DO I QUALIFY TO BE ARRESTED?

YES, I QUALIFY.

The Special Branch has sufficient evidence to arrest me.

They have even called out “Hello Zorro” at a demonstration to get my particulars.

They know that I participated in all the major street protests.

They know that I have spoken at Vigils.

They know that I missed the vigil in PJ on 9 November 08.

They know that I was not amongst the 23 arrested because I was with YB Lim Kit Siang and Din Merican to kick-off the Ipoh vigil.

They know that I helped initiate the Seremban Vigil.

They know that I “gate-crashed” the Hari Raya Open House.

They know that I was at Rasa for the Hindu power prayers.

They know that I was at Permatang Pauh to campaign for Pakatan Rakyat.

They know that I was in Kuala Terengganu for 14 days to walk with PAS.

They know that I was at the vigil in Kamunting Kem with GMI.

They know that I took part in the demo in Kamunting on Hari Raya.

YES, I AM OVER-QUALIFIED!

AS SUCH,

CAN I GIVE MYSELF UP TO THE POLICE TOMORROW AT THE PJ COURT?

I WANT TO DO THIS TO TAKE THE PLACE OF FATHER PAULINO.

THERE IS A CRITICAL SHORTAGE OF PRIESTS. HE HAS 3000 SHAH ALAM PARISHIONERS TO TAKE CARE OF.

IS IT ALLOWABLE TO TRADE PLACES WITH FATHER PAULINO, SORT OF LIKE A BARTER TRADE?

UPDATED 21 JAN 09, 5:40PM

On Friday at 9:00AM 23 of my friends including Fr. Paulino will be charged at the PJ Sessions Court for taking part in the vigil on the eve of Bersih Anniversary.

Come in force.

Make a commitment, bring your friends. Be at the Court compound by 8:00AM

Wear your Anti-ISA tees.

  3. Malaysian Applican't... some of us IMPLODE & some of us EXPLODE when confronted with such a classic example of SUBHUMAN IDIOCY COMPOUNDED WITH TOYOL MALICE (as can be evinced from looking at Syed Hamid Albar's fat face & observing his every despicable/laughable inept act). Personally I just wanna rent a pair of heavy-duty JACKBOOTS & kick dis bodoh baboon's arse from here to eternity & back. But that STILL leaves us with that musang-faced Musa Hassan & greasehead Gani Patail... GODDAM TOO MANY BN BUTTS TO KICK! So let's do the most powerful thing unarmed citizens can do. AT 2:00PM 22 JAN 2009 VOW TO NEVER AGAIN ALLOW SUCH EVIL MEN TO RULE US & INSIST THAT THEY SURRENDER CONTROL OF OUR BELOVED LAND TO A PAKATAN RAKYAT GOVERNMENT LED BY ANWAR IBRAHIM NOT IN 3 YEARS TIME.... BUT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!!!!

  4. Can anyone be arrested exercising one's right in Bolehland? The answer is an obvious YES!
How do we reason with a HM Minister who has only shit in his head.
Never shall the rakyat forget if there is a change of govt, this Botak mongrel, shall be the first to be put behind bars...for his own protection!
It is really laughable, when the PM in waiting is calling for a change in UMNO to be people friendly...what a f##king hypocrite!

No. Mostly SIG....I go to church because I NEED TO and not because I HAVE to. I am thus categorised as not a very good Catholic...non-practising....lapsed....whatever.But I know HE understands.

  7. Hi Zorro I am indeed very touched by your article. I shed my tears when I read it and I called my wife to read it to her as well and I could hardly read it to her because I am sad and angry at the same time thinking of all those SLIME BALLS. I am from Melaka but I attended the Seremban vigil where I saw you but did not get a change to know you. However I appreciate what you and the other Barisan Rakyat bloggers are doing and may God bless and keep all of you all safe. I pray that God will also take good care of Fr. Paulino and all our other 22 brothers and sisters who are to be charged and may justice prevail.

  8. chin lang, i know wot u mean and your sacrifice is great. but if sb knows all, there would be about 200 to feed and write reports on not just the 23. i mean at least 6500 tshirts went out on the streets not counting the bloggers tshirts etc. so have they room for all?

    ReplyDelete
  9. Err...not for me to judge u though if i ever know u personally i may kaypoh-kaypoh in asking u to go church even if d reason 4 going appears hypocritical ;-)

in any case it is u who categorise urself into whatever Catholic boxes that u have in mind ;-)

fyi, Fr Paulino helps take care of a dying priest for a couple of months just after his ordination by being stationed in the parish of the old priest...I'm not sure how it was for him but i guess it is part and parcel of family, whether blood family or spiritual family to bear the cross of taking care of those who are sick or dying.

    Cheers

  10. @Aint No Zorro But...

Nobody ever said the new team would be perfect. But at least you hear about their stupidities in the mainstream media. Such blatant incidence of racism is everyday fare in the BN state governments, do you read about it anywhere in the mainstream media?
A piece of advice, remain critical and read real media, not hidden propagandists.

  12. I am so sorry that you good people are being bullied and persecuted in this despicable way by the Government and the police and being put into these dreadful situations.

Why bother with the non-existent bogey of hudud when you have right now in the here and now, a mad Government, a brutal PRDM and the ISA!

The only way you can overcome all the current irrelevant nonsense and madness plaguing you is if the Rakyat stop tolerating the nonsense/madness and kow-towing to cheap pathethic bullies.

They can persecute and bully and arrest 1, 2, 3 or 23 or 123 or even 1,123 of you perhaps but maybe not 11,123 or 111,123 or 1,111,123.

So I suggest lots of you aaBM wise up and unite against the nonsense, madness and bullying and go along, unarmed and peacefully, to this Court or to the Home Ministry or to that next light vigil and OFFER yourselves to be arrested under whatever bad, immoral, opportunistic illegal nonsensical legislation the UMNO/BN-bullies wish to use against you, if Father Paulino or Zorro or one more of you good, innocent bloggers or citizens is persecuted and bullied from now on.

My hat's off to you Zorro for this post. You are a brave and inspiring sort, and someone who is helping to make one of those non- small and important catalytic differences.

May God guide you and the 23 aaBM being charged today and keep you all safe.

  19. Bernard,

They are charging all of us on Friday 23rd January 9am at PJ Sessions Court. You may want to amend the information in your posting.

The date was changed becuase some of us couldnt make it and there were concerns as to whether all of us could make bail on time if they charge in the afternoon.

  25. Hi Zorro

Just went over to Malaysia Today and one of the posting entitled "Catholic Priest To Be Charged For Taking Part In BERSIH Rally" by Debra Chong, The Malaysian Insider.

I thought that he was cautioned for the Anti-ISA vigil? Why link it to the BERSIH Rally? The BERSIH Rally was in KL not PJ.

What game is Debra Chong trying to play? Or for that matter the intention of The Malaysian Insider? Sowing seed of discontent? Or justification for some other operation?

This looks like a malacious intention of the writer for something sinister.

Hope you can elaborate on this.

    Thank you and best regards.

  26. Stand firm brother. Their days are numbered and they are still living in a daydream. Revenge will be sweet when the time comes and we see them going to jail one by one. Some may run away to other countries with their stolen wealth. Others will walk around with their heads hung low in shame.
