BN PANICKING....SO THE CHEATING MACHINERY IS PUT IN GEAR.

But just as scary are phantom votes that will be bussed into critical constituencies. The EC has been cheating us blind all these years. Until the 2004 election our ballot paper carried some notification. They know who we vote for and they know who have not registered or have never voted. These are moved away from Opposition seats to places they have never lived in. but we have to take the game to them. Make that effort to go to where they have sent you and vote opposition. Rocky was down to vote in Gopeng a far cry from Puchong. He is travelling to Gopeng to vote although he had already made a police report. However the most scary are the risen ones....those resurrected by Rashid. when push comes to shove the dead will decide wheter BN lives or dies. TV Smith, ever the satirist has an interesting take here on the Dead Voters' Society's.

some timely reminders about what we are up against

The BN creative juices really flow during election time and their subservient MSM abandon all journalist etiquette to ejaculate some trashy advertorials for public consumption.

The Star front-paged some uniformed personnel casting their votes, not into transparent boxes but into postal canvas bags. One officer was depicted depositing his ballot paper into a slot. The other six did not seem to have their ballot paper in their hands....maybe they were told two things: hold the ballot in your left hand or you will be given a prepared ballot paper....we pass it to you and you put it into the hole!!!! Of course the uniformed personnel dont need transparent boxes....they protect the country and therefore cheating is anathema.

However these ballot paper, according to HANTU will be put into transparent boxes and helicoptered to critical destinations. I like the GE's creativity....Satan himself would love to have the guy below strategise his global scheme for him. This guy is a natural.....it is written all over his face. Yes? The devil incarnate, Hantu volunteered.

And this evening he announced that the indelible ink will not be necessary. He dreamt last night that it could be detrimental to public order and security. What bull shit? No reasons given because none was necessary as this proclamation was made in the presence of PIG (Police Inspector General) and BN's paid guardian of the unpolished judiciary, the Attorney General. That seems to be the latest trend....say or make laws unilaterally and it is ok even if those who witness it act dumb or told to be dumb. Malaysia Boleh again. word has it that after the elections, this trio will be pensioned off but be given some grand position in some corridors the BN plans to have on our Main Range. So much about our deaf/dumb mutes. Luckily we still have MEN who dare to question this travesty.

Immediately after this announcement, the Deputy President of PKR, Dr Syed Husin told Malaysiakini:

“EC is colluding with BN to allow cheating in the coming general elections”.

“Despite all assurances and false gestures, it is now clear the (EC chairperson) Abd Rashid (Abd Rahman) is content to conduct the 12th general election in an atmosphere completely bereft of integrity,” he said in a statement.

“Citing 'public order' and 'security' is also nonsensical reasoning that is perfectly consistent with the language of forces around the world who seek to supress democratic freedoms,” he added.

“At a moment where the eyes of the entire world are upon us, the EC has now conclusively and irrevocably shown that any overtures towards reform that it had made previously were in bad faith, and that in decisive moments, the EC will yield to every demand of its political masters,” he said.

Malaysiakine also reported this:

PAS leader and a member of Bersih's steering committee Dr Dzulkifli Ahmad also similarly expressed his disgust with the EC decision.

"This means that none of our demands are getting through. We thought it would at least go through with (using indelible ink)," said the director of PAS Research Centre.

"We want to make it clear that we are entering this election under protest," he said.

"We could foresee this coming. Now, our concerns and anxieties are immensely vindicated."

"We will not be provoked. We will remain resilient, calm and relentless. We will maintain the due process of the elections. We will not destroy our chances of victory and will not do anything untoward."

PKR vice-president R Sivarasa said: "I am completely shocked by this decision. It is tantamount to perpetuating a fraud on the elections," he said.

"From last July to just recently they told the Malaysian public that they were using indelible ink. And the reasons they give for canceling the ink are nonsensical. How can marking someone's finger have anything to do with national security?" he asked.

I THINK THIS IS JUST THE BEGINNING.

THE WRITING IS ON THE WALL.....BARISAN RAKYAT IS MAKING GREAT STRIDES IN THIS CAMPAIGN AND THE ELECTION COMMISSION WILL CONTINUE TO MAKE UNILATERAL DECISIONS TO DERAIL A FAIR ELECTION.

LETS CONTINUE TO BE VIGILANT.

ALL POSTER-PICS COURTESY OF MOB1900

OPPSSSS..... THIS SMS CAME IN JUST A EARLY THIS EVENING FROM HUSAM MUSA, THE DEPUTY PRESIDENT OF PAS:

Saya berharap semua penyokong Barisan Alternatif dan NGO yg bergabung di Bawah Payung Bersih bertenang didalam menerima keputusan SPR membatalkan penggunaan dakwat kekal dlm PRU12. Saya suka ingatkan maklumat yg kita terima bahawa BN mencetak 2000 tshirt Bersih.

I have been a fence sitter earlier on. Now after watching all these disgusting events unfolding one by one it made me puke. I have made up my mind.

Go to hell BN and your EC !

I feel insulted that BN and the election commission think I'm so stupid not to know what they're up to.

These are the people I have allowed to rule my country.

This is even more reason for me to vote for change.

If you want to have a better future for our children in Malaysia, do your part by signing the on-line petition at http://www.petitiononline.com/RCER2008/petition.html

This is one of the way (non-violence) to bring our message to the Government.

Don’t just sit there, stand up and be counted! We want a fair and transparent election.

WHY DO WE NEED TO REFORM THE ELECTION COMMISSION?

1) Gerrymandering. The discrepancy between number of voters in voting areas is too great. The smallest parliamentary seat (Federal Territory, Putrajaya) has only 6,608 voters while the parliamentary seat for Kapar in Selangor has 112,224 voters. What this means is that one vote in the Putrajaya parliamentary constituency is equivalent to 17 votes in the Kapar constituency.

2) Phantom voters. A common tactic is to ‘buy’ the identity card of the voters. Party members from the ruling parties will then vote on the voters’ behalf. Random checking of a person’s identity must be conducted using those finger print checking device (like the bank use). Any voting done on another person’s identity must be made a serious offence under the election law.

3) Postal votes. The rules on postal voting must be reviewed, tightened and amended. The current rule favours the ruling party as the armed forces personnel and policemen who vote by ‘postal voting’ would obviously not jeopardize their career or promotion prospect by voting for the opposition. Voting under postal voting is not secret as it is under the watchful eyes of the senior officers. Christina Liew of DAP (Api-Api) lost due to postal votes. The ruling party has control of 250,000 postal votes!

4) Spoiled votes. How do we define spoiled votes. It is very easy to turn good votes into spoiled votes (by adding one more x to the ballot paper). Are spoiled votes being verified and watched over by the party representatives? In marginal areas in which the winning margin is razor thin, the so-called spoiled votes need to be scrutinized.
