OF DOGS'VOMIT AND REPEATED FOLLIES.

"Such a judge ( referring to Lord Denning!) can overly expand or narrow down set legal principles based on his personal ideals. Is that right? To me it is a dangerous trend to follow,” pontificated the Chief Justice.

Damn! Such effrontery from essentially a nonentity and a thick CROSS-EYED dwarf compared to Lord Denning. We have been cursed by suspect CJs. We have one that crossed borders and then tear up certificates! We have judges that climbed rung by rung but now have one that went up there with the help of a simon snorkel.

"Should judges even at the apex court sitting three, five, seven or nine change the law perhaps against the wishes of the voters by interpreting a legislation in a manner not intended by the legislators?"t he CJ asked.

For his sake I produce here again what I posted yesterday:

Heard around the blogs:

You can change the judge but you cannot change the law.

That may be true in US and in a more civilised world. But not in Malaysia.

Here, they change the law and keep the judge(s).

The CJ also said judges therefore have to be particularly cautious in being too eager to follow precedents in common law countries.

ABSOLUTELY! DO WHAT IS WHISPERED INTO MY EARS! THAT PRECEDES ALL PRECEDENCE.

PARTING SHOT

The cross eyed judge looked at the three defendants in the dock and said to the first one, "So how do you plead?"
"Not guilty" said the second defendant.
"I wasn't talking to you" the judge replied.
"I never said a word" the third defendant replied.

EXPECT MORE CROSS-EYED DECISIONS, YAH?

To all fellow Malaysians, let's get this straight once and for all.
1. MACC?
2. Election Commission?
3. Polis Di Raja Malaysia?
4. Attorney-General?
5. Judiciary?
6. UMNO?
What do they all have in common?
If any of you still need a statement in so many words to my question, then you must have been borned only yesterday.

Dear zorro,
Isn't he the same "monkey judge" who tore up his marriage certificate issued in a neighbouring country? He did that obviously thinking that tearing up evidence would nullify his certified marriage. That alone shows his monkey credentials as a judge.

Isn't he the same fellow who was the adivisor for DUMBNO on legal matters? What people say about birds of the same feather (read crooks and scoundrels)flock together is apt for this monkey CJ of Bolehland.

DUMBNO cannot survive another day without the help of all the institutions listed out by anon @ 11.26pm.

Bernard,

"Timid men prefer the calm of despotism to the tempestuous sea of liberty." - Thomas Jefferson

"Sometimes it is said that man cannot be trusted with the government of himself. Can he, then be trusted with the government of others?

Or have we found angels in the form of kings to govern him? Let history answer this question." - Thomas Jefferson

"Rightful liberty is unobstructed action according to our will within limits drawn around us by the equal rights of others.

I do not add "within the limits of the law" because law is often but the tyrant's will, and always so when it violates the rights of the individual." - Thomas Jefferson

But remember, this is Bolehland...the stage of Gutter Politics & Law of the Jungle...

Malaysians are entitled to expect that MCA Ministers and leaders should show at least equal concern for “Justice for 27 million Malaysians who are victims of the RM12.5 billion PKFZ scandal” than “Justice for Ling Liong Sik”.

What have the MCA national leadership, and in particular the four MCA Ministers, done to ensure justice for the 27 million Malaysians in connection with the PKFZ scandal?

Did the MCA national leadership and the MCA Transport Minister Datuk Seri Kong Cho Ha prioritise the interests of the 27 million Malaysians when he overrode the decision of the Port Klang Authority (PKA) and directed it to pay its PKFZ bond obligation of RM222.58 million to Kuala Dimensi Sdn Bhd (KDSB) special purpose vehicle Free Zone Capital Bhd (FZCB)?
