If this is genuine then Malaysia does not have the moral authority to criticise the tactics used at Guantanamo Bay. However, before we start making any comments can we establish the origin of this video?
In my humble opinion, do you really think a human being can stand this type of beating, kicking, slapping and stamping by some 5-6 guys for more than 5.0 minutes, without even a shred of blood on his body or garment?? Definitely, one expects to see some visible sign of such torture, like some blood on his clean white shirt or his unscaled face,no? Even if it is staged, it seems unprofessionally done, amateurish even.Maybe, there is an agenda behind it all for us to fathom?
Aiyo can die lah like that, this is really inhuman.

Now we know why so many detainees die in police custody. I guess its much much worse than this for detainees of Indian origin. IGP, can you answer this?
It is genuine . No need to call for a pro panel like the VKlingam case.
From the beginning of this video footage , i believe the guards called for the polis and the polis did arrive .But before arresting the suspect , the polis and the guards decided to have some fun.
RPK already brought up this issue .
The above video was not shot in location of any balai polis but who made the first strike is the point.

The video dosen't looks like it's staged. It looks real enough and the guy was beaten non stop for the duration of the video which is more than 5 mins long. That guy could have been killed. How cruel can the attackers be.
By the way, this is the usual treatment suspects get when they were caught by our very own Polis Raja Malaysia. If DSAI can get a black eye from the IGP, what do you expect?...
Those were security guards. Those in uniforms are not police officers coz they're not police uniforms.
If the police were to beat up jackass, it won't be in that scene or such a place. ( not that I condone police beating -but I will beat up such a jerk before handing him to the police)

I have observed that in Malaysia, very often the men in uniform are the criminals.

I fully support the raja polis if that bugger is a rapist or a snatch thief, and that's the least of his worries if I catch hold of him.
And I am sorry if I may offend any pacifists.
It's just that I feel that extreme times call for extreme measures and our mata-mata should do what they do best and stay out of politics. And yeah, kick some rempit ass.

Memang kalau kami dapat suspects yang degil dan kurang ajar .. kami akan lanyak cukup cukup.. kasi ajar sama dia jangan nak tunjuk keras kepala dan nak tunjuk samseng.
Lepas itu kami tak kisahlah, sama ada dia dituduh di mahkamah atau tidak .. paling kurang, lain kali dia tengok muka kami dia akan jadi tikus mondok!!!
Bawak mahkamah pun tak guna, banyak kerja dan procedure kena lalui...akhirnya buang kes, lawyer kasi putar.. suspect senyum perli ..
Ramai yang tak tahu betapa kami henyak suspect kaw kaw punya, pasal mereka itu orang baik, tak pernah kena tangkap sebagai suspect, jadi kalau nak tahu bagaimana teruknya kami pukul orang, ada baiknya kamu tanya pada orang jahat .. tanya bloggers buat apa? Puak jahat tu tak ada masa nak berblogging .. atau kamu sendiri jadi samseng, baru kamu tahu bagaimana kami hantam lu!!

Ada yang sebut kes nuar mata lebam.Rahim was the best IGP! Rekod dia cermerlang, kaki surau/masjid dan dia haramkan arak di mess pegawai, tapi pasal si nuar tu mulut celupar dan kurang ajar, cabar Rahim untuk buka uniform, lawan cara politik, kononnya .. sebeb itulah dia kena penumbuk sulong Tan Sri Rahim Noor.
Kalau ada mengikuti perkembangan reformasi, tentu anda terdengar cakap anwar membuat cabaran, dalam ceramah di rumahnya beberapa hari sebelum ditangkap, setelah di beri nasihat oleh Rahim supaya tidak menimbulkan kegelisahan awam.
Memang patut al juburi itu menerima anugerah dari Tan Sri KPN, kerana maklumat risikan SB menunjukkan si nuar itu peliwat tegar..Tun Haniff lagi banyak tahu dari Rahim tentang al juburi ini. Malangnya maklumat risikan tidak boleh dijadikan bukti di mahkamah ..
