PERHAPS WE COULD LEARN LOTS FROM OUR KIDS

  1. just too bad that this remains idealistic ...

these kids will grow up to learn the truth about the real Malaysia ...

it can never be the other way around! at this tender age, they are innocent and do not understand the real picture but will eventually ... unless something is done to dispose of this racist regime led by UMNO.

najib talks about tearing down that wall but isn't he building a higher wall???

  3. zorro,
Their "innocence" will come to an abrupt end when these kids are exposed to the adults take on the reality of the current damage already in place....and all this ads. only looks good on the telly as something from a bygone era...like how till today we can ONLY talk about how good our football team of Mokhtar, Chin Aun, Aru and Singh of old were once....all in the past tense, never of the currrent times. Why ? Becos there are morons today to always remind/threaten us of May 13 till the day we die ! That is the "ace" card for every insecured, irrelevent and accidental politician who's embroiled in corrupt practise and in deeep shit, up to his neck ! I wanna puke just thinking of them ! but we continue to kid ourselves by "escaping" to these "feel good" ads. 1Malaysia indeed ! And thanks for the Merdeka present Mr. PM.....that increase in petrol today will secure you the next "buy-election".....no need for special draws. Very sleek move !

  4. Total waste of time. You think the UMNO hounds are watching this? And even if they do, you think they learnt anything? I don't need all this soppy shit to tell me how it was with me and my friends. We see each other now we don't need a script from these ads to tell us how we are going to communicate or what it is we communicate. I'll call my friend, dei Melayu, and he will call me dei punda...and we have a bloody good laugh! No malice. No hate. No anger, just sheer confidence in that our friendship surpasses all these innuendos inherent in such name calling which can potentially create a riot as our UMNO and BN politicians will tell us.

  6. Why does Yasmin keep making these patriotic Malaysian ads & films...??

To tell "all" of us that we are Anak Bangsa Malaysia...!!!
    And I mean "ALL".................

    "COW" included....!!!

I think price of cow will also go up..!
    So will other things too.

Moreover our public transport "sucks" big time. All talk, "NO" action always....!!

  7. I am always amuse at the adults who ask us to learn from the kids

Kids are kids because they are kids

They don't have to bear the racial insults all day long

They don't have the scar of racial hatred deep inside their psyche

They are not hurt by the institutionalized racial policies

They were not denied education (not yet) because they are not Malays

They were not denied the right to have their arms (at least one little girl kena having one of her arm died) because they happen to be born a Chinese

Unker Zorro, you could have done better than asking us to learn from the kids

Instead of working to topple the racist regime, you ask us to FORGET the pain and suffering we have, to be kids again

We can forgive, Unker, but we ain't gonna forget

  9. BE TAUGHT BY CHILDREN?

There are times by our children we'll be taught
Especially by the many controversies in which we're caught
Apparently with no solutions we'll be fraught
With everything hoped for coming to naught

  14. I like the video! The main problem comes from teachers that was brainwashed by some high & mighty. My Chinese children could not bring food or drink to school now that it's the puasa month! Even on normal days, they are not allow to bring home-food in tupperware to school saying these are contaminated with babi! Son tried, was called to sent something to teacher's room, came back and his food is in the drain. Guess who did it?
40 years ago, I could share a table with any race while still eating my Mom's food.
