If Abu Kassim ain't spineless, do you think the Umno gomen would recommend that he be appointed the Head of Macc.
You need spineless creatures like this so that the interest of the Umno gomen could be safeguarded.
No worry..whenever PR come to power, they could always charge Abu Kassim for 1. failure to perform his statutory duty, an offence u/d s.217 Penal Code..an offence against public justice ie to protect a very obviously corrupt person from punishment.
