TO THE FOUR SCORPIONS.....THANKS FOR THE MEMORIES....

It was a gathering of people of all hues - Seranis, Malays, Chinese, Indians, Sikhs, Norwegians, Brits, Swedish, Irish and a few guys of suspect nationality....but as ANTARES predicted, all having a blast of love and good vibes.....with one variation though! Recap: this was a birthday bash for 2 males and 2 females. When it came to the cutting of the cake, only Steady Jane was in front of the cake and made speeches for the absent three. No prize for guessing.....we still want to keep this bash friendly.

  2. Hmmmm...i will respect each individual's right to their own preferences. But to broadcast it in picture form some of their behavior here, which I know is not acceptable at all to any good universal values in any part of the world(including Denmark, Sweden,UK, USA), is a bit out of my redline. Im glad you all had a good time but some actions are better left unsaid (unshown)than said (shown). Why seek trouble when it can be avoided? Especially troubles that are not worth anything. A bit puzzled la Zorro?

What's wrong if they enjoy themselves with booze and beers and whisky and get themselves so drunk and so happy yet so hung over the next few days??

We dont drink doesnt mean we should tell others not to. Same the other way round. I really dont think Zorro and friends will tell others who do not drink, to drink.

Take a chill pie. It's when people like you try to play justice your own way that this world becomes messy.

Broadcasting the pictures is not wrong. Afterall those werent even them. even if it were them, what's wrong?

What is wrong is people who in the daylight champion their own religions this and that, but at night, they sneak out to have some 'forbidden' fun disallowed by their respective religions. These are called hypocrites.

    Words alot, action differs.

    At least Bernard admits it.

You can visit HH's Steadyaku to view some wholesome, religious and Minister somemore! drinking beer and having fun.. yet, go ask them if they drink, and they'll tell you, "Huh? Drink!?? Me!?? No way! Islam forbids!"

So.. take aanother chill pie, mate.

Me.. i do ALOT of things my religion forbids..

I too am a "missing" Scorpion who could not make it there to PD ...sigh ! Anyways I'm sure it must have been a blast with Boom and his harmonica belting out the blues accompaning the shy "picker" on guitar...as I first met them in Alan's place recently. Cheers to all others who were there and safe drive back home !

  7. Hey Mr Chillpie aka "Pak Hisham"

Its wrong to impersonate a person, punishable by law. Clearly you are not a muslim nor a malay. Nor an older person qualified to be called a Pak. Stop trying to cause confusion to others. Just say that you're a beer swilling bar hopping dui guy who takes offence at what habib said but there's no need to diss muslims by pretending to be one. Shameful to stoop so low. But that's what alcohol can do to the brain.

  8. I am a vegetarian and teetotaller by choice. I have friends who are completely the opposite. We have our usual bash and I do not condemn their choice of lifestyle and neither do they mine.

We too do not bring in our religious differences and philosophy to mar our friendship. We are happy as we are rather than to be closet hypocrites and bigots, hiding behind a veil of put on piety.

Whatever people do for their happiness and fun should not be seen as an affront to ones religion or culture unless they specifically do such things to mock ones sensitivities.

Here again why be so hypersensitive to the extent of over reacting and making a fool of oneself just like some dimwits who are just waiting to demonstrate and castigate others for perceived slight and intransigence.

I think it was a good weekend for zorro and company to let their hair down after being called in as an 'honoured guest' of the blue boys from the SB.

Zorro, was it a powwow not to be too harsh against their tomfoolery and paranoid behaviour?
