GOOD MALAYSIANS HOLD THEIR COLLECTIVE BREATH THIS MORNING........

YES, this morning the decent amongst us will hold our breath and await the judgement meted out by the Court of Appeals.

Notorious and scandalous decisions have been our staple diet for some twenty-odd years. Royal Commissions have come and gone, but the rot still stinks in the hallowed courtrooms around the country.....especially in the higher courts above the high courts.

Every law student blush in shame of the profession they are aspiring to, when dubious judgments arrive with Mach 2 speed paralleling the meteoric rise of certain members of the bench.

The very ordinary man in the kopi-tiams around the country can predict with little effort how the judgment will be depending on who sits on the bench. Some are so shameless that it can turn whatever hair is left, eyebrows and mustache and beard white! SICKENING WHITE. Its scary.

The common man, like you and me can't do anything when these robed men play God and flush their code of conduct and ethics down the toilet. Yes, you and I can't do anything unless and until the Chief Justice purge the already distended bowels of the Judiciary. Will he? Can he? Must he? Or does he have to get the go-ahead from the executive? That is why I do not bow on entry into or exit from any courtroom. I only bow to God who is all JUST.

HAVE WE A

DEANNE M WILSON CLONE

IN OUR MIDST?

We wait but as we all know, the higher up we go (remember this is not the last step , the Federal Court awaits), the higher up we go , the more the stink starts to smell.

But anyway, we must fight on for we need all Perakians, all malaysians, and if possible , the world, to see how rotten the Malaysia Judiciary.

Come on then, Court of Appeal, prove me wrong! I dare you !!!!

Just one look at the panel of the three judges and I can tell you the result is unlikely to be favourable.

No matter, Nizar must win to clear the preception on certain quarters on the derhaka thing...& less seen as clinching to the post.

Nation know the how it ends....but we hope the Court proves us all wrong & rule in favour of Nizar.

The Black pariah in lightning speed, just took less than 24 hours to get a stay of execution on Justice Aziz judgement, which was in Nazir favour. It took Nazir ONE FULL WEEK to get his appeal hearing.....
what does that tell you!
Is there anymore decent judges in the malaysian courts...it must be like looking for a pin in a hay stack.

if the judges are one-sided, wat do we expect the judgment to be? u mean suddenly they woke up and realised that they nid to administer justice according to laws? the one good thing that can come out of this is that they nid to document the basis of law that lead to their judgment. and the history will be inked forever so that ppl can dissect these 'learned' judges' credibilities or incredibilities ...
