OF DOGS'VOMIT AND REPEATED FOLLIES.

"Such a judge ( referring to Lord Denning!) can overly expand or narrow down set legal principles based on his personal ideals. Is that right? To me it is a dangerous trend to follow,” pontificated the Chief Justice.

Damn! Such effrontery from essentially a nonentity and a thick CROSS-EYED dwarf compared to Lord Denning. We have been cursed by suspect CJs. We have one that crossed borders and then tear up certificates! We have judges that climbed rung by rung but now have one that went up there with the help of a simon snorkel.

"Should judges even at the apex court sitting three, five, seven or nine change the law perhaps against the wishes of the voters by interpreting a legislation in a manner not intended by the legislators?"t he CJ asked.

For his sake I produce here again what I posted yesterday:

Heard around the blogs:

You can change the judge but you cannot change the law.

That may be true in US and in a more civilised world. But not in Malaysia.

Here, they change the law and keep the judge(s).

The CJ also said judges therefore have to be particularly cautious in being too eager to follow precedents in common law countries.

ABSOLUTELY! DO WHAT IS WHISPERED INTO MY EARS! THAT PRECEDES ALL PRECEDENCE.

PARTING SHOT

The cross eyed judge looked at the three defendants in the dock and said to the first one, "So how do you plead?"
"Not guilty" said the second defendant.
"I wasn't talking to you" the judge replied.
"I never said a word" the third defendant replied.

EXPECT MORE CROSS-EYED DECISIONS, YAH?

RINGMASTER, LET THE KANGAROOS OUT!

Asked whether he (Tun Ling) was confident about fighting off the case, he said, “In the Palace of Justice, you must feel very confident of justice.”

To me if this is not supreme confidence then it is tipping/dripping(?) into divine confidence.

Pre 1981, you can’t fool justice……remember Harun Idris , Mokhtar Hashim and Tan Koon Suan?

Post 1981 all the King’s horses and all the King’s men got off scot free except Anwar Ibrahim. That was the time the Kangaroos held court and whilst they played musical chairs the whole world mocked us and laughed at us. The kangaroos just hid their face in their pouches.

Heard around the blogs:

You can change the judge but you cannot change the law.

That may be true in US and in a more civilised world. But not in Malaysia.

Here, they change the law and keep the judge(s).

And luckily nobody wanted a Royal Commission anymore…..as these RC insults the King who lends his Royal adjective to these still-born dog and pony shows.

Will Ling’s defence team be given the type of help they refused Anwar?

Let’s see how this case unfolds. Let’s witness how the CJ and his court jesters trip amongst the daisies.

GET INTO A SÉANCE AND AGUSTINE PAUL WILL TELL YOU…….

JUST A PARTING SHOT....

There is a saying “As a dog returns to its vomit, so a fool repeats his folly”.
