MAKE TIME FOR CHOU Z LAM

Chou was sacked after he made public that his documentary was axed and that his superior in RTM had told him that “it would have negative impact on the (just-concluded) Sibu by-election”.

528 Media Action Group, WAMI & CIJ, urge members of the public, political parties and NGOs to participate in a protest at RTM in response to the sacking of Chou Z Lam, who produced a documentary about the impact of Bakun Dam on indigenous people.

I FIGURE THERE MUST BE SOMETHING WRONG
WITH THE BAKUN DAM.

IF NOTHING IS WRONG
WHY PREVENT THE RELEASE OF CHOU'S DOCUMENTARY!

THE STORY AT PEOPLE'S PARLIAMENT

  1. When I was at the New Shit Times, our boss and dictator Datuk Kadir Jasin, gave us the usual advice when he called us for meetings. His advice was plain and simple - anyone who felt that working for the NST, and by extension, the government, was a burden was free to fuck off. He was in fact telling us to do what he wanted us to do, that is to spread shameless propaganda. he promised arse-lickers more bonuses. Nothing has changed. In fact the situation is getting worse with Ahmad Talib at the helm. God help the Press. Only Pakatan can save us. Praise the Lord.

He said Barisan Nasional was still relevant to the Chinese community but must listen to voices from the ground.

"We are confident that under the leadership of the Prime Minister, who is a good listener, the government policies reflect the wishes of rakyat, including the Chinese,” Dr Chua said.

  6. Are the voters in Malaysia now fully awake? Or are we still blinded by the freebies and carrots thrown in during election time only? If you care for your children and their children, do what is necessary when you mark the 'X' on your ballot paper. The Barisan scale no longer symbolise what it's meant to represent. Rather, it's the scale of repression in every oppresive manner than anything else.

  9. Know that the Bakun Dam was not well justified project. See the project has wasted so much of people's money and does it serve the purpose? No.
It was only meant for getting timber out of the jungle. When the people get the $$ and walk smiling away.. it's people that suffer. Who's project was it? Mahathir and Taib.

  11. Dear all ,

I have banned our TV stations, especially RTM and TV3 long long long......... ago.

These are not a real information ,media and education station at all, they are just same level with rubish stations indeed.
Moreover ,We can't get any education or benefit from our so called national stations.

For me , I will ban them forever.
Even local printed newspapers. No second thought.

Hope you all do the same, otherwise they won't change.

    For better tomorrow
    For better Malaysia
