    1. the Malaysian Judiciary ceased to exist since 1988. Go ask Mahathir. He knows why and best.
    2. The present Judiciary is just but a name only. And, it being not a true and proper functioning Judiciary constituted under the Federal Constitution, it never has any independence.
    Enough said.
