MY CHOICE CANDIDATE FOR KELANA JAYA.

I do not reside in Kelana Jaya since 2004. I was a resident in Kelang Jaya since 1979. Old ties and friends still hold strong and I still gravitate around this beautiful part of Petaling Jaya for all my physical needs.

On February 24, 2008 I protested HERE on the choice of candidate after I was brutally questioned by my KJ kakis after the normal abusive banter complete with expletives in all ethnic shades amongst good friends. Of course PKR candidate won.....but who couldn't win against BN?

I do not wish to go into how the adun of KJ is, was, were performing as I now come under Subang Parliamentary constituency and my state constituency comes under Kota Damansara. But as I earlier said, old ties still binds.

However, I have made up my mind who should be an ideal candidate for my old homestead: PKR Rafizi!

WHY? Good gut feel, if you get my drift.

I will certainly harass PKR about this, you bet!

BUKIT GASING WILL MISS YOU YB EDWARD LEE

YB Edward Lee, DAP Adun for Bukit Gasing, voiced those sentiments to me some months ago. On the 7March 2008 I was honored when he asked me to speak at his last ceremah on the eve of polling day at Section 17. If ever there was a most unassuming man….my choice would undoubtedly be Edward.

AN UNCOMFORTABLE SILENCE FROM DAP & PKR

I am told that most times (which is not often, I am also told) I practice excruciating tolerance. Last night at YB Dr Dzulkefly Ahmad, MP Kuala Selangor, Benefit Dinner at Kelab Shah Alam, Rodi shot this question at me: “Why are you not questioning DAP and PKR? They have not come out with support for ABU.”

I am fully aware that PAS has come out in full support, lending their Markas Tabiyah at Taman Mahawar for the ceremah and YB Mafuz Omar, MP Pokok Sena spoke in full support of the ABU initiative. SAPP President Yong Teck Lee lent his support and so did Sec Gen of PSM, S. Arulchelvan and likewise Dr Rohana Ariffin, President of PRM. Of course the fiery Che’gu Bard was one of the speakers. However, on the program he was listed as Pengurusi SAMM. To Rodi this does not count and I do not like to be in Rodi’s black list…..especially in Rodi’s!

SO HOW ABOUT A DECLARATION OF SUPPORT?
