  13. I never was good at writing condolences and almost no one is. They are hard to write and knowing what to say makes it even more difficult. No matter how well you do it, it's going to be painful to read, because that's just the way it is. No words can really help ease the loss at this moment, but we could hold tight to memories for comfort during this trying time of bereavement.

    It was not very long ago that I too was in mourning over the lost of my sister.

    Dear Haris,

    As you comprehend this profound loss, let yourself cry knowing each tear is a note of love rising to the heavens. Take comfort in the knowledge that your cherish memories of your dear mother will give you strength in your endeavours thru the thick and thin of life. May the solace of God help you during this difficult time.

    Our prayer be will you bro.

  15. Dear haris,

    i dedicate this epitaph to you.

    An Epitaph
    by Walter de la Mare

    Here lies a most beautiful lady,
    Light of step and heart was she:
    I think she was the most beautiful lady
    That ever was in the West Country.
    But beauty vanishes; beauty passes;
    However rare, rare it be;
    And when I crumble who shall remember
    This lady of the West Country?

    yours sincerely,

    a member of anak bangsa malaysia

  32. Encik Haris, with all sincere condolences. The journey ahead is long and I am sure the last thing your mum would have wanted last was for you to believe and continue doing what you had gallantly done for the Nation and her people. As they say, this is just but only the end of the beginning. We walk together, share the same ideals and get the hurdles over and done with hand-in-hand.

  43. To Haris:

    I am sorry to know that your mother passed away yesterday.

    I offer my sincere condolences to you and your family and I respectfully attach a link to a poem by Percy Bysshe Shelley here, which is not a sad one about death, but a beautiful one that is meant to be in remembrance and in celebration of one's mortal life.

    I like to imagine that some who leave here go on to be wonderful skylarks who grace a loving God's heavenly skies.

    May your mother rest in God's gentle care and peace.
