DOES THIS SOUND RIGHT? KAREN POUNCED ON ME!

THE SARAWAK HEADHUNTER DOES NOT THINK SO

Please lah, anak Bangsa Malaysia.....let's live in peace and make this a better place
for those who will come after us.
Give them something GOOD to talk about us when we are gone.
Please lah!

We can't change things unless we ourselves change!
That of course includes me too.

  5. Monsignor Zorro why you plead like it is the sunset in the horizon? The beans are cooking and the fire is still burning strong no? Let it simmer for a while more and it will taste mucho grande when it is ready just like your pipe smoking, you swirl it in the mouth to get the full flavor before each puff and pause. Then repeat until satisfied. See you in Ipoh for 7th May 2009 hockey tournament. Adios amigo till we meet again.

  9. :Malaysia Truly Asia", presumes a mixed bag of multi-religious Asians living together in harmony.

"Bangkitlah Melayu" or the call for Malay Unity, I have often wondered and asked, what does that presume? We Malaysians are living in a hostile environment and so each side of the protagonists unite to confront hostile acts.

UMNO and its leaders call for Malay Unity and funnily, PAS does that too rather regularly. MCA calls for Chinese Unity and so does MIC. But you don't hear teh call for Unity from amongst the other minority races. Why?

I think this word Unity is all nice and mushy. So when anyone uses it its like he or she is saying something nice, something holistic, something no one should have any objection to. But when you look at the context in which the call is made, the underlying presumptions behind that call unfortunately don't suppport that claim that "Malaysia is truly Asia"!, Does it?

  11. Uncle Zorro,

Actually our country, Malaysia is blessed. We have oil and a host of natural resources. We have talented and smart Malaysians. I just hope we dont throw it all away.

I hope my son and the future generations dont curse us for handing down to them a bankrupt nation.
