  1. The last time the imbroglio happened because people without legal capacity of any kind managed to go to the palace, seek audience with the Sultan and he gave them a ear.

This time, we beseech the Sultan to only admit those with legal capacity into the palace grounds.

May he also grant the request of Nizar and dissolve the Assembly.

Will be nice to see if BN will consider Hee as a nominee anywhere or this is the last we hear of her.

  2. Justice finally prevails. Hopefully the Sultan allows the disolution of the Assembly.Lets see than, if BN wins the Silver state.Lets give our overwhelming support to Datuk Seri Mohammad Nizar Jamaluddin in leading Pakatan Rakyat to another victory over the BN goons.

  4. The PHD Snake Oil & Gambir Salesman dah tutup kedai!!

When he stopped laughing today on Bernama News, and continued to blame the media for unfair reporting against him and his bunch of monkeys(!!?), I knew he couldn't bribe the Judge this time!

Congratulations Datuk Seri Nizar Jamaluddin, the legitimate Menteri Besar Perak!

  6. Is this the light at the end of the tunnel? Let's hope so. I wouldn't be celebrating yet.

I must say this is one judge who is very brave. Good candidate for future CJ. Did Najib got wind of this when he tried to offer an olive branch to Pakatan? So what next?

  7. The path is now cleared for Nizar to seek an audience with the Sultan and request for dissolution of the DUN. The three ADUNs have been suspended and now the DUN is hung, good reason for a fresh election to take place. And if there are no tricks left, Perakinas should bury the BN kau-kau!

  8. Hahaha! "Zambry Haram" will be stuck with him for life.

Pity his children and grandchildren - the offsprings of Zambry Haram!

  9. Democracy is alive only after the fracas in the Perak's state Assembly. This is only the solution to dissolve the assembly and letting Perakians to decide for themselves who they like,Pakatan or BN.The Sultan has to abide by the rule of law and hope this time everything is plain sailing.

  11. Let's be thankful to God, little miracles and mercies and Justice Abdul Aziz.

The Judge's decision will go down with that of Justice Hishamuddin's decision some years ago when he ruled against the ISA, as serving JUSTICE in every possible manner.

I am proud to call these men YOUR HONOUR!

  14. No matter...Nizar & gangs succesfully proved that he is the LEGAL MB...so all media has to call him Perak MB.
Also to say..papers have to be corrected to say Zamry is an illegal MB.
Rakyat at least aware that Nizar DID NOT DERHAKA Tuanku.
Also thet UMNO trying to cloud & Mislead rakyat with LIES.
To prove also UMNO did not abide law..all that to them is technically.
UMNO might have majority gang support but Nizar & gang has Rakyat MAJORITY.
Best of all....NIZAR is RIGHT ALL ALONG.
NIZAR & SIVA are rakyats HERO.
Most importantly, its PROVEN THAT UMNO HAS ILLEGAL GRAB POWER BY BACKDOOR.

    Hail Nizar!!

But why of all day...TUANKU IS AT STATE at this crucial period.
Will UMNO have under the tree emergency meeting...?

  17. I'm still sceptical about this little 'miracle' when Barisan Najis had shown they can treat our Constitution like toilet paper and abused the law-enforcement to full effect just to grab power in the State Assembly!

These consitution hijackers should be on trial and not let off scott-free!

  18. However,if the Sultan doesn't consent to the dissolution of the assembly, their new clown of a Speaker can approve a motion of no confidence in the Assembly and boot Nizar out.
The only wat out is fresh election - I just hope the Sultan feels the same.

People, stay calm and do not provoke the authorities."

Oh, the trucks want to secure the building.

Who knows it may face the challenge like the same way the plaque ended under the tree recently?

The authorities now want to go after objects, after subduing subjects last week.

    Objects easier to handle.
No need to take down reports, buy food and lawyers wont agitate.

Kasi chance lah for people to do their job.

  23. InsyaAllah melayu cina dan india akan 100%
    menyokong Pakatan Rakyat sekiranya DUN
    di bubarkan.

    Ameen.

  24. Let us all not speculate, it is still early days. We can only hope the sultan will grant Nizar an early audience and agreed to disolve the State Assembly.
The referee has given his verdict and it was very clear "The Belakan PINTU MB has no legs to stand on but, to do what was directed by the judge...follow 'The Exit' sign and not be a public nuisance again!

  25. With this ruling does it mean that the (pushthru)speaker ganesan is the illegal speaker. Then can legitimate Speaker Sivakumar declare May7 illegal or not valid. Then surely after May13 the Perak dewan is vacant and fresh elections has to be called even if HRH don't give his blessings.

    ReplyDelete
  26. I think Nizar should not recognise Ganesan as the new Speaker. AFter all if the wrong people were claiming to occupy positions in the Assembly illegally, how can the Assembly on the 7th be legitimate? If not legitimate then how can they appoint a speaker??

    ReplyDelete
  27. Shall we be in Ipoh, ZOrro?

    ReplyDelete
  28. Oh Zorro, I lost my bet my RM100/-!!!

Well its a truly suprising turn of event dont you think? I'm just quite amazed...still doubtful. Its great that Nizar got it and that fresh elections will be held.Somehow I have this nagging feeling that they (BN) is plotting something.

Whatever...dont be over-joyed lets work towards a better Perak with PR and hopefully it stays that way with full power to PKR/DAP/PAS coalition.

  29. It's a pyrrhic victory. The judge was merely toeing the script.
BN's "legally" speaker will now call for an emergency session of the Perak State Assembly. With 28 BN ADUNs + 3 frogs against 28 PR ADUNs, they will pass a vote of no-confidence against Nizar. Nizar will then be "legally" ousted.
This is why BN was so desperate to replace Sivakumar with Ganesan last Thursday, even to the extent of using goons to physically remove Sivakumar.
FYI, the FRU cordoned the SUK well before the court judgement was announced.

  30. Dear all, I am quite worried actually that something will happen on May 13. Call me paranoid or what but the timing is indeed ominous.

In fact on May 7th 2009, 69 people were arrested. 69, 13, 5. I hope to hell that I'm proven wrong but just in case..everyone be vigilant and follow zorro's advice - do not provoke the police!

  32. Heya!!!
How about dragging the haram Cambry out of his office?? Dun ever let him walk out!! Yeah, getting a taste of his own medicine... lolz

  33. Guys you forget one thing and I think Datuk Nizar has also forgotten it.

he actually does not need the Perak's consent to bubar the DUN anymore if the May 7th sitting is deemed illegal as Zambry the Illegal Alien is not the MB at the time and cannot advise the Sultan.

Cause it would have passed the max time elapsed before the DUN must sit.

Automtaically the DUN is dissolved and elections must be called.

Why would Nizar need the sultan punya consent ?

    ReplyDelete
  34. The court judgement today is just Step B in bn's move to regularise the errors made in Feb. Hence najib's advice to Perakians not to be overexcited over the court judgement.
Replacing the Speaker, Sivakumar, however brutal and uncivilized the method was Step A.
Nizar's request to meet the sultan for the DUN to be dissolved will be denied--the official reason: the sultan is overseas (oh!!! what a coincidence). This will buy time for the "haram" speaker to call for an emergency session of the DUN. 28 bn aduns + 3 frogs will pass a motion of non-confidence against Nizar.
PR will sue re: ganesan's appointment as speaker. The same judge will rule that ganesan's appointment is illegal (it's so obvious-lah) but the motion of non-confidence is beyond the court's interference based on the doctrine of the separation of powers.
The court ruling today put bn in a win-win situation: bn will rule Perak legally and they can claim that the judiciary is independent.

  35. hi uncle Bernard..
this link below makes interesting reading:
    http://aisehman.org/?p=1325
It means the sitting under the tree when the SUK building was underseiged is still legal binding..so heheheh..they are now in the minority..tell them go ahead and have their emergency sitting and try to dislodge our legal MB!! what a joke!!!!

  37. Dear All

Zambry is said to hold a PhD from
Temple University in Philadelphia, USA. PhD in Political Science (Political Theory), I believe. He would have studied the arguments for democracy, liberalism etc.

I wonder what his Professors and others who taught him would think about his recent "manoeuvres" on
    behalf of BN in Perak?
