Either MACC is one dumb outfit run by misfits or like a dog it is on a very tight leash absurdly incapable and impotent to perform their duty of state. In their kennel, already their alpha prosecutors have become the butt of international jokes like as though they have to strive so hard to get a license to be imbeciles. For the moment let’s leave Kevin and Razak to lick their sores.
I made a misjudgment when Kassim took over MACC. I said that he had a pleasant face and might do only the right thing. I began to think that I was right when he said that he would resign if he was found wanting. How wrong I was. But I was giving the man a chance …….and he is still deliberating over those OPPORTUNITIES. As such I believe, at this stage, if his conscience could be surgically removed, it would be a minor operation.
Why? He is now pussyfooting with some Chamber of Commerce instead of going after the sharks. From the Star:
PUTRAJAYA: The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) has planned to work closely with several chambers of commerce as part of its effort to reduce graft.
Its recent anti-corruption campaign saw 240 people arrested, many of whom were businessmen and factory owners.
The exercise was not only meant to arrest bribers, but also to create public awareness that offering bribes is equally a serious criminal offence (as taking bribes).
To effectively fight corruption, the Commission said it is important for the public not to offer bribes as those caught will face a fine and imprisonment.
240 ikan bilis, yah?
An ex-minister launderd millions and one Tahir was prepared to be sued if the allegations were false, but warned, “I have all the evidence.”
Kapar MP S Manikavasagam, urged the authorities to take action, adding that the evidence would be submitted to MACC this Thursday.
Despite numerous attempts, Mohd Zin, now the Sepang MP, could not be reached for comment. Previously, he had denied any wrongdoing.
How now Kassim…..all on the platter, as always, for you. Mohd Zin first then Toyo?
Already prepared and simplified for you is the MAS case HERE.
And just in case this has conveniently escaped your memory I refer you pusillanimous bunch to this:
On the 16th May 2010, the Chairman of the MACC Advisory Board, Tun Abdul Hamid Mohamad had advertisments in most newspapers potraying that the MACC will take action on all reports made to them. The advertisement read :-
" No One Is Exempted, No One Is Special"
"To citizens of Malaysia, regardless of leaders or followers, the government or oppostion, politicians or their followers, officers or businessmen, writers or readers. I urge you, if we are sincere in fighting corruption ; the first step is to hinder ourselves from corrupt acts. It is simple. STOP GIVING AND STOP ACCEPTING. No one is excepted and no one is special. As long as there are people who believe that they can be exempted, then we will never win in the fight against corruption."
"Remember ! No Givers, No Receivers."
Can I take a few seconds off to have a good guffaw?
An additional budget of RM324,114,492.00 has been allocated for 2010.Already the MACC has spent RM156,845,500.00 of our tax payers money to prosecute the innocent like Lawyer Rosli Dahlan. Ling is not a big fish…..a big bait maybe.
MACC probably knows little about angling, so just cast the fucking fishing net and we will gut those sharks.
If you bunch can’t net them then you are nothing but odiferous octopus ooze!
+++++
and do heed the advise of your former Director General
“For those who are prone to corruption, he (Abu Kassim) will have to combat this within his own ranks. He has to remember to work without fear or favour because, in the end, he is only answerable to his creator.”
story HERE
Zorro, yes that is what they are.
ReplyDeleteZero faith for MACC.
ReplyDeleteIt will prove to be a downfall factor for BN.
A snake an cast away its old skin but, will still remained a snake!
ReplyDeleteMalaysians, don't e easily fooled by these dishonorable assholes who are good in giving "Loud rhetoric" and zero in performances...how could they, once a pig arse, always a pig arse!
Uncle Zorro,
ReplyDeleteWhen you first posted you have faith in Abu Kassim as the new MACC chief, I commented in your blog that your faith in him is misplaced because one cannot judged a person by his looks or his perceived religious piousness. A man is judged solely by his actions or simply put, practices what he preaches. Everyone of these "head honchos" chosen to head their respective "independent" bodies are sycophants of the UMNO led government to serve their UMNO masters.
There is absolutely no trust in MACC and the rest of the UMNO/BN subservient authorities/bodies (judiciary, PDRM, AG office, etc) unless the present crop of rotten government leaders are displaced. We will continue to hear of numerous cases of corruption and abuse of power by those in the corridors of power but all these cases will come to nought:- NFA.
The MACC, PDRM, AG office and judiciary are shying away from their responsibilties to uphold justice for all malaysians. Instead all these 4 independent bodies are more interested in rhetorics and self admiration/appreciation campaigns to shore up their ill reputation.
MACC, Dr Pornthip fought for the rights of the dead and fair play, what do you UMNO running dogs are trained for?....wiping Nutjib's blowhole?
ReplyDeleteMASissy got no balls ... no spine ... no mission ... no vision ... juz a bloody waste of taxpayers' money!!
ReplyDeleteAbu Kesian is just playing dont know, He is well programmed to to UMNO Politic game,
ReplyDeleteTheir Handlers say if you wanna cast your nets, fine but make sure there are holes in them! So how huh?
ReplyDeleteThe more injustice we see the more votes PKR is going to gain for the next GE!
ReplyDeleteReport??? this hamid feller must be talking cock....what about the testimony by Ms. Jayanthi(lingam's secretary)at the RCI that she was bribed by the then ACA to keep her mouth shut.
ReplyDeleteIni bukan cakap2 kedai kopi....ini testimony dekat Royal Commission of Inquiry.
What has MACC done about it????
catch small fries easier, mah!
ReplyDeletehow to catch those blardy big fishes, them buggers don't want to strangle themselves!!!
LOL!
MACC has no credibility.
ReplyDeleteCatch the PM of Malaysia first then the rest will toe the line. Or PM has caught the head of MACC by the balls if so then no use having a MACC IT CAN JUST CLOSE DOWN.
ReplyDeleteMACC, YOU SLIMY FILTHY DOGS, YOU ARE THE LOWEST OF THE LOWS!!!
ReplyDeleteIF YOU BASTARDS ENJOY TICKLING C4'S TWO BALLS.....BE MY GUESTS!
The reason people at the level of Toyo can't be prosecuted is that they will be so furious with the violation of their "kebal" status, causing them to "sing like a canary". Then, there will only be 2 options:
ReplyDelete- a little fatal accident in custody
- so much excrement hitting the fan that the whole gang of thieves right to the very big "tokoh tokoh" will have to run.
Abu kassim cannot bite the hand that feed him. simple as that.
ReplyDeleteYeah.
ReplyDeleteThe cancerous tumour that's killing the nation is CORRUPTION.
The corrupted just don't know where to stop. To achieve their endless goals, they'd resort to anything, even if it means pitting the people to kill one another, burning the whole country down. They just don't give a damn coz when we're done, they'll just pack and fly off to paradise with their ill-gotten gain.
Sadly, there are so many naive people around that are willing to be used and manipulated by the corrupted.
Sigh... if only MACC could live up to expectation!
I hope we get to watch this. So guys stay tuned, check it out and inform your friends

cancerous tumour corruption is but where, how and who did it originate from?
ReplyDeleteThere's a good reason they are working with the chambers of commerce.
Small fish may be, but nevertheless important fish, in the fight against corruption.
The fight against corruption should not only focus on the big fish or sharks.
You gotta get to the source.
The big fishes have big bones. Can MACC afford to choke on the bones? Might as well stick to ikanbilis. They go well in sambal.

ReplyDeletei think you've missed the point. True, corruption is corruption, be it big or small. No one is saying that the small ones shouldn't be dealt with.
It's just that when we engage a cancer specialist to treat a cancer patient, what would we expect of him?
I don't know about you. But i'd expect him to remove the malignant tumour instead of just some blackheads on the skin, and proudly trumpeting that semuanya ok.
