ZAKI TO MUSA

Chief Justice of Malaysia, Tan Sri Datuk Seri Zaki, like his other judge-associates live a very cloistered and near-monastic life. They, by the nature of their jobs, cannot consort with any Ahmad, Ah Chong and Samy....more so if Ahmad, Ah Chong and Samy are tycoons.

Tonight Tan Sri was informed that a group of people met for a candlelight vigil in front of the Brickfields Police Station for remanded Wong Chin Huat. The OCPD in charge saw the small gathering and took action: " Saya OCPD Brickfields, I want you to disperse on the count of 3....1,2,3, tangkap semua....lelaki, perempuan.....semua tangkap,"

One chinaman Cop at Dataran Merdeka, sometime ago gave candlelight vigilers to disperse to the count of 15, another at MBPJ gave them three minutes. Now it is to the count of 3. The slogan " 1 Malaysia, People first and Performance now" is really reaping its harvest especially from these little tin-can cops.

Tan Sri, I am told at the RSC Oval this evening, is hopping mad and he intends to write this missive to Musa, the Police Inspector General.

Hey, Mus, your people are getting out of hand. Those people are gathering in sympathy for Wong. They are not armed with parangs....only candles. I know your people are afraid of the Chow Kit area because the bad people have parangs, swords and home-made pistols. But these people are unarmed. Your OCPD is stupid....how can people disperse at the count of three. Your are arresting people for no good reason. You are wasting the time of my judges. They have bigger cases to sit on and what type of judgments do you think my colleagues can mete out to people who are armed with candles? I don't remember Tsu Khoon announcing the number of arrests as part of KPI. Your peoples job is to arrest snatch-thieves, mat rempits, and lock-up slaughterers. You job is to look for missing people (how many now, and how many found?).

Tonight I heard you say on TV that it is difficult to monitor snatch thieves. You say we come here they go there. Then you should have your people over here and over there. Many times I pass your various office complex and I just wonder why so many squad cars are parked in the premises. If all your cars are on the road, this is a deterrent and we won't have this pregnant lady die and her two-month old foetus too. One, two, three, tangkap semua. That is childishly simple, kan?

I travel a lot up and down the country.....seldom do I see any police presence except during your Op this and Op that. Get your squad cars to travel up and down the North South and we will have less accident s and less speeding. If it is too taxing do a sort of relay. To be frank, the police force is not what it used to be when I was a young man. The truth has to be told. You need to spend some quality time thinking about this.

And you have to tell your IOs to buck up on their investigations. Their incompetence is embarrassing. Their shoddy work make it difficult for our Prosecuters. Your people are giving my associates in the judiciary a bad name, do you know that?

Now how do you intend to charge these 15 people you arrested tonight? Did they destroy public property. Were they abusive? Did they show bad signs like that oaf MP from sabah or the Menteri Besar of Pahang? OK illegal assembly of more than 3 or 4. We are the only country with this rule! (Maybe Singapore too, but why must we be aping them all the time?) People First? I will have to talk to Hisham about this.

Earlier today you also arrested ChguBard and his three friends for presenting a cake to PM. Of course you say it is disrespectful....but respect must be earned, kan? And you guys arrest Mat Sabu because he asked people to assemble for special prayers at 5am tomorrow at the Ipoh Mosque. Can't wear Black, can't have special prayers! I am going to recommend that we have special prayers for you and your boys.

You and I work for the government and the rakyat is laughing at us most of the time, if not all the time? Why? We need to think seriously about this. Tomorrow in Ipoh, I hope your guys wont be too trigger happy, then not only Malaysians but the whole world will again laugh at us. Good night, I have work to do.

Musa never received this letter, as a planted SB took it to Hisham.....or is it a figment of my black imagination!

  1. Bet you all with what I have (which is not much anyway). IF Pakatan ever get to form the Federal Government, all those men in blue with all their pips and ironed uniforms shall make a 360 degree touraround and kiss the ground where they all shit. These are ungentlemen of the highest disrepute who serve their master who are in power. Whoever sits in Putrajaya, you can bet the IGP would lick their arses. And down to the lowly ranked Constables This is their mindset. What's so 'Royal' about their tag? My dog's nametag has more honour.

  5. Hmmm...No wearing black tomorrow. Wonder what the CJ is going to wear? A purple suit ala The Joker or baju batik? All the judges and lawyers are not wearing their traditional black robes to court for fear of arrest tomorrow? What about black cars? Hair? Shoes? Bet you that our new ambassador to US will not bring his black suit...The only ambassador in DC with white suit and white shoes...

    Yo bro,

I am absolutely amused with the "letter" to Musa and sure sounds like something that Zaki is capable of but sadly, it didn't reach the IGP.. :-)

Anyway, great write up & guess what, I immediately send it out to fellow comrades to make them soften up to the night/ bed.

    God Bless You.

  8. Patience, people... POWERFUL TRANSFORMATIONS are upon us... whether we are ready or not, whether Umno likes it or not! The Wheel of Fortune spins... Batu besar berguling turun, batu kecil berguling naik... and greedy, grasping gestapomen like Musa Hassan & Gani Patail & their contract-dispensing puppetmasters in Umno will soon feature only in horror comics.

STAY CLEAR OF AIRBORNE SWINE SWEAT!

  9. The police are no longer with the people. It's now all politics and they only answer to their political masters. That's why they are so embolden and just ignore the public criticism. We can complain until the cows come home but to hell with the people as far as they are concerned. The situation is getting from bad to worse. The IGP no longer deserves to head the police force. How true the saying that a fish starts to rot from the head.

  10. Maybe police will be able to efficiently combat crimes when they are not unnecessarily stretched with hassle from inconsiderate malaysians who only know how to riot, cause mayhem, demonstrate on our roads and cause inconvinience to decent law abiding citizens.

When police are forced to act because of this selfish people to protect the majority, how are they suppose to combat crime?

  11. Zorro, we pray for your prompt release. Looks like PRDM has forgotten all decency by going rampage on restaurant patrons.
Hope their respective gods will forgive them because they have to enforce stupid orders from completely corrupt bosses.

  13. Bernard, I know it will be some time before you can moderate this comment. I read of your arrest. I am outraged at the arrogance of the police and the BN govt. I hope you are okay and will be released soon. Good people do not deserved to be treated in this manner, like you and the others arrested today, and YB Siva being dragged out of the dewan!
I wish you well and safe. God bless!
I will be most happy when you moderate this comment!

  17. what the police did to the indian speaker today, dragging him by the limbs, that's what amno had been doing to the indians for the last 50 years... treating the indians like pariah drunkard.

and the best part, today they showed it to the whole world how the indians should be treated.

and bet they will continue to treat the indians like pariah in a million years to come and unless...

"........I hope that Zorro, along with Helen, and the others do not continue to stir up emotions. Can't anyone see that the chaos in Perak was actually caused by the representatives that were elected by the voters?
Calling for protest and gathering, whilst proceeding to 'hantam' the government seems to be the tactics that Anwar was so fond of. And he is doing it again. Create civil unease, stop the inflow of investment, and then wait in the sidelines, and hopeful to claim the throne, and then, wallah, open the rear doors to his foreign friends.....

  25. ZOORO STRIKES AGAIN.
Glad to know you have been released before you could do damage to the police station and you are back in KL ready to go fishing again.
The Pakatan Rakyat did not lose yesterday. It was the best publicity given for the next bye-election.
It may have gone better if Raja Petra was there to give some advice to them on strategy. When the 10 suspended ADUNs refused to leave the Dewan and the sargeant- at-arms refused to carry out the Speaker's orders, he should have sensed that the Usurpers had got all the civil servants and police on their side. The speaker should have convened the Assembly and officially thrown out all the motions put forward by the Usurpers. He could have made a pronouncement that anything said by the 10 suspendees were not valid and are to be discarded, just like bad rubbish.
We need people on our side who can think sideways and grasp the situation faster.
God Bless to you, Zorro, until your next outing.

Dont be so opportunistic and stir up racial sentiments of this incident. Didnt you know that the Sultan had already appointed a new Speaker who now controls the majority?

And guess what race the new speaker is? So how are you going to twist this now?

Why cant the "POWER HUNGRY" simply wait for the court decision 1st. b4 assembly. This UMNO always rush into things (due to desperation). 1st the backdoor takeover (MB b4 Vote of Confidence)....2nd Najib own invitation b4 Tuanku's (result got scolded) & now this..

UMNO always gave excuse all this technical lah...which means u guys ignore the rules & laws.
