Sorry to say sir but i think that by having those three judges RPK's fate has been sealed. The only thing to do now is to ask him not to do those thing'S he said he will do under detention in mt today. Rpk should understand that in three years time there will be another general election and with him still in detention more votes will come to pr.Sad isn't it to see one man willing to sacrifice it all for our betterment. For all it is worth i would be proud to call him my KING. RPK MY RAJA.
While I agree that there must be laws to ensure that the government of the day has the power to prevent major disruption to the Country, the ISA has been used for political purposes. It is also a law which is "over the top" in terms of the power it gives the government.
Hence, it has to be repealed and all people of good will must push for its removal. The application of the ISA to people like RPK and the hindraf people is the pits. One wonders if the people who used that law in these cases have any human feelings.
It is incumbent on all good people to increase their efforts many fold in opposition of the law.
For a start, I hope there is a very large and peaceful turn out of supporters at the Putrajaya Federal court on the 17th morning. All NGO’s, political parties and other organizations must mobilize in support.
If there is a huge, but repeat peaceful, turn out tomorrow morning, I have a feeling it will change the course of events.
Zorro, tell us what can we do ? what shall we do ? We should not be reactive , its time to be proactive ! we will support if it makes sense and is good and can show real results. How can we fight for him ?
Yg Mulia RPK, Yes, you deserve to be addressed as suck. A man of righteousness. A TRUE MUSLIM and MAN OF PRICIPLE. On the other hands there are many YB in BN who do not to be addressed as such. They are no better than the highway robbers. Yes, MAY GOD GRANT YOU THE FREDOM!!! PRAYING FOR YOUR VICTORY TOMORROW. GOD BLESS YU ALL THE WAY!!!
Any RPK supporters going to fast with him if he goes in? Maybe sit outside kamunting and fast brothers, dont leave him alone at his time of need. I can't cos to tell you the truth brothers, I am scared of death, and not as brave as pete. There, I have told you the truth...
Three judges; On earth, they fear the executive In hell, they fear God! Money is the crookeds best friend. They will receive 'justice' when they face God.
I wish RPK the very best of luck. Keep your spirit high, my prayers are with you. Fight the rotten system and justice will prevail.
Truly a sad state of affairs and a damning indictment of the terribly negative perception most M'sians have of our Judiciary.
But, I believe the glass is half full and that no man's efforts to make his country a better one will be forgotten or go to waste. And RPK is right up there where public support, that of the silent majority, is concerned.
I have no doubt that RPK will not fade into obscurity the ISA notwithstanding.
If truth be told and fresh elections were held, RPK will thrash Najib for the PM's post if he were to bid for it. Now, that's telling something, isn't it?
I and millions believe that justice will prevail and champions like RPK will be vindicated. To put things in perspective, just try and remember the odds that were stacked against Ghandhi, Mandela, King and others of that breed!! http://donplaypuks.blogspot.com
You cannot imprison TRUTH nor can you destroy HOPE. Those who respect not Natural Justice will know none in their turn. RPK has already won the moral battle and the hearts of all decent, justice-loving people - not only in Malaysia but throughout the world. RPK has already been granted IMMORTALITY. You cannot kill him even if you blow him up with a nuclear device, Najib Tun Abdul Razak. Yes, the finger of the All-Knowing is pointing at YOU!
Leaving the money factor aside (if it's a factor), the Appeal Judges may find themselves entrapped by the language of the ISA notwithstanding the true intent and spirit of the legilation was meant in the opposite direction. And that means whether our Judes are bold enough to go further than the language in which the ISA was framed. That is sadly lacking among the Malaysian Judges. They are captivated by this Barisan Government to think and decide within the box, no more, no less. There are good laws in as much as bad laws. There are good Judges as well as bad Judges. Unfortunately, the Malaysian Judiciary had taken a bad tailspin since 1988 and we have never recovered. So honestly I am expecting for the worse tomorrow. Depending on who you are, the Malaysian criminal justice now seem to invoke one is presumed guilty, especially more so when you are a vocal critic of this Government. It does not take a legal scholar to be aware of the present system and how it works. Was it not the recently-appointed CJ who was reported to have said he had to bribe some court officials in his days to get his cases listed down for hearing or his files may get misplaced? That alone speaks volume of the Malaysian legal eatablishment and the norm. RPK needs more than laws to help him out of his predicament. He needs BOLD Judges to stand up and be counted. malsia1206
It will be a sad day for all like-minded Malaysians if RPK is sent back to Kamunting again. This is one hell of a sicko country...run by corrupted dogs and bitches. The judiciary is sick, the police force is sick, the politicians are sicker.... Hello, is anyone home minding the fort? What are you doing about the economy? Instead, all they care about is party hopping, by-elections....Gee whiz....what a lucky country we are leaving behind for our future generations.
I shed a tear reading your message, but do not blame you for how you feel the last few months to this point, with the the ongoing "Gutter Political" charade developing in this great nation after your "Sacrifices & Struggles" for our Barisan Rayaat's Anak Bangsa Malaysia cause.
I share your "Grief" at this point & NONE of us could ever have "SURVIVED" all the unfair "Injustices, Harrassments, Imprisonment & Sufferings" that the "Powers-that-be" have imposed on you & Marina & family.
You & your great League of Defence lawyers have researched & done your "Best" against the "Opressors", so let us all pray & let Allah do the rest.
Pet, have faith in Allah for He will "Bless & Protect" you this morning with your court case.
I am confident that through "Devine Intervention" today, the "Opressors" will "FAIL" & Allah will ensure "Justice" will be done.
Allah's anointed "Defenders of Truth, Justice, Freedom & Equality" will prevail, Insha'Allah.

Dear Unc Zorro, Sorry to say, but we have to accept the reality today that anywhere we go on earth, money talks gets priority. A CLEAN government can never hold office for a decade or even 11 months. Therefore, we need many more Zorro and Batman to crusade for the Nation.
The government has moved into another phase. A phase of desperation thinking they can shut Malaysian's up and those who speak for us. Some may have noticed before that in TDM's time, there was a totally different approach of entrancing the people. Making Malaysian's proud of having the then tallest building, the most sophisticated airport etc., etc. Many were then, and even now caught unaware that the electronic media known as TV was used to swing attention away from what matters. Many were entranced by Hindi movies, then reality shows and blind propaganda. Sad to say, the Malays in particular fell for all of this, hook, line and sinker. Putting aside all other activities to follow "Akademi Fantasia". People were more concerned about what was going to happen on the next series of Survivor than what was happening to the country and its economy. It was all about shifting the attention of the public and hell it worked. If you will, delve into the history of Spanish Football and you will see a perfect example. Football was used to stomp out a revolution and is until now the main, if not only interest of the Spanish community. But I believe that is history now, Malaysian are a more aware and caring lot when it comes to what is happening around us. Little did we care much before when a child went missing. Never did we know nor care before when our leaders made unwise decisions that would eventually backfire on the people. Many more will be victims of this act of desperation by the government. But, little do they realise that it may in the end backfire upon themselves. Long live the internet... (Next thing you know, they'll ban blogs)
A good leader Stand the pebbles throwing The dirt and lime and all of it If a leader can’t take it Where is the fighting spirit?
Telling others to stay and fight For the cause of justice and fairness When the chips are down A leader shouldn’t run
Stay on and fight Character assassination Pouring rain unnaturally Prepared for the onslaught Fight it to the finish
When values are broken When morality hijacked When honesty trampled on A leader should stay Fight the ground Let no other innocents Get caught up in the spiral Of rats hiding in the holes
As I am writing this two judges are deciding whether to bring in the third so that they may all join the select club of all those previous judges before them who decided that Nelson Mandela, Gandhi and Jesus Christ were indeed a threat to peace and the security of their nation.
Nelson Mandela, Gandhi and Jesus were all tried and found guilty. Two were incarcerated and the third crucified.
The MSM of the day would have called them all sorts of things and the majority of the people of the time went along with the decision.
They all, by their silence, decided Mandela, Gandhi and Jesus were guilty of the crimes they were tried under and they all submitted to the punishment metted out by their incarcerators.
I can imagine what I would have done or been doing if I had lived during the times of Jesus. I might not even have bothered to go for his trial and subsequent crucifixion.
I would have gone about doing my own thing, living out my live. If I was bothered at all I might have tried to find out what his crime was and then settled for "the leaders and judges know best"!
What did I do about pleading for Mandela who remained in incarceration even during my life time. Honestly, I did not even bother to read the book on him.
And we are all supposed to be sorry for the Palestinians!!
Well, I shall take the attitude the Malaysian Government wants me to take.
Israel is a legitimate government. Hamas is not, even if they were elected by the people. How can they when they continue to subscribe to the methods that illegitmate groups do?
AS the Malaysian Government wants me to accept the verdict on Raja Petra, so I shall also accept the decision of the Israeli government to do what they did last month.
If I am supposed to accept the abuse that the Malaysian Government is venting on Raja Petra, how can I, in the same breath even utter the name of Mandela, Gandhi and Jesus?
After all were they all not also doing what Raja Petra has been doing? eing a pain in the neck to authority?
Bernard and "original Old Fart"...sory, never intended to emulate you if that's what you think. Happened to be an older guy and like the sound of it so got using it in all my postings. I have prayed for the best for RPK.
