Asked whether he (Tun Ling) was confident about fighting off the case, he said, “In the Palace of Justice, you must feel very confident of justice.”
To me if this is not supreme confidence then it is tipping/dripping(?) into divine confidence.
Pre 1981, you can’t fool justice……remember Harun Idris , Mokhtar Hashim and Tan Koon Suan?
Post 1981 all the King’s horses and all the King’s men got off scot free except Anwar Ibrahim. That was the time the Kangaroos held court and whilst they played musical chairs the whole world mocked us and laughed at us. The kangaroos just hid their face in their pouches.
Heard around the blogs:
You can change the judge but you cannot change the law.
That may be true in US and in a more civilised world. But not in Malaysia.
Here, they change the law and keep the judge(s).
And luckily nobody wanted a Royal Commission anymore…..as these RC insults the King who lends his Royal adjective to these still-born dog and pony shows.
Will Ling’s defence team be given the type of help they refused Anwar?
Let’s see how this case unfolds. Let’s witness how the CJ and his court jesters trip amongst the daisies.
GET INTO A SÉANCE AND AGUSTINE PAUL WILL TELL YOU…….
JUST A PARTING SHOT....
There is a saying “As a dog returns to its vomit, so a fool repeats his folly”.
AG will declare NFA, lack of witnesses.
ReplyDeleteHey Bro Zor, don't they say that in Bolehland, Tuns don't get prosecuted? So is this fler going to court just for a show as usual? Hm....
ReplyDeleteRIGHT OR WRONG, LET JUSTICE PREVAIL
ReplyDeleteAlways let justice take its natural course
Provided there's true justice of course
Without any obvious diversion off course
Let's uphold justice for its right cause

New fart, you heard wrong. Nobody is above the law, not even a Tun. But what can happen to a Tun in court is up to you know who!
ReplyDeleteThe moment TUN Ling got charged into court for PKFZ kollapsion, the country and TUN Ling made "TUN-ship" title as good a quality as Toilet-paper.
ReplyDeleteSo now, everybody can have "TUN-ship" before their names, why limit to 25 recipients; make it 30millions lah.... so no need to reduce subsidies for the people!
Just 4 words, "Send In the Clowns".
ReplyDeletemalsia1206
I do think that charging Ling is part of a promotion campaign.
ReplyDeletePart of najib's plan , a sign of the coming soon general election.
Ling will be acquitted after the general election . Yes ? No ?
Why is everybody out of the country?
ReplyDeleteThe Prime Minister is on leave, the dPM and his huge entourage on working hols in Korea, Sarawak white hair rat is shitting bricks in the storeroom of House of Lords.
Btw where's that Mamakfler? ...can't find him? Please look under Ib Eli's table.
Poor Tun Ling, he's all alone, hope he spills the beans and expose the whole bunch of them. What's the point when those billions can't buy a good night's sleep and good health?
Although this action by the govt was commendable, why only a Yellow face charged? Are brown faces so free from corruptions? Half a century of under hand activities by these UMNO scumbags actively screwing the national coffers, until they were bloated with filthy wealth...yet, not not ONE BIG FISH was charged. Hey MACC for a start to balance the equation, bring the retired Indo dentist to the dock for his many unanswered questions, how was it possible for a retired sand miner afford a 24 million Bali-ese palace! How about Peh Moh, with his "tall timbers" found in Canada, New York and London, worth billions...nothing to answer for? How about the worst of the corrupted lot, Mr San Miguel Beer.
ReplyDeleteUMNO PM, the chief sitting bull said, "GE coming, put on a good show" ...only use Yellow chinks and black thambys as main actors!!!
“In the Palace of Justice, you must feel very confident of justice."
ReplyDelete--------------------------
Ya, tell that to Anwar.
Why is it that building is the only one in Putrajaya with an English name? They should rename it in Bahasa Melayu. I would suggest they rename it Istana KeAdilan (as in Parti KeAdilan Rakyat).
Gullible Malaysians should stop perpetuating the falsehood that a Toonship is an immunity from prosecution. It is not and never will be.
ReplyDeleteHOW ABOUT THE PEELED DICKS, ARE THEY IMMUNE AND ABOVE THE LAWS OF THE LAND?...YET, THIS UMNO REGIME IS LIKE A BUNCH OF BANANA, THERE IS NOT A SINGLE STRAIGHT ONE AMONG THEM!
ReplyDeleteOOOOPS! FORGOT THAT MACC, KANGAROOS ARE STUFFED WITH ALMOST ALL PEELED DICKS TOO....
On the other hand, the Palace of Justice is run by kangaroos where anything goes. As we write, deals had already been hammered out. This is Bolehland after all. The whole scenario is only a temporary cheap trill to fool us to vote for the BN again.
ReplyDeleteAiyah. They will use the same script to later find Tun Ling not guilty just like the Perwaja case. In the process it make rakyat think that BN is serious about corruption, and let BN win the GE. After that Tun Ling will be released scot-free.
ReplyDeleteWe have seen enough already-lah.
All sandiwara dan wayang BN, cuma siaran ulangan....
The knights of the round table
ReplyDeleteGoblets of wine and water
Listening to the speeches
Projects and direct contracts
Papers present acknowledgement flow
Every member supporting each other
Like one stroke pen every one gets a share
In the collective decision listening to the parrot
The zones of wealth creation
The warlords of the knights reign
Every conquest the loot will be shared
Then there will be fall guys and not guilty pleas
Unto law the knights rule
Only others out of the influence
Can they be removed in conquest
Like the peasants revolt and boundary dispute
One knight netted though left the round table
Of others still walking free in their domains
Spewing wisdom and lots of experience
Hiding the ill-gotten wealth in shadow
Bernard,
ReplyDeleteWill this be the lighted fuse leading to the "Implosion" of the Person/s, Party, Government, Nation...?

The Elite Group don’t need to control every social worker, just the people who control the social workers.
In other words, you only need to control the very few people who have the power to call off an investigation when necessary.
These placemen and women are controlled by the same force and so the cover-up can be carefully coordinated through people who appear, to the outsider, to be unconnected – teachers, social workers, policemen, lawyers, judges, and media...
Their networks place their people in the major positions of power in all the areas they need to control to prevent proper investigation or to ensure that any high-profile case that does get to court always fails.
You don’t need to control all the policemen to stop an investigation.
You just need to control “the person who controls the policemen”.
You be the judge.
Cheers.
Bernard,

"Yesterday, I accidentally came upon several interesting articles by Datuk George Seah...
I think people have been grossly misdirected in blaming solely Tun Dr Mahathir for the judiciary crisis in 1988. This is partly because of the strong accusation from the opposition and the silence of Dr Mahathir in clearing the air...
"...On a side note, after Umno was declared unlawful and cease to exist on 4th February 1988, Malaysia effectively had no Prime Minister, Deputy Prime Minister and many other ministers from Umno. The next leader in line was non other than Datuk Seri (now Tun) Ling Liong Sik as MCA holds the most seats in the Dewan Rakyat. He chaired the subsequent cabinet meeting without the presence of all Umno ministers including Dr Mahathir. Malaysia was effectively ruled by an MCA President at that time even if it was for a short while. MCA could have staged a coup d e’tat of the country on their own but they did not. For that, Umno was forever grateful to the MCA.
In conclusion, it is easy to criticise in retrospect on what had happened in the past. Being a leader is never easy. Only the brave, the decisive, the intelligent and the wise will succeed.
Doing what is right may not necessarily be as vital as doing what is best for the nation and its people. Even when the decision proves to be very unpopular. Only time will tell and history be the judge. Wallahu’alam.
Please note that my observation and analysis is solely based on my opinion on the articles by the affected parties which are available online. Any facts which may have escaped me or some events that happened which were not disclosed to the public may certainly strengthen or weaken my findings above.
Therefore I beg anyone whom has the knowledge and evidence to substantiate their own findings to share with us here. However, it is hoped that the evidence and knowledge shared were obtained from the main parties affected and not through hearsay or third party referrals. Thank you." Unquote.
People in Glass houses shouldn't throw stones...so Jibby could suffer the biggest "Backlash" from his "Master"...
So, the long and short of it. The Bolehland's state of affairs is all good...
"Situation Normal All Effed Up – SNAFU."
If MAN does NOT WANT to WAKE-UP & NOT WANT to LEARN to take Positive Steps...
History will keep REPEATING itself – MAN will continue to be Sheeples aka Goyim!
Yes, we are the suckers that allowed the System to create our nation's ills, so please wake up & get out of the Bolehland mindset to see the bigger picture!
You be the judge.
Cheers.
Alaaa Zorro,
ReplyDeleteYou sound as if LLS is already guilty.
Please lah be fair, you must acknowledge that LLS's son, Hee Leong is one brilliant chap. He bought a few public listed companies while he was like in his 30s or so. How many 30 year olds have the capacity to but a couple of public listed companies??
Be fair la, recognise talent when there is one. And Hee Leong is actually as smart as Bill Gates.
"We have some of the best judges money alone cannot buy!" Nuff said!
ReplyDeletedpp
we are all of 1 race, the Human Race
Do not ever believe this 'sandiwara'. Ling Liong Sik is only part of this 'sandiwara' to fool the 'rakyat'. We will only believe that the BN government is really serious in fighting corruption when we see the likes of the Sarawak white-haired chief minister gets charged in court and sent to jail.
ReplyDeleteNo defence of his can get him free, but that is if the government is serious. And also the dentist former MB of Selangor, just to name one. Go on BN, make a fool of the 'rakyat'. After all, the 13th general election is coming ever closer by the day.
History going to be repeated. Its going to be another Perwaja similarity case. Drag and postpone and the end the fat ass died and the case close and everybody forgive and forget. Malaysia Boleh.
ReplyDeleteAnon1109am...Hee Leong became instant millionaire courtesy of Bakun Dam Ting of Sarawak. Why do you think John Soh was allowed back in the country? i suggest you do some research before you make comments here. LLS junior is a speck of dust compared to Bill Gates!
ReplyDeleteWhat if I have already pronounced LLSW guilty? He will be exonerated like Eric Cheah, Kasita and Baginda. Bet you a packet of kachang puteh! ON?
This is only one of the big sharks, perhaps a sacrificial one just to please the rakyat. From day one, i can sense this so called MCA president look like a crook. When he was in his prime as President, his son, only in his twenties nearly become a BILLIONAIRE. How amazing indeed. It does not take 1
ReplyDelete+1=2 to understand the whole corrupted practices.Meanwhile, i also have the gut feeling this big white shark will go scoot free, ultimately, by the present bunch of judges in our so called tainted "judiciary". No evidence, no documentary proof etc.... case "tuptup" as usual.Happily, he will enjoy his billions....
Remember also, there are still plenty of big sharks involved in this PKFZ fiasco out there, now protected either by UMNO/BN or the super duper powerful tycoons.
Hey flyer168
ReplyDeleteUmno indebted to Ling?
What a theory.
I guess Bernard will bet another packet of kacang puteh on this.
Zor, Anon1109am. may not realize our kangaroos are not the same type found down under. Bolehland rear eunuch kangaroos...trained only for one purpose, sniffing balls!
ReplyDeleteAfter 14months in Court hoo hoo haaa haa, Farah Azlina Latif take charge as Judge and SayFool in turn take role as AG - Guni PigTail.
ReplyDeleteWait & See.... The Orgy Justice in PutraJaya.
Then Toon Ling case will be decided as NFA.... 'No Fu*king A*s'.
THE MASK OF ZORRO on Astro AXN tonite 9pm, repeat os Saturday afternoon.
ReplyDeleteThose who do not know what Zorrr is, watch the movie.
Otherwise, watch JAZZ CAFE on TV2 Saturday 5am morning to see that Niamah guy.
THE CHARGE: That you, between Sept 25 and Nov 6, 2002, at Level 4 of the Prime Minister’s Office in Bangunan Perdana Putra, cheated the Government by deceiving the Cabinet into approving a land purchase in Pulau Indah...
ReplyDelete-----------------
LOL!
Sure, he deceived the Cabinet, each and everyone in it. And the Chief signed the approval while half asleep.
Hey, maybe the Cabinet is that stupid after all. We only have to look at the over-priced and lop-sided deals they have signed.
Can the defence subpoena the Cabinet papers (OSA, woh) on this deal? If not possible, how can Toon mount a proper defense?
Innocent until proven guilty. All accused must be accorded due process, even for a carToon.
The silly cow moooed.. "don't jump into conclusion, he's innocent until proven guilty" - so it is?
ReplyDeleteHow come Anwar Ibrahim has already been condemned to guilt and has to prove his innocence?
That's a strong hint. It's sandiwara all the way and they'll drag the case till this sickly confused toon is dead! Yeah just like Eric Chia!
And did his son say the polis were so professional? They weren't at all nice when it came to Anwar Ibrahim?
Remember they sent 20+ armed UTK personnel to intercept his vehicle in the middle of the road near his house and dragged him into their vehicle and the irony was Anwar did not steal a single sen from the government or the Rakyat, how come?
Zorro, way back when during Mahathir's reign they dumpped the Privy Council, I recall saying to my students, "it is like, having trained some monkeys, you're now handing hte banana plantation to the care of the monkeys"! Well, it did not take long, did it, before monkeys started doing monkey business? No doubt Tun Suffian was the CJ then. So, it did not happen during his time. Maybe not even during the next CJ's time. But then it did happen soon after. The monkeys went to feast.
ReplyDelete.
ReplyDeletehow suttle they are playing this racist game - indirectly trying to instill fear among the malays that all evils in the country are created by the "pendatang."
vilifying the Chinese just so they hope to get the malays rile up for unity talk btw. pas.
LoL.
.
Can we really hope for substance and not form at the Istana Kehakiman? Pax.
ReplyDeleteAlaaa Zorro, you sound like some sore grapes la. So, what if Hee Leong was successful because of that Bakun Dam chap? Hee Leong was smart enough to make use/negotiate his way up.
ReplyDeleteYou think Bill Gates is what he is today because he was a clean and moral chap??
Successful people like Hee Leong will always have people like you being green with envy. I mean Man Utd is the most hated club because of their success. Same applies for Hee Leong la.
Our society is as such ... if one is poor and down, people will look down. If one is successful and rich, people will be jealous.
The real multiracial Malaysia was destroyed by a constitutionally-defined Malay, who was PM for 22 years. It was during his time that everything had to be racialised; civil service, education, economic and investment activities, the infamous 30 percent quota system which the king of 'katak' Ibrahim Ali now wants revised to 67 percent.
ReplyDeleteTunku Abdul Rahman's prophecy that Dr Mahathir Mohamad would destroy this nation is proving to be true. Look at the mess and rot underneath the facade: massive corruption, racial and religious polarisation, partial and politicised government organs and institutions, a laughing-stock judiciary, declining economy due to massive lack of confidence by foreigners and locals, etc.
...and his son Mr "Nice-Chap" is waiting in the wings to take over from Najib, wasn't that the sneaky deal?
ReplyDeleteHaha, forget that silly brainless mooo-ing cow, he has no fighting chance; the less he talk, the better his chances!
