WILL THEY ATTEMPT TO COVERUP KUGAN'S MURDER? IF YES, HOW & WHY?
DANG! I am already late for Visu's Chinese New Year Party! If you are not partying tonight, get cracking on the answers to my question. It could be therapeutic.
we have been focus on the cops only. what about those doctors/coroners who did the post mortem? without them there can be no cover ups. remember the young indian lady who died mysteriously and was sent to a hospital far away from the place of death for a post mortem? as expected, there was no incriminating evidence of foul play from the coroner. Do you smell a rat after this Kugan tragedy? Khalid, what goes round will come round. May not be in your lifetime but karma is karma.

I was shocked btw to learn from Malaysiakini that the cop assigned to deal with the hot-potato A. Kugan "death in police custody" issue is none other than Deputy Commissioner Mohd Rodwan Mohd Yusof - the same cop Saiful reportedly met at 2:30PM on 25 June 2008 in Room 619 of Concorde Hotel (according to an MT report by RPK). Rodwan Yusof also happens to be implicated in the 1998 sodomy affair as having acted as Musa Hassan's "hatchet man" (he allegedly removed Anwar's DNA samples from the Hospital Besar KL lab to smear on the infamous Tivoli Villa mattress!)
Doesn't that qualify as yet another UMNO WOW FACTOR? What do you think, folks? Still got confidence in the PDRM or not?
the police did what they did because they were sanctified by of course unmo. every vile action of theirs have the trade mark and indeed represents the hatred and bigotry of unmo.
unmo esp the dpm instead of personally showing their hatred and threats to the "immigrants" have passed the torch to the police to do their dirty job.
police are then given lots of "power" because they are deemed to be the defender of their "soil" from "them."
then there is this unmo intelligent agency which consists of a bunch of moron who knew crap about nothing - hence all the false alarms about "immigrants" conspiring to taking over the country.
kugan died a horrible dead - he was beaten of course but worst those marks on his body are signs of torture.
The question is not "will they?" but how. You can bet your underwear that they will make every effort to cover it up like the past. But this case has been well exposed and it's difficult for them to put it under cover. The most likely scenario is that it will go to court and the culprits will be given a slap on the wrist. Behind this patsy is the real culprit/s. Interesting to see the clowning, twisted facts and 'reverse accusation' from our experience police at work when it comes to cover-up not to forget issuing warnings and threats to anyone questioning their freedom. The failure to accept yet another international human rights norm is perhaps not surprising given the long history and notoriety of the Malaysian police in using an unacceptable level of violence in apprehending and investigating alleged criminals.
They dont have to "investigate", as they knew what happened. What the polis are now doing is to buy some time to drags on the "investigation".End of the "investigation" , some unlucky constable and lance corporal will "kena" . They will "kena" but will be compensated from the polis black money scheme. We do know how the corrupted polis works. The country's bapa anjing polis will protects his cubs and puppies.And we know that.
With Kugan's sudden death the theory or accusation of international car thieves will be buried.As "international car thieves" involves Customs,polis,JPJ ,shipping and high ranking middleman.Kugan alone cant pulls all the strings by himself even if Kugan was guilty of such crime. Do remember that all gangsters have 'backings".

The halpless driver will then be terrorized and robbed before being dumped in a secluded spot, with luck, alive. Lots of such cases are unreported by the press, because it gives a poor image to the country but there is no denying it happens.
Armed robbery is also common, and places like Puchong, Kepong, and more recently like Wangsamaju have become hot spots. The gangs prowl and move around from place to place and seldom operate from one location for too long, so as to avoid detection. However, when they do, their trade marks are unmistakable. There is a particluar gang around Puchong/Kinrara that is particlarly violent that hit over three victims over a single weekend, clubbing and slashing their victims without saying a single word before stripping the victim of cash and valuables. Age or gender is of no concern for this gang, they targeted both the young and old, male and females, dishing out the same treatment to one and all, the policeman on duty noted that an old lady lost one of her legs in the incident.
So, violent crimes are committed by criminals, they often operate in gangs, they have a certain heirachy, so in order to dismantle this organization, information on their gangs, their leaders is required.
People often complain that the Police only catch the ‘ikan bilis’ in the fight against crime. Then give them the leeway and the tools to carry out their job, then stand aside and let the professionals handle it.
