE PRETTY DESPITE SAYING

SOME

DUMB THINGS.

IF JOURNO BLOGGER NORAINA IS INCENSED

HOW CAN WE LET THIS PRETTY FACE
NORAINI AHMAD
GO UN-CHAMBERED?
HER MIS-STEPS:

“The Puteri Umno movement demands that more room and opportunities be given to young Malaysians to speak out. After all, they are the future leaders of this country and we should give them the trust and avenue to learn,” Noraini said in her opening speech.

Yet in the next breath she siad: The Puteri Umno movement was concerned that abuse of the ICT would have negative implications towards freedom of religion, political stability and racial unity.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The Youth Chief said on Tuesday:

“The community of bloggers is very active in our country today and I believe that many of them are quite responsible and give high quality information.

“Such (contributions to the country’s) development should be looked at positively, as part of the democratisation of information in the world and of cyberspace.

“For the younger generation, blogs are part and parcel of their current day lifestyle and this level of sophistication has created a YouTube and Facebook generation among them,” he said Tuesday in his policy speech at the Umno Youth assembly.

Whilst the Puteri Chieftess growled:
Movement chief Datuk Noraini Ahmad said that under the banner of freedom, irresponsible bloggers would slander, lie, use abusive and vulgar words, and incite racial tension among its readers.Zorro says: the bloggers must have picked up all these unsavoury traits from the one-eye misfit, the leaky orang-Utan from Sabah, the Minster of Travels, the "you are cursed by God" Jerai jerk and the Minister of Disinformation and Miscommunication. Where do you think bloggers learned words like monkeys, gobloks, bodoh, bocoh? But none of us used words like pukimak and motherfucker, like your friends did.

And for good measure just read what this commentator had to say in Malaysia Today:

ahmadbadrul40 wrote:

This Noraini is an oxymoron. IN the first place she said that people are abusing technology such as blog to criticise the enforcement body of corruption and abuse of power.

Then she said, young people should give a chance to speak their mind out. Does she knows what she is talking about.

No wonder NAjib says, Malay mind takes 54 years to develop. I guess Noraini is not 54 years old yet.

New Straits Times, Malaysia - Oct 31, 2007

Puteri chief Datuk Noraini Ahmad said the youngest Umno wing was proactive and assertive, fighting to ensure that every child gets a decent education while providing assistance during any natural disaster.

Now listen here and listen good: decent education. Before a child can get a decent education in Malaysia, the child must have a birth certificate. Follow me, if you can find the time, to Jalan Raja Laut and and I will introduce you to children of prostitutes who cannot go to school because they are not given a birth certificate!Where did these children go wrong? We punish innocent children for the sins of the fathers? We DEPRIVE them of a chance to survive? We DISQUALIFY them of this right in a country that aspires towards developed status. How hypocritical can we get. Now, when you come out of the chamber, get off that pretty butt and come follow me to JRL. Bring your whole entourage.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

“I’m still not satisfied with my accomplishments, but my time is up,” she said.

Yes, your time is now up.......into the chambers you go.....and learn from your soujourn datuk!

MAY THE LIGHT LIGHT UP OUR LAND AND ITS PEOPLE

KAREN AND I WISH ALL OUR HINDU FRIENDS
HAPPY DEEPAVALI.
Sonnet: Diwali
Today’s the `Festival of Lights’ all o’er;
A joyful day for minds and hearts and souls;
And people throng the Temples to offer,
Prayers, resolving to take better roles.

And most of them are richly clad and clean,
And eat such dainty foods and sweets with mirth;
Whilst noisy crackers burst, their lights are seen,
It seems to be a happy day on Earth!

But are there not hearts woe-filled, very sad?
Denied of laughter, smiles for days;
Today’s the triumph of Good over bad;
But what about the wastage in much ways?
True joy is when you see someone else smile!
True charity gives joy in Heav’nly style.

ZORRO'S FERVENT PLEA AND HOPE.

In Solidarity with Bersih this post is to promote the 10 November initiative. As the Bersih website has been hacked, this is my little contribution. I hope it helps. I have read the draft petition and since it has been embargoed to 10 November, it cannot be reproduced.
There are already threats circulating that the authorities will not sit back and stare. They mean to act against the march. They will do their utmost to muster all the resources they have have to PREVENT THE RAKYAT FROM SEEING THEIR KING.

CAN THEY DO THAT?

WILL THE KING ALLOW THE AUTHORITIES TO PREVENT HIS SUBJECTS FROM VISITING HIM?

CAN THE AUTHORITIES PREVENT THE PEOPLE TO PRESENT TO THEIR KING A LEGITIMATE APPEAL?

MY PERSONAL PLEA AND HOPE TO THE ORGANISERS.

MY PLEA:

DO NOT ALLOW POLITICAL PARTIES TO MAKE SPEECHES.

IF IT IS A PEACEFUL, SILENT GATHERING AT DATARAN MERDEKA BEFORE WE PROCEED TO THE PALACE THE AUTHORITIES CANNOT HAVE RECOURSE TO ANY UNTOWARD ACTION!

LET'S GATHER PEACEFULLY AT DATARAN MERDEKA AND SILENTLY MARCH TO THE PALACE.

MY HOPE:

BEFORE I VERBALISE MY HOPE I WANT TO ASK MY KING'S FOGIVENESS FOR WHAT I HAVE TO SAY.

MY HOPE IS THAT MY KING
WILL REACH OUT TO HIS PEOPLE,
COME TO THEM,
TO RECEIVE THEIR PETITION.

IF THIS HAPPENS, THERE WILL BE PEACE AND THIS DAY WILL FOREVER BE REMEMBERED.

DAULAT TUANKU, DAULAT TUANKU, DAULAT TUANKU.

HOW LONG CAN YOU HIDE (FROM JUSTICE)?

As the GE draws nearer....more will be swept under the BN carpet. Do we sit and watch it happen?

On Thursday, 1 November, 2007 I put up a posting on the release of the Chief Justice from my "Chambers"( here.)

Resulting from this posting I received the following comments:

How about the Court of Appeal judges namely Low Hop Bing and Moktar Sidin? Why are you not writing about them also?

They are just as good as Ahamd Fairuz Ok! They are also close friends of VK Lingam.

Why several readers are asking question hte integrity of two Court of Appeal Judges, Datuk Low Hop Bing and Datuk Moktar Sidin?

Why suddenly these two names proped up? Something fishy must be going on? Zorro, shed some light over this.

Why no lawyers or readers render more detalied info on Low Hop Bing and Mokhtar Sidin, and other judges?

Surely someone out there must know somethings about judges especially these two, who are famous.

November 3, 2007 11:56 PM

Guys, honestly I do not know anything about these two characters. Thats the honest truth. If you are privy to such information that will make this country more credible, more liveable.......you cannot hide it under the carpet. Only the truth will set us free.

As such take a few minutes to ponder on these:

Should we use the next General Election to RESTRUCTURE rather than to reform?

Shouldn't we demand swift accountability across the board from leaking pipes to leaky mouths?

Shouldn't we put an end to our elected political-sycophants' plundering and piratise-ing tax-payers money?

Why are we still tolerating a government that is forever giving excuses that even a vegetable is ashamed of?

Why are we putting people in government who have not learned from the past, not worrying about our future and unashamedly screwing up our present?

Why are we still tolerating MPs and State Assemblymen who dont show up when you need them because they say they are busy - as busy as a dog with two pricks. So busy that they wonder how leaks can happen instead of wandering around to look for "leaks" and "leads".

Shouldn't we also depoliticise religion. Religion teaches good values. We have failed in this area and failed miserably after 50 years . Just visit our National Zoo at Jl. Parliament and experience the stark difference between good values and desecrated values.

Shouldn’t we insist on a reform of the electoral process? (Join the Yellow Wave on 10 November at Dataran Merdeka.

AND FINALLY ……

Shouldn’t we smoke out these two Judges. We need to know the truth:VERITAS NOS LIBERABIT….only THE TRUTH WILL SET US FREE!

THE PHANTOM USURPED.

When I was a kid, my hero was Phantom, a comic-book hero.In fact he was everybody's hero.

Before Batman, before The Shadow, before The Green Hornet, before The Lone Ranger, even before Captain Marvel and Superman the comics' first masked mystery-man hero had long since been striking fear into the dark hearts of the wicked.

Indeed, by the time the world-famous adventures of The Phantom were first recorded in print more than six decades ago, the grim champion of justice had already been around for nearly 400 years.

Such is the riveting, myth-freighted legend of The Phantom -- "The Ghost Who Walks," "The Man Who Cannot Die," "The Guardian of the Eastern Dark." In the beginning he had been a half-drowned sailor, flung ashore on the terrible, blood-drenched Bengalla coast after pirates burned his ship and slaughtered his mates. The gentle Bandar pygmies, taking him to be a sea god of ancient prophecy, nursed him back to fitness and became his everlasting friends -- as the castaway faced his destiny, donned costume and mask and was reborn as the first of the Phantoms, scourge of predators everywhere.

"I swear to devote my life to the destruction of piracy, greed, cruelty and injustice!" he cried as he formally took "The Oath of the Skull" by firelight. "And my sons and their sons shall follow me!"

The modern Phantom is the 21st of the line. Since Feb. 17, 1936, he has been the law in his dangerous part of the world, a one-man police force, a silent avenger who appears and vanishes like lightning. His home is the fearsome "Skull Cave," deep in the heart of his jungle. His only intimates have been the faithful Bandar, his great white horse Hero, his savage gray wolf Devil, and his lovely American sweetheart Diana Palmer.

HOWEVER, TODAY AND ONLY IN MALAYSIA THE WORD PHANTOM HAS A MOST DEROGATORY ASSOCIATION. THE PHANTOM'S OATH " to devote my life to the destruction of piracy, greed, cruelty and injustice" HAS BEEN HIJACKED BY THE BARISAN NASIONAL PARTY AND DEFILED. TODAY THE EXPRESSION "PHANTOM VOTERS" HAS BEEN EXPERTLY CRAFTED INTO AN ARTFORM OF CHICANERY AND DEVIOUS MACHINATIONS TO WREST CONTROL OF CERTAIN CONSTITUENCIES. SOMEBODY COMPARED THIS ODIOUS ACT AS EQUIVALENT TO ONE SELLING ONE'S MOTHER, DAUGHTERS, FEMALE RELATIVES INTO PROSTITUTION TO BEAT THE COMPETITION! IS THIS MALAYSIA? TRULY ASIA?

On Friday 2Nov, Haris Ibrahim of People's Parliament, Ahirudin Atan of Rocky's Bru, Tony Yew of Can You See It, and I met some twenty Ipoh Timur constituents who wanted to know about the mysterious increase in the number of new voters injected into their constituency. An increase of some 8000 voters, 3000 of which will be postal votes surely triggered off the alarm bells.

We arrived just before 3pm at the Perak Election Commission office and met two groups of people. We told one group that they could not be included in the dailogue because they belong to the Gopeng constituency. The meeting took place at the Meeting Room and it was chaired by an En. Othman who sat in for the Pengarah who was urgently called to PutraJaya! He started the meeting by declaring that he was in no position to make any statements when he realized that the Press was present. Body language changed when we informed him and his two lady officers that four of us were bloggers but had come from KL to assist the Ipoh Timur group. With this assurance the officer acted congenially and even asked that a notebook be hooked up in the room for the group to check on their registration. Let me put on record that En Othman and his assistants acted professionally and friendly. We presented to the officers three cases for their attention:

Case1: Mr. N H Wong asked why he was transfered to vote in another constituency when he voted in Ipoh Timur in 2004. He still resides in the constituency.

Case 2: Mdm Wong Lee Li had never voted before. When urged by friends she registered but found out that she was registered to vote in Kebun Teh in Johore Bahru and her registered address in JB was 37 Jln Nibung, Taman Kebun Teh. Mdm Wong said that she was born in Ipoh, worked and lived in Ipoh and has never lived and worked in Johore Bahru.

Case 3. Rocky too had never voted before. Upon registration in KL in September 2007, he was told that he was a registered voter in 1999 in the Gopeng constituency! His residence address was 59 Jln Raja Mewa Mahidi, Rapat Setia. Rocky produced a police report to protect himself and to lodge a protest that someone falsified information to SPR and voted in his name. Rocky can't remember working and living in Perak.

So where does Phantom Votes come in? In the span of 4 years it is not possible that the people of Ipoh Timur went on a frenzied breeding spree!!! to up their voter eligibilty by some 5000. No new army camp was mobilised and definitely hundreds of police balai did not sprout profusely in Ipoh Timur. Your guess is as good as mine how useful the role these 8000 odd new voters would be. This figure is suffiient to show Uncle Kit his exit from Ipoh Timur.

AND THESE ARE MERELY THREE CASES. AND THERE ARE A FEW MILLION ELIGIBLE VOTERS OUT THERE STILL SITTING ON THE FENCE. GO REGISTER TO VOTE UNLESS YOU WANT TO PROSTITUTE YOUR SACRED VOTE. STOP WHINING AND SAYING THAT THE GOVERNMENT IS BAD. YOUR INDIFFRENCE IS THE MAIN CAUSE. YOU ENCOURAGED THE GOVERNMENT TO CHEAT. YOU DESERVE THE GOVERNMENT YOU HAVE

ITS ALL SAINTS DAY TODAY AND I RELEASE HIM. MAGNANIMITY?

OK his number came up and he is put to pastures. His appeal for extension through the Executive, fell on deaf Royal ears. The King made a right royal stand. DUALAT TUANKU. The Agung spoke for the people. I salute the 5000 brave Malaysians who signed the petition to save the judiciary APPENDING THEIR IC TO THEIR NAMES.
Lets go back to August....remember this:

IN YOU GO AND REMAIN UNTIL YOU LEARN TO TELL THE TRUTH

This is not a decent way to helrald in the next 50 years. Not decent, because I am incarcerating the Honorable Chief Justice into this dreaded chamber until such time that he can bring himself to tell us the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. So God in all your mercy, help him.

Then again:

Thursday, September 6, 2007

The Star reported that the CJ has written to the PM about the Federal Court Judge who has not written his grounds of judgements in 35 cases when he was High Court Judge. That's something. He threrefore admits now that there is a guilty, errant brother-in-LAW, who until recently was cacooned comfortably in blissful. euphoric amnesia.

So why is our soon-to-be-set-out-to-pastures CJ still in Zorro's chambers? Because he is still hedging. He has not named the delinquent Judge! Surely he is not afraid of defamation?

Today 1 November 2007........or did he. Well that is not importnt for the moment. HE IS BEING RELEASED? Because of magnanimity? Not really....it is the time of the year when we do our annual maintenance of the chamber.....to do some reburbishing....and maybe add a few more windows to accommodate many who want to volunteer their contributions. We may take some two weeks. Meantime the list of candidates are on hold....and we are spoilt on choices. You can guess I sjuppose.

PS: This is what A Voice commented on my previous post this morning:
