FORGOT SOMETHING REQUIRED BY LAW?

What law did DPM and his escorts break?

Story HERE

Blogger PENG has that sneaky feeling that Utusan Malaysia may "contribute" helmets to do some damage control.

Uncle Zorro,

What law? You've forgotten that the DPM and his UMNO Mat Rempit escorts are all above the law. So what if he and his Mat Rempits were not wearing helmets. This is just a technical matter and no laws were broken. Case closed, no further action.

hahahaha,,,uncle Z, the moment I saw this I too said to myself 'the fella has broken the law!'

but trust the PDRM to stamp NFA since it was a case of emergency and probably all the helmets were under water..

then again, with a hard shell like his, he may not require one..hehehe

Oh ya? ..."legally" he may be wrong for not wearing the helmet but "morally" he's ok, delivering goodies to the rural flood victims.

He's afterall UMNO No.2 OK to break the law, no? Don't we know that there are 2 laws in Malaysia - one for UMNOites and the other for ordinary citizens?!

What's PDRM waiting for? Action please! Isn't this proof enough?

'THEY' are above the law, in fact 'THEY' are the law!

To sidetrack, I wonder if Utusan Malaysia will doctor this picture (to add in the helmets) since they so efficiently removed the BN logos from the umbrella in the picture of the man who was apprehended for the murder of his wife?

Uncle Zorro,

Why bother? Such animal from the UMNO/BN animal farm should fall from the motorbike and be crushed to death instantly.

Their cruelty and inhumane ways towards the majority of Malaysians are indescribeable.

So, we are hoping for these animals to be wiped out on the road, in the air, on the sea, or in their bed.

Don't forget he also used Govt aircraft to attend UMNO meeting in Sarawak and challenged the Opposition to make a police report.

So far MACC has not taken any action.

So, why does he think RPK should follow laws which he doesn't!! And this is the dPM of our country!!

They are supposed to visit flood prone area but look at the road and surroundings. Does it look like there's any flood nearby?

since when do these kampung motorcyclists need helmets? if the police were to check, they don't have LICENCES too! as long as the DPM is there, no law has been broken. after all, U Must Not Oppose party decides the law and controls the judiciary, the police and the MACC. only other people break the law.

DPM broke a law which put HIS life in danger.

You on the other hand broke the law by inciting racial hatred and put Malaysian man, women and children in danger.

which is worse?

A wonderfoolly good example and precedent for the Mat Rempits!

Now students can say that OUR Minister of Education [and "future" (don't be so sure yet!!) Prime Minister of Malaysia] also do not wear helmet! And students who do not wear helmets are aplenty! No wonder the headmasters and police cannot do anything about it!

If I were a motorcyclist, I will cut out this picture from the Star, laminate it and keep it in my purse to show to policemen who stop me for not wearing helmet.

Criminals can now also say that a federal minister and DPM can so freely break the law so can we.

The police should issue him and his entourage with compounds NOW! What are the police waiting for? What more proof do they need?

Why bother about them? They meet with an accident, they fall, the head get crushed, they die THEN we have by election, then they give money (lots of it) to win the election.

So better they die..and we benefit.

Sorry Big Z

This kind of scene is pretty common in the rural places, and even in the urban settings.

There is nothing to it as they are the law themselves.

Big deal...here a NAHHHH to you

On kampong ungazetted road, helmet is not a must by law. Perhaps Pakatan will at least clean its own backside first before attempting cleaning others'.

DPM and his escourts are kampung kids.Kampong people normally do not have to wear helmet. This is the unwritten law !

Saiful 4:23am,

I think the DPM breaking the law and killing himself is worse than your claim that Zorro is inciting racial hatred. God forbid, if the DPM falls off the bike and smash his brains, we will then lose a great racist soon-to-be PM now that Bala has re-surfaced to hound 1Najib and 1Rosmah, won't you agree?

Afterall the DPM and soon-to-be PM's life is worth more than the 27 million malaysians lives plus your life all put together.

Saiful (4:23pm), how does pointing out our DPM and gang breaking a ROAD SAFETY LAW somehow ends up with "inciting racial hatred"... as claimed by you?

No one in Malaysia or anywhere in the world is to be ABOVE the law. How can he as our DPM breaks one but expects everyone else to abide by it? Stupid, that's what he is!

Our beloved DPM should wear helmet to set good example for kampung folks and kids.

I believed we're all concerned for the safety of our DPM to advise him to wear the helmet, aren't we ?

you know when PR & their supporters are so desperate & out of ideas when they highlighted something as petty as this...sigh

how long you have been in Malaysia? never went to any kampung before?

The laws of this country only applies to the common folks -people like u and I. The exalted ones are above the law and exempted from any punishment when they flout the laws.

The law is still the law, no less...but then, i'd think its an honourable thing to do as a responsible senior minister like him - putting his life on the line while en route to doing an honourable job of assisting flood victims!

Phew!

PM warning Indonesian workers not to flout our laws and then we have his deputy doing just that. It is so obvious that they are operating on different wavelengths. In this instance it is a clear cut case that someone has run foul of the law FULL STOP. Please restraint from raising the 'racial' element.

No big deal...some people get away from the law after insulting the words Allah and Prophet Mohammad by claiming that they dont own the blog that they posted the picture in.

Anon 2.25pm,

Your comments are exactly what "3rd world mentality, 1st world infrastructure" mentality is all about.

It's about people like yourself and the DPM who go round strutting and behaving like 1st world mentality beings but happily keeping the kampung folks in their 3rd world siege mentality.

Are you implying that the kampung folks should have their own set of laws or better still, do not follow or obey any laws? PUHLEEEZE, we already have UMNO having their own set of laws which are above every other laws and we common folks have to face the common laws every day.

I grew up in a kampung but I still obey the laws of this country whether I am back in my kampung or in other parts of Malaysia. So grow up kiddo and stop your insinuation that PR supporters are desperate and petty.

What la...The Start should do a 'Photoshop' on Muhyiddin 'Kepala' with helmet !!

If its in the US or any civilized country, he would have been held responsible and the press will be hounding him like a dog. Moreover, all talk shows would have skinned him alive on their shows, literally speaking and Saturday Night live would have a field day.
What the hell, this is Bolehland, and most probably he would end up in the Malaysian Book of records.
