CONSISTENTLY INCONSISTENT

“Children are unpredictable.

You never know what inconsistency they are going to catch you in next.”

Henry Ward Beecher

“There are those who would misteach us that to stick in a rut is consistency-

and a virtue;

and that to climb out of the rut is inconsistency-

and a vice”

Mark Twain

  1. What are we getting agitated by the word meritocracy? That word does not exist in UMNO's dictionary. This marginalization of exceptional non-Malay students has been the norm since the time of that stupid Mamak Kutty.

The UMNOputras know that they don't have it in them to compete on a level field and shine like the others.

The Malays who are not from the UMNOputra stock have excelled and reached greater heights than their counterparts who still sport the crutch mentality that was imbibed in them by Mamak Kutty so that he will have a ready vote bank of under achievers who have to look up to UMNO for their livelihood.

Najis is all for sloganeering. What is he crowing about 1Malaysia when even future generations of Malaysians are relegated to fend for themselves in a system which does not support or uphold decent democratic norms?

His deputy who happens to be the Education Minister is no better. He does not even know the rot in the education system. Just look at the secondary school in Rawang where drug pushing, rape and extortion are the passtime of school bullies and rowdies.

As usual the principal and the staff of that school has swept everything under the rug and presented a very glossy picture of the school. They are also into KPI points.

What does the PDRM say to what has been going on in that school? There was no police reports. What was the police officer attached to that school doing? Was he playing with his balls? The police can make reports on their own and take prompt action on people whom they do not like.

Since no action was taken on the thugs and rapists in that school, are we to surmise the police are chummy-chummy with them?

What we need is a proactive, people friendly government. We do not need a half past six government which does not know how to run a clean, efficient, transparent and people centric government. According to Idris Jala, we may end up in bankruptcy in a decade. What a rosy picture we are leaving to our future generations!

  2. Hey you racist

There many many, more Malays who fail in getting matriculation or even Form 6 especially in the rural areas.
The poor ones have to work and some took PTPL loans to study in private colleges.
They don't know anyone who can help them. At least the Chinese and Indians can run to MCA and MIC to pressure the government.
Soon the JPA scholarships will be announced.
You will see the rejected Chinese and Indians running to the two parties.
And as usual Malays are the victims. because they have to give up their places to accomodate the MCA and MIC demands.
    Is that fair????

  3. Purist:

That's why scholarship should be based on merit and income and not on race. You are the racist here for crying racism.

  4. This Saiful idot has been trained and grilled how to reply during all these months before the trial. I will never ever trust this dickhead bum whenever he opens his stinking mouth..
What a "coincidence" this bum was with our PeeeM on his scholarship. There are thousands and thousands who are not able to get a scholarship. How come only this Saiful idiot can see our Pee..M. It would be real fun, if those thousands individual go to his office and see him.
Not matter what, there is clearly a conspiracy here between UMNO politicians, the PeeeM and this idiotic bum to get Anwar at all cost. This trial is just sandiwara.
This is Bolehland so called judiciary and ruling government trying to destroy the opposition leader by whatever means.

  5. If you spend more than you earn, you can only sustain such behaviour by borrowing. Otherwise, you will be short of cash. When you borrow, you are pawning your future earnings because you have to repay both the principal and interests in your borrowings.

As long as your income increases in the long term, people will bet that you can repay those borrowings and continue to finance your deficit spending. Income increases come from a healthy GDP growth.

In the 1980s and early 90s, we didn't have any problems with deficit spending because we knew the following year would be better than the past. However, look at our GDP growth in the past decade. We don't even average 5% percent growth. How are we going to repay our debts if the interests on them keep on piling?

Yes, we are a sovereign country with our own money. We can print as many of them as we want. Zimbabwe did that. Now everyone in that country is a worthless billionaire.

  6. Hello Purist

How can malays be victims when they easily get MARA study loan and they do not have to return upon graduation?

List of thousands of name of MARA loan defaulters are published on NST weekly.

  7. The last time petrol price increas, Pak Lah said the savings from subsidy will be used to improve public transportation.

Instead, the public transportation is now in a more deplorable state.

So how can you trust the BN effort to cut subsidy? More like enriching their cronies.

It's ridiculous that our ex-premier Mahathir squandered RM100 billion of the rakyat's money during his 22 years' reign. It's ridiculous that Malaysia buys submarines worth billions but they cannot dive.

It's ridiculous that jet engines can disappear from our military air force. It is ridiculous that after RM12.5 billion, our PKFZ is not fully operational. It's ridiculous that after three generations, we are still call immigrants. It's ridiculous that after 52 years, Malaysia is still a low-income nation. So Malaysia going bankrupt? That's not ridiculous.

  8. Hey Purist, what the hell are you moaning about? Do you know how many Mara junior science colleges are in the country and what is the number of non-Malay citizen's children are enrolled in them? Do you know how many non-Malay citizen's children are in UiTM? For that matter do your know how many bumiputera npn-Muslim students (kadazan, murut, iban, bajau)are given a place in UiTM?

Why the apartheid mentality? Deserving students of all races should be given places. Places in institutions of higher learning should not be reserved for UMNOputras alone. UMNOputras and their children do not have the grey matter in them. They have been deprived of their competitiveness and neutered into UMNO slavery by Mamak Kutty. Go and as that slime ball why the country is on the verge of bankruptcy? Ask him why he squandered the billions of ringgit of the rakyat for his magalomaniac ego.

If you just do a survey of the deserving Malay students who did not get a place, you would find them to be from non-UMNO families.

This stupid DUMBNO only looks after its kind, not everyone who is a bona fide citizen of this country.
