For the last few days we have had an earful from UMNO themselves that they are so steeped in wheeling and dealing corruption-wise that everyone who just got elected swore that they need to change. That is easily said than done.All those utterings are, what sexologists refer to "Oedipus ograsmic drip", Drip, as in insignificant; as in typical motherhood statements...nice to hear; just drips, no substance - period.I am Taiping-born 69 years ago My first two years was spent in that heritage building that is Peace Hotel today, and in my pre-teen years, as an Asam Kumbang scaliwag before I was deported to Penang. No Taipingite can ever say that Taiping is not Shangrila.
Taiping was the original capital of Perak before the capital moved to Ipoh and no Perakian is unaware of how the Federal government unscrupously stole the elected government from the citizens of Perak. Perfidy found legitamacy whether royally sanctioned or claimed otherwise.
I will for the next ten days make my fellow Perakians so angry and incensed that they will lay the red carpet for Nizar, the legitimate Menteri Besar of Perak. Are you with me People of Perak.

ReplyDeletemake the Perakians very very angry for being robbed of a legitimate Government and for their Sultan to be wrongly used by UMNO. Not only were the Sultan's marginalised by UMNO (Mahathir 1993), they continue this abuse till now. UMNO now is trying to spin it that PR had menderhaka when in actual fact the derhaka happened in 1993 by Mahathir of UMNO. Rocky Bru is spinning that the by elections is about Anwar against the Sultan, when in actual fact, it is the People of Perak against UMNO and Najib's intended Premiership. The people of Perak are not fools as UMNO likes to think.

ReplyDeleteEhemm.. very interesting but not yet, not so soon. It's a sure uphill battle for Nizar in BG. It's a mix of everything PR is too young to match BN political strategy. PR should learn quickly how they scored the 1st goal (on Bota's man cross to PR) but lost the entire state in just 1 week
ReplyDeleteYes, Nizar is nice man (atleast until he gets to what he wants). My sincere say (if listening to it is not a sin, please listen): we can make changes with minimum risk and damages, eg. lets PAS, DAP unite in the BN and disolve PKR (afterall, Anwar are not going anywhere with it and let him be the sole opposition).
PAS & PKR can correct the current BN wrong doing from inside, provided you'll not get yourself corrupted!!
I got a feeling, Nizar will be history (forgotten) in a very short time period.
