"Constitutionally" a "brighter future" is if you are a jaguh kampong at bowling or an uneducated 21-year old (of course he has a bright future; he could become leader of Bumno or even PM) who indulged in statutory rape. Possibly, they could become role models for other youths in bolihland.

Next, our unlearned judges will decide that a minor certified as mentally unsound or handicapped can also give the legal nod to consensual sex.

Whatever happened to prison as a place for criminals to be rehabilitated? Another failed experiment in bolihland, Kerismudin?

It means having the name light up in neon. Or maybe having the body suffer spontaneous combustion some time in the future.

LoL.

If the decision of the judge is final, that a youth deem to have a bright future, can get away with statutory rape, then we shall wait for one more case, done by a Malaysian Indian teenager,(already have one Malay, one Chinese) to complete the racial balance.
Only in Bolehland, where youngsters who committed crime, have bright future, while those who pass public exams with distinctions. are not given scholarships.
Now that election is near, millions are dished out to any Tom Dick and Harry.
That's 'Janji Ditepati'.

In Malaysia you go to jail 6 years and slapped.RM1 million fine for bribing a policeman, but pedophile rapists and sex-offenders get away with excuses of being 'first time offenders', accused has 'bright future' ahead of him 'too young for jail' etc. Such judgement only demonstrates that the 'rule of law' has broken down in this country. If one is old enough to rape, he is old enough for jail sentence!

Where did those judges come from, what Law School did they attend? I just can't help it but wonder if corruption is involved? ....are they on the take? It baffles me! Question is Why are they protecting pedophiles raping young 12-13 year olds? Their actions and judgement demonstrates so.

What about the victims' future and who are those judges in both Noor Afizal Azizan and Chuah Guan Jiu cases to think and even decide that the future of the 12 and 13 year olds are less important than that of the sex-offenders/rapists?

Is Malaysia creating a Haven for pedophiles and rape of minors? And why is the Women & Family Development Minister who happens to be the Prime Minister, not speaking up? Will he make a stand if his own daughter is a victim of rape?

Well...

In future, this can be as a refer case.

Between a bright future person which unknown if realy bright and a person with family responsibilities.

I think they should let go the person with family responsibilities as well so he should be good for 5 years and at the same time be responsible to his family. This person is much needed by his family.

Dont u all think so?
Which person is more relevant to let go?

Bright future can rape,
Kate Middleton better watch out for Rais Yatim.

Rais said PM got 3.6m tweets during ‘Janji Ditepati’ rally.

This twitter fraud is symptomatic of all that is wrong with Najib's politics. He has in the past attempted repeatedly to dupe the entire nation with alphabet soup mambo-jumbo, fudging statistics to show him in a better light and misusing parliament to deceive the people with one-step-forward, two-steps-back 'courageous' legislation. He has not changed and it is beyond him to change. We as responsible voters therefore have to change him for the sake of our future.
