IS TUN M BELITTLING THE RM77MILLION 1MALAYSIA.

“What an embarrassment to us Malays” exclaimed Captain Iskandar Dzulkarnain at the Tun’s sudden about turn to his speeches and rhetoric. Many who listened with interest to his sermons, is alarmed at the vast distortion of everything he has tried to impress upon us in the past. He is beginning to sound incoherent, with a tinge of cynicism….” The great empire you built in the last 22years is slowly unraveling, crumbling, torn assunder by the words that spews forth from your mouth. Everyone, who knows you in the past, is becoming disappointed in what you hold dear to.”

“Today, you are championing Malay Rights. You are angry that Non-Malays are questioning these rights. You are also angry that Malays themselves are questioning these so-called Rights. You want the other races to acknowledge that the Dominant Malays are the rightful heirs to this country called Malaysia. What an embarrassment to us Malays.”

And if there is a Special Right, I think I would want to have the Right to mingle freely with our Chinese and Indian friends, step into a church and listen with interest to their choirs singing Christmas Carols, drop by a Chinese temple, and observe the monks chanting their mantras, or to an Indian Temple to see how they worship. And to drop by the Pub, for a glass of cold Coke, without feeling a little peculiar. I want the right to tell all our fellow citizens that we do not harbour any ill will against them, that we are just like them and that we will always stand by them.”

+++++

Sadly what LKY said rings true…..he never supports his successors. What makes a once towering man sink that low! It is embarrassing, simply puerile!

  1. It is tragic but in Malaysia, UMNO has been so successful in "protecting" the rights of the Bumi that it is virtually unthinkable for a Malay or quasi Malay to go against it ( other than a future frog ).

This Captain , if he is a Malay falls under this category, there's nothing you can do about it, Mr Zorro

    Realist extraordinaire

  2. Firstly, I do not agree that he is a towering man from any beginning or he has done or had foresight.

A simple statement is: If you take up the number one job you are responsible to all and do not look for recognition.

A Towering man always put the rakyat first.

What he wants is to make his son the PM. And do it by hook or by crook.

The truth hurts. As a doctor he prefers the strong medicine.

P.S. Please spell my name correctly. There's no double s as you deliberately did.
Whatever, I salute you since you are my grand-pa's age.

  7. This untouchable pariah Mahathir is no doubt proving to the world that he is truly a shenanigan in every way. He is now a frustrated senile old man trying to get his wanting support. He knows he will never get the support from the non Umnoputras and is now hoping to get some supports from the Malays.
He does not have any more right to grant contracts to his cronies and thus have no more cronies in the true spirit of the word. Consequently he is now turning to the grass roots Malays for support. Just remember you robbed them of the 30% meant for them during the years as P.M. now you are turning your focus on respect for them which you did not do anything about it during your 22 years tenure as P.M..Why are you talking about only now ?
Come out now as a candidate for the next GE and see what kind of support you will get just to proof how popular you are. Untouchable pariah shenanigan Mahathir.

  8. Ha... Mamakthir is just being opportunistic in his entire life, don't think for one minute he cares for the underprivilige Malay as he only concerns about his cronies (Malay or Non-Malay) and family members and relatives.

I bet that if PR comes into power after 13th GE, the bugger will immediately fled to Kerala India where his hometown is to seek political asylum.
Mamakthir just has too many skeletons in his closet while in power to see him spending his last days in prison if he ever goes on trial.

He will claims that being an Indian he is being oppressed and persecuted by the Malay in Malaysia !
If then he is asked whether he considers himself to be a Malay or an Indian, I bet he will say " of course I am Indian, my father Iskandar Kutty was an Indian who came from Kerala to Malaysia ".
He probably will say " to hell with the Malay..." too.

  11. I read sometime ago that the word melayu in Java meant a 'runaway' or someone who leaves his own county. If it is true, Tanah Melayu would have meant a land of the runaways and not as being exploited now. Once Independence was achieved, the than leaders in their wisdom decided on the mane of Malaya and later Malaysia.Citizenship was given to all those souls who had decided to make this land their home. Citizenship meant equality for all. Despite that special privileges were incorporated into the constitution with an objective of providing a level playing field for all. Haven't we achieved the objective or has the old man lost his marbles and do not see the whole picture?

  14. As much as I hope to see a change in government for the Federal level at the next election, in my opinion, and after reading so many blog sites, online newspaper, day in day out, it is unlikely that BN will loose the next Federal election.

There are so many possibilities in favour of BN, that even if there was a hung parliament, they can still find a way to retain power. I don't have to give you any possibilities, as your guess is as good as mine.

    Really sad for you guys.

Hmmm... some how, my cup of copi-o tasted a bit difference this morning!

  17. How can Malaysia belongs to the "MALAY" ? This old man must be joking or otherwise he has become a "nut" because of getting too old!
Malaysia belongs to Malaysian Citizen but no any race!!! Our PM must clarify this issue..(if he dares or if he can get permission from his first lady!)

  18. If this paraiyah Mamakthir a/l Mohamad Kutty from Kerala is a Malay, then all the Malays here are paraiyahs too.

This is the same corrupted slime ball who fooled the Malays during his 22 years of misrule and who gladly used the taxpayers' money to bail out his useless son's business ventures.

Did his stupid son or his cronies who benefited from the generous bailout pay back when their businesses started doing well?

He has created all the rot in our government during his 22 years of dictatorial rule. Now this senile and evil fcuker is trying very hard to created racial strife in the country. Looks like he does not want a stable and prosperous country now that he is about to die.

He should be publicly lynched and strung up as a lesson to every would-be tyrant.

  19. All over the world in prestigious libraries it is well documented that the ORANG ASLI are the true original inhabitants of the land known as Golden Chersone there after called Malaya by the british.
The newly arrived immigrants from Indonesia who refused to work the land were called by the British 'malaise' pronounced as malays. British call them malays because as defined in english dictionary 'malaise' means a state of not wanting to do anything. Hence others were brought into then malaya to clear and develop the country. Many hundreds chinese, indians died from clearing jungle, the mines, plantations,
defending Malays fr communists & japanese etc.
Deceitful Mahathir a FAKE Malay should reveal where his billions came from ??. Corrupt Men like Taib Mahmud should also be investigated by MACC for his billions taken from the Good people of Sarawak.
The Mamak Mahathir is really worried if Anwar & Pakatan comes to power, hence he plays the only card he know will stir up the Malays ....the Tuan and racial card. Thank God we have Good Pas & Keadilan to counteract his hidden agenda i.e to protect his ill gotten billions for his future generations.

  21. Off Tangent but Valentine's Day is around the corner and it involves TUN's "LOVE AFFAIR" with Singapore:

Actually Malaysian Armed Forces did good
TUDM with C-130 Evacuations to Jeddah
& RMN dealing with the Somali "Jack Sparrows"

This video should be everybody's benchmark, comparable to "Team America' They were ready to go within 24 hrs. of the "event horizon".

a BRILLIANT example of "PUNCHING ABOVE YOUR WEIGHT"

  22. If Mubarak goes today or later this week, Egyptians will debate why it took so long to rid themselves of this tin-pot dictator. The problem was that under the autocrats – Nasser, Sadat, Mubarak and whomever Washington blesses next – the Egyptian people skipped two generations of maturity.

For the first essential task of a dictator is to "infantilise" his people, to transform them into political six-year-olds, obedient to a patriarchal headmaster.

They will be given fake newspapers, fake elections, fake ministers and lots of false promises. If they obey, they might even become one of the fake ministers; if they disobey, they will be beaten up in the local police station, or imprisoned in the Tora jail complex or, if persistently violent, hanged.

Only when the power of youth and technology forced this docile Egyptian population to grow up and stage its inevitable revolt did it become evident to all of these previously "infantilised" people that the government was itself composed of children, the eldest of them 83 years old.

Yet, by a ghastly process of political osmosis, the dictator had for 30 years also "infantilised" his supposedly mature allies in the West. They bought the line that Mubarak alone remained the iron wall holding back the Islamic tide seeping across Egypt and the rest of the Arab world. The Muslim Brotherhood – with genuine historical roots in Egypt and every right to enter parliament in a fair election – remains the bogeyman on the lips of every news presenter, although they have not the slightest idea what it is or was.

    - from The Independent

Are Malaysians going thru the same process? It's almost similar. In Egypt they have a guy with a capital M. Here we also have an old guy with a capital M. So are Malaysians "infantilised"? Are out politicians also "infantilised"?

  23. Tun Apanama is getting concern that the wave of protest in Tunisia and Egypt will reach the shore of Malaysia soon as the malays are beginning to question the corrupted practices of Umno, especailly during the 22 years reign of Tun Apanama that has resulted in the outflow of billions of illicit money!!!

  24. The amazing thing is Dr M's insistence on Tanah (utk) Melayu sahaja.

Since that point is his entire Basis for protecting Malay Rights, he should be the 1st to walk the walk.

Dr M. Your (fore)Father(s) are from India/Pakistan? Yr mother is Malay?

Just as many foreigners with Malay wives, should foreign fathers not be allowed the same instant path to "Malay-isation" as you?

But u were smart & adopted solely the heritage of yr mother's. But that still makes u 1/2 Malay & not 100% Malay. But had yr mother also been Pakistani Muslim, then could u also claim the same "Malay-ness" as a pure Malay?

Which is the point. You are as rojak & as "immigrant" as those of us denied our rights as full-fledged Malaysians. So WHO R U to speak up for BumiPutras when u are NOT one!
