THE CURRENT ATTORNEY GENERAL GHANI APPEARED BEFORE HIM AS THE LEAD PROSECUTOR.

THE INVESTIGATION OFFICER I BELIEVE WAS
OUR CURRENT POLICE INSPECTOR GENERAL, YES?

SHOULD ANYONE FEELS SLIGHTED, IT WAS NOT INTENDED.

  1. The best New Year present for all Malaysians. A monster is gone. But the struggle against lies, idiocy, stupidity, chicanery continues.

  2. This guy had brought so much hate to our psyche. I feel very relieved.

  3. People come and go but the world will keep on turning. Our time will come, so till then, let's enjoy the fresh air and sunshine. But 64 seems a bit premature, nonetheless, it could have been Anwar's curse.

    A GOOD MAN DOES NOTHING.

  4. I also remember former Attorney General Mokhtar Abdullah who suddenly fell ill under undisclosed ailment and laid a vegetable until he died a year later? Two down, three to go!

  5. EPITAPH..

As the Almighty pronounce his judgement day,
Paul knew this was one he could not sway,
Weighing his deeds against his malevolent ways,
His account in red, so here he lay.

  6. KISAH SEBUAH SYURGA.

Pau: Bermacam-macam ujian telah I lalui, kacang putih! Sila tunjukkan?

kreekk… Ini pintu pertama, kata Dewa. Sambil menunjuk didalam terdapat seorang penghuni yang gemuk bernama Muqta terbatuk-batuk tengelam timbul dalam lautan.

Dewa: Kamu perlu bertahan tidak tengelam selama 9 tahun. Boleh tolak cuti umum dan cuti tahunan.

Pau: ooohhh… tubuh I nie, kulit bungkus tulang saja. mana boleh tahan sejuk! Muqta tu sure no problem sebab lemaknya berlapis-lapis. Nahi! kasi bilik lain.

Kreekk…

Pau: tahi lembut! I terkenal dengan Tukul Kayu. Mana boleh bagi I tukul besi. Nahi!

Dewi: ok…..marrriiii Dewi tunjukkan bilik Surga terakhir.

Jangan uji kelakian I.

Dewi: OK! Umee Hefidu!!! Kamu boleh berambus sekarang.

  7. God is almighty! To Zorro's "requiscat in pace," I respond: "is inhumanus vir mos non intereo in pacis."

As a Muslim, I would like to say three times the phrase: Allahu akbar! Allahu akbar! Allahu akbar! God is indeed great!!

  8. I always prayed Paul will be tried for crimes against humanity when Pakatan comes to power. Well I guess this country's No 1 collaborator is lucky. In the meantime spread the good news around. I am so so happy.

  9. Goin at 64 so soon after being promoted to federal court....Now permanently promoted to face his judge. I wonder if his defense will be ruled "not relevant". May this be a warning to other judges.

  16. He has gone to join former AG Mohtar bin Abdullah. Who will they frame down there?

    ReplyDelete
  17. IRRELEVANCE is the word. he sold out HONOUR in the bench. He is a BIG BIG LOSS to UMNO.

I wont shed a tear for him.

Am I cruel? Asked him the shame he brought unto himself.

  20. Perhaps this is a wake-up call to judges that no matter how much money or power you acquire by compromising your principle and integrity, you will not be able to take it with you. Worst, you will have to answer to God the Almighty to justify what you have done. Even in death, people still spite you. How sad and pathetic.

    ReplyDelete
  21. Rotten judge!!!
    May he burn in hell

  22. Uncle Bernard, celebrate? So soon? I am highly disappointed at the impatience of people especially as we are facing an unequal contest against people who hold the reins of power and have access to immense resources plus in the political field, the less ethical tend to lean over to whom they perceive would be the eventual winner. Eg. the Independent in Tahah Rata :-( Look at what impatience did when premature news of Porntip's finding leaked out. Look at some of those comments in RPK's blogs and where are those comments leading us to.

I just think we need to pray for wisdom for those still wanting to resist the evil BN for I believe God says in the Bible ask for wisdom and it will be given freely or something to that effect. I hope many will pray that eventually things will turn out OK for Malaysia although we have a mighty evil BN against us.

(originally wanted to leave this comment over at your celebration post where it is more relevant but leaving it in the most recent post hoping Malaysians against the evil BN will at least read this comment and be wiser and more discerning in this highly unequal fight)

How many will read this comment I wonder and become wiser. Hoping you will make a post to ask people to be wiser in opposing evil.

  23. When he was alive, he judged people; and now that he is dead, he will be judged by the Almighty for his misdeeds.

    ReplyDelete
  24. "Gam zeh ya'avor" This too shall pass.

In life, we are all at the mercy of God. Everyday we are alive is a miracle. However, one must always try to do good as we must be able to answer to God.

As for AP, I believe he will not be able to answer to God.

  28. Good News for the New Year indeed...

One after another collapsed and died, who are next to toe the line... 2 names are clear in our minds, and they themselves aware of it too. They can hide but they can't run from the call of duty (sei-zhore!!!)

We'll wait for more before coming of Chinese New Year, 14 February 2010 huh.

    ReplyDelete
  29. if his family was aware of what he had done and condoned it, then i spit on their faces too.

if his family did not know of what this fler did to anwar in 1999, and to some other cases later, then i offer my condolences for their suffering.

but either way, i am not sorry this fler is dead.

  37. This man allowed himself to be used to rule unjustly and therefore contributed to the decline of public respect to the judiciary here in malaysia.

he is remembered as a running dog with no principles. his life and his death contributed no net good to his country.

  38. For whatever it is, please spare a minute to look at ourselves. All the curses for the departed???. How low can we stoop.

  49. Bernard, I am highly concerned at how this issue is getting hot. I would like to appeal to Malaysians to compromise – only use the word in Bahasa Malaysia since the East Malaysians have been using it way prior to the formation of Malaysia. Just let us never in English like how I avoided the word. I have no way of reaching a large audience. Would you help to broadcast the appeal?

  50. For all his actions/inactions of his days, in my humble opinion I feel that up to this juncture all of us should REST OUR CASE. Beyond and how he should be judged is the prerogative of THE ONE!!

  55. Like they always say the moment you turn bad its for all to see! The people were the judges not this motherf@#$ who wanted to please his masters!
His judgement was really crab most of the times and his day is a joy to the people!Sorry no remorse from us public but a joy that God has to do a final judgement!Hope God will have his day in court!

    ReplyDelete
  56. I actually think that he got himself a bargain.

For the crime that he committed against the people of Malaysia, his suffering was minor when you take into account the oath that he made upon taking up the position as the defender of Truth and Justice!!

    ReplyDelete
  57. there were many times where many had expressed that they cried for Malaysia...indeed there is or are reasons to cry, the degree of our lack of human decency.

God is great is what we perceived as human. what is truly happened for AP no one has any idea for all ye rambling.

there is also such a thing as mercy, a merciful God, which none of us has any idea to the degree that God is merciful, most especially for sinners.

    RIP to AP

  58. why i hope this scumbag will rot in hell for eternity:-

    1) he was a repeat-offender. starting from anwar's trial in 1999 right up to the recent perak fiasco. so, his weren't mistakes. all were motivated by the devil.

    2) people had been sent to the gallows for less - 15gm heroin, 39b. sebagai hukuman yang setimpal, dia patut merana di neraka selama-lamanya.

that's all. i am not a hypocrite. this scumbag should rot in hell. period.

  66. He did what he did because the people allowed him to do so.The so-called Third World is stuck in the grove because every leader comes into power through 'democratic' means and then emesculates the institutions of government and then does what he likes.Perhaps Third World countries must hold their leaders to letter of The Oath of Office. And our Judiciary and the Civil Service and other institutions must refrain form the temptation to tie the horse where your boss wants you to tie it even if you know that the next day it will found dead.Ramalx

  71. Anon 12:21 PM

If his wife & children feel hurt, they should have stopped him harming others from very beginning. His victims are also someone's father & husband.

Don't angry at others, instead pls think about it why people hate him so much & make sure your children don't repeat the same mistake. There must be a reason why many were in cerebrating mood upon hearing his death, no ?

Don't ever compare him with the bible story questioning people to cast the first stone. What AP did has affected the whole country and brought real bad name to our nation, and caused many people to suffer. The scale is different !
