The bribe case of Hulu Selangor by-election come out with some new definition for bribe. If the money offered did not go directly benefitted the receiver and you could not prove the money offered changed the decision of the receiver, then it is not bribe. Don’t know if this RM11 million is bribe or not. Maybe this bribe money does not benefit the receiver directly and you could not prove this money offered did change the decision of receiver. So, no case!
NOT SO EASY NOW TO HIDE ONE'S HIDE
ReplyDeleteWhen there's nothing to hide
Less chance to offer a bribe
Not so easy to marry a bride
Harder now to maintain pride
