APCO MISSED A MOTHER-OF-ALL PR STUNTS.

Well-placed “Whistler” (remember him?) over a gin tonic lunch sneered

that APCO missed a scoop for the flamboyant FLOM.

A photo-shoot with TBH junior over this CNY period would have been the mother-of-all image enhancing stunt.

Valentine’s Day is a NO NO, being a hedonistic Christian practice!

But never you mind, he reminded, there is still MOTHERS DAY coming up….unless it too will be labeled HARAM!

However, let’s leave it to 1APCO, yah?

GOOD READ HERE

  1. Tun M is getting worried over the people revolution in Tunisia and Egypt.

He has been dishing out his race hard, fast and furious like never before in his twilight years. The new Malay dilemma is between the 'have not' Malays and the 'have plenty' Malays who abuse the NEP in any which way and depriving the ordinary Malays of their chance and opportunities given under the NEP.

Of course, TDM and Perkasa would disagree, arguing that the NEP also benefitted the non-Malays even if they are totally excluded from it. Both are a big part of the problem for the Malays not achieving what "rightfully belong to (Malays) in their original land".

This old fox is just as devious as ever trying to split Malaysians into the originals and the pendatang.

  3. You & your Blog's preoccupation with that slime woman is staggering !

Why waste time on this fat Mama of all Evils, dun you have other heartening things to write about ?

Or worse news such as why coming Messiah Anwar is always overseas ( who pays for him ? ) giving Islamic lectures, while we ( esp Sabah & Sarawak ) rot from underneath?

That will be a good read, ya ?

  4. Can you imagine Mahathir can remember events happened 22 years ago and accused LKS as a liar?
Yet he cannot remember anything when questioned 14 times..on Lingam case..the answer is ‘I don’t remember”….14 times.
Why can’t this man shut his mouth and stop fooling Malaysians.
    His tricks are outdated.

  5. “why Najib had not been detained if Operation Lalang was allegedly to deal with the racial tensions in October 1987, referring in particular to the Umno Youth rally at Jalan Raja Muda Stadium in Kuala Lumpur on 17th October 1987 with banners displaying slogans: “MAY 13 HAS BEGUN” and “SOAK IT (KRIS) WITH CHINESE BLOOD”.

There was no proper answer from Mahathir, only the typical illogical Mahathir retort: “Who asked you to provoke him?”

Mahathir’s statement is proof enough! “Who asked you to provoke him”. In other words, Mahathir confirmed that Najib did hang out the banners: “MAY 13 HAS BEGUN” and “SOAK IT (KRIS) WITH CHINESE BLOOD”.

Hail Adolf Najib. Sie sind verruckt!
Herr Doktor Mahathir, Sie sind krank und verruckt sein!

  6. Najib said to the Chinese community that distribution is not as important as increased in earning. Sounds sensible if there is no NEP. But he would sing a different tune in the company of Ibrahim Al Katak and Mamakthir.

The 30% demand has been on for 40 years and it should have an end date now. For that Najib should order an accurate accounting on the status of the actual equity shares owned by Malays. Should there is any shortfall which EPU was good at lying Najib should deployed Petronas funds to buy shares until the 30% target is achieved. He should then distribute the shares to Malays and declare NEP achieved success.

Only when NEP is removed would Malaysians overseas consider returning to rebuild this country. Is Najib waiting for the person who overstayed his welcome in this world to depart before he would dare to order a proper accounting of Malays ownership in equity shares vis-a-vis the 30% target?

  7. We all know that the only Malays that have abused the NEP are the ones in power. They are the ones who manage the implementation of the NEP and everything that goes with it.

Mahathir had the cheek to stereotype all Malays as being at fault. Don't tell us that the Malay farmers working on their padi fields in Kedah or the fishermen who went to sea in Terengganu would have the opportunity to abuse the NEP.

Umno has transformed into a party for the Malays who want to be connected and make something for themselves. Everybody knows that. The Malays who are not connected and have no strings to pull, will just have to work as hard as the rest of the Malaysians to feed their families.

Umno, in seeking wealth and power, will continue to exploit the fear and addiction of its own people to stay in power. Mahathir should have a better opinion of the ability of its own people. Instead, he make sure they stay foolish.

NEP can always be replaced by a need-based policy. The NEP being abused is not the only problem. Its biggest vice is the damage it is doing to the people it purported to help. It made dwarfs out of them, made them fearful of change and suspicious of other races.

  8. TDM had said that the country belongs to the Malays and now wants to promote equality amongst the people.. Isn't that a contradiction?

He had lost a golden opportunity to progress the community by teaching and training them to be self reliant and competitive. Corruption had siphoned off huge resources meant for the poor and needy. Grandiose ideas and spending continue to drain our funds. We are lacking both in political and economical principles. Ethnic relations are worse than ever before , aided by narrow religious zealousness. It will take a lot to get out of our quagmires. Equality should have been expounded on 31 August 1957. It may be too late now.

  9. Tun M has already ruined the nation's educational system, its judiciary and police force, and ruined Malaysia's chance of being a developed economy. For the sake of our children and the future of Malaysia we must put an end to UMNO's rule which has been filled with abuses of power, corruption, injustices and racism. Now, we can't even celebrate Valentine's Day. What's next? We can't celebrate New Year's Day as well because our present calendar is the Gregorian calendar?!

  10. Siti Nor Bahyah's and JAIS' prejudice and misinformation of Christianity reveals urgent need for constant frank inter-faith dialogue

JAIS' and Siti Nor Bahyah's positions that associated Valentine's Day with immorality and Christianity are baseless and misleading.

The sermon prepared by JAIS (Jabatan Agama Islam Selangor), according to The Malaysia Insider, and Siti's comments, were both prejudiced and irresponsible because they were based not upon facts but upon urban myths. Such comments are dangerous as they are likely to stir disgust and disdain for Christianity.

  11. The recent revealing of the ridiculous "First Lady of Malaysia Division" dedicated to Rosmah Mansor is bewildering and has yet again shown the inconsistency of the Barisan Nasional government in informing the public.

Najib is clearly contradicting himself when the official website of Prime Minister's Department included the "First Lady of Malaysia Division" in the staff directory, under which five staffs are employed to work, suggestively for the self-proclaimed "First Lady" of Malaysia, Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor.

  12. “I had asked Mahathir point-blank why Najib had not been detained if Operation Lalang was allegedly to deal with the racial tensions in October 1987, referring in particular to the Umno Youth rally at Jalan Raja Muda Stadium in Kuala Lumpur on October 17, 1987, with banners displaying slogans: ‘May 13 has begun’ and ‘Soak it (keris) with Chinese blood’,” he said.

Gosh, this is the same guy that is shutting and promoting 1Malaysia now ??? All Chinese out there should ask themselve is this the person who they would trust to protect their interest after Ge13.

  13. Aunty Rosey is as charming as my mom but she's years older.
She likes to hold habies like my mom too. Maybe she does it for the camera.
But she can save Malaysia from going the Egypt way.
Alas she didn't teach Suzanne Mubarak how to do it.

  15. To PAS Youth, instead of conducting “immorality checks” on V’s Day in opposition-ruled states, why not take a break from politics and be romantic enough to spend precious time with your beloved under the moon, always conscious that God is watching you from a distance!

To the Muslims who really want to celebrate V’s Day but cannot as a result of the recent ban, please do not be angry but in keeping with the spirit of the day, send a rose to Siti, Jawi, Jais and Jakim – unless the rose is deemed by them as a Christian flower used to se
