DID THE CHEMISTS DO A HALF-ASS JOB?

McDonald, who is the fourth defence witness, testified yesterday that chemist Dr Seah Lay Hong's testing was not according to international standards following errors in labelling and not swiping the sample on a receptacle.

This follows the discovery that two out of 10 samples having faulty labels when it was stated on the container that they were taken on June 26, 2008.

This was despite that the medical examination was done on the alleged victim, Mohd Saiful Bukhari Azlan, on June 28.

On Dr Seah

McDonald says you cannot assume Saiful's sperm is in his own rectum.

McDonald says, "We cannot discount Saiful's sperm was up in his own anus."

"I would say Seah's evidence is a guess."

McDonald also testified such incompetence behaviour could have resulted in the chemist being “sacked” from his or her job.

On Nor Aidora Saedon.

“If these tests were done in school, she’d have failed them” Dr McDonald said of chemist Nor Aidora Saedon.

The Judge should throw out this case and I guarantee he will have a blessed Hari Raya…..otherwise it will be shameful to appear in public and in open houses!

WHY HE WINS THIS BASI-TURD AWARD!

Some months ago I chanced into a McDonalds at Endah Parade to pack a hurried lunch. I asked the counter girl for some mustard. She turned away. The next thing was a confrontation by the manager who asked me why I called his countergirl a bastard! I spelt out the word MUSTARD! He apologized and added she was new. Of course I accepted the apology as today’s McDonalds are scoring a DUCK where I am concerned.

I don’t want to be confronted again, so I spell out this award clearly in Manglish….Basi & Turd.

VIEWER DISCRETION IS ADVISABLE. KEEP AWAY FROM OVER-SENSITIVE FRIENDS WHO SEE SHIT IN EVERYTHING. IT IS RENEWABLE ENERGY, IF THEY DO NOT KNOW!

Find out HERE WHO and how he is the first to win this inaugural award.

Remember the word MUSTARD? Hence this disclaimer:

REST WELL! WE ARE WATCHING YOU!

Judex habere debet duos sales, salem sapicutiae, ne sit insipidus, et salem conscientiea, ne sit diabolous..

'A judge should have two salts, the salt of wisdom, lest he be insipid; and the salt of conscience, lest he be devilish'.

Quote

It is so easy in this country to denounce a judge as a bad judge. THIS case is a classic example.

The judge (Mohd Zabidin Mohd Diah) did NOT know the law on judicial bias while the rest of us ordinary people, who have been apprised of the law by this article, know what judicial bias means.

But only in THIS country can one find INCOMPETENT judges.

You don't find mediocre judges in Singapore or elsewhere in a common law country. It is not possible to fault a Singaporean judge for incompetence because he knows the law.

The moral of this unsavoury episode is this:

If you appoint MEDIOCRE lawyers to the Bench you will get SUBSTANDARD judges.

From what we have experienced so far from the Perak takeover cases, the quality of most of our judges is suspect.

In the meantime what should we do with so many bad apples in the barrel?

If only the opposition won in the next general election, then we could get rid of all the bad apples through Parliament.

SHAME, SHAME, ALL THE MONYETS KNOW THY NAME.

PETALING JAYA: The biometric registration exercise for foreign workers in the country, which has been extended until Aug 31, has thrown up a surprise for the Home Ministry.

The latest figures from the exercise have shown that there are more illegals than legal foreign workers in the country.

As of Friday, 2,088,358 foreign workers have registered under the exercise, over half of whom - or 1,135,499 - are illegals.

SHAMEFUL, NO?

He banned Bersih2.0!

He did not allow us to wear Bersih Tees!

He locked down KL on 9 July!

He banned 21 of us from entering OUR city!

He didn’t allow us the use of the Merdeka Stadium!

He let loose his “dogs” to chemical-pee on us on 9July!

He locked up the PSM6 for waging war against the Agong!

He continued to lock up the PSM6 for being communist!

He finally decided that the PSM6 organised Bersih 2.0!

AND……. YET

he allowed 1,135,499 illegals into the country…. more illegals than legal foreign workers in the country.

AND…..YET…. he aspires to be the next DPM when u-no-who topples his cousin the PM!

AND…..YET…..Najib still keeps him where he is!

AND …..YET…. Najib has forgotten Psalm 109.8!

AND …..YET ……FLOM has not acted?

NO! NO!.......UNLESS……

Psalm 109:8

"Let his days be few and brief; and let others step forward to replace him."

NOT UNLESS…… he has the scrotal strength to dismiss these:

The AG – for malingering and dereliction of duty HERE

The EC #1 and #2 – for cheating and cover-ups

The MACC – for driving TBH to suicide

The Armed Forces chief – for bringing SHAME (HERE) (HERE)to the Armed Forces for his slanted interpretation of loyalty.

OH YES…..he has to give way unless he retracts what he just said….”a system based 100 per cent on meritocracy would only breed ‘a nation of mediocrity’.

BAH!

A REMINDER, LEST WE FORGET!

The easiest way to make a person do as he is told is to use an arm lock on him from behind On the other hand a policeman would simply put a pair of handcuffs on his wrists behind his back He can then be led to the window without a struggle In most cases the suspect is docile so that you don’t even have to disable him There are other methods but any trained policeman would know how to do it.

A-RAIS SIR THICK.

RAIS Yatim said some of the participants were paid RM50 each to wear a yellow-coloured T-shirt and join the rally.

You have no proof of this. I was one of the 91 banned from the city on that day but I went in the day before and my one night stay in a budget hotel was paid by a FRIEND and not by Bersih

We donated to Bersih but we particularly donated to PAS who appealed for funds to house their people coming from out of State. When the cheque of RM3000 was given at PAS HQ, the front desk asked us how the receipt should be addressed. Our donor-rep wrote this on the receipt:

KOTOR

Besides money, the participants were also given free meals, he said.

Again you have no proof of this but we have proof that the PDRM feted our comrades who were arrested with nasi bryaini and fried chicken. We were reliably informed by our friends in PDRM that it was meant for Khairi’s boys. It would not look good if they were given preferential treatment so the food was re-ordered for all arrested. It was staged of course and your boot-licking MSM made capital of this magnanimity. Of course we all had a good laugh, if you did not know!

"This proves that the action taken by those wearing the yellow shirts or their leaders was moved by political rewards," he said after breaking fast with residents in Felda Lui Timur in Jempol today.

How dare you spred this lie during a break fast session in this holy month? And you think you can bluff Felda people? You have lost it, if ever you had it! Honesty and credibility, that is!

Rais said the matter (payment for joining the street demonstration) was stated in reports compiled by the ministry's agencies including the Special Affairs Department (Jasa). Just because you said it, we have to believe you, is it? You have lost your credibility the moment you lost two little outcrops to Singapore and when you begged off from some top- dog post in the Commonwealth Organisation. You would have cringed in embarrassment had you known what we speculated in our watering hole sessions and teh tarek forums. Maybe that should be fodder for GE13 IF UMNO will still nominate dead wood! Anyway show us proof of this Special Affairs Department report.

Meanwhile, the minister also called on the public, especially the Bersih 2.0 rally participants, to learn the lessons from the London riots.

The British goons, criminals, thugs and looters SHOULD learn from the Bersih participants whose only “crime” was to wear yellow tees or kick back tear gas canisters to the police.

Look at the courtesy showed by the Royal Malaysia Police when dealing with the Bersih protestors and controlling the situation during the rally as compared to what happened in London," he said.

He said the police in other countries would not hesitate to use brutal tactics in enforcing the law in their country, but the Malaysian police had displayed high level of patience and tolerance despite being provoked and bad-mouthed by aggressive demonstrators.

COURTESY? Is this how the police dealt with and controlled the situation. In London, the water cannons were not commissioned. Don’t be embarrassed by these:

In London, Paris, Canberra, Singapore, Perth and Auckland, Bersih participants had safe passage! The authorities in those countries knew OUR right to assembly.
