  2. After 55 days of incarceration at Kamunting, RPK taste the luxury of a Rolls ride for a change. He deserve to savour every minute of that ride. Thanks to the good samaritan owner for that gesture. Better than letting Botak Menteri soil the leather seat I suppose.

  4. I hope the vigils won't stop now that RPK has been released. There are still about 60 humans in there, and the release of one is a big win for all like-minded humans.

    RPK, welcome back home.

  5. The ISA is now more seen not to detain those whom the Act was meant for when it was drafted during the Communist insurgency. This Government is repeatedly seen to use the Act more to protect the murderers and corrupt leaders when they are likey to get exposed by brave men and women stepping in the line of fire. Suddenly, you find the heroes becoming the villians. And the guilty get off scott free with the protection of ISA. That is really ironic. In Malaysia, now you have a situation where the lone white sheep is surrounded by a flock of dirty black sheep. Ask Teresa Kok and RPK. Ask the Sin Chew reporter. Were they all seen brandishing AK-47s in Sungai Wang and 1 Utama the last few weekends? Or exposives strapped on their chests and bosoms attemptng to enter UMNO Building, Petronas Twin Towers or Putrajaya? Botak Menteri must be labouring under some security complex.

  6. Naga, the vigil will continue to drive home the total Abolition of the ISA. The vigil was not only for release of RPK, but for the release of all detainees.

  7. zorro,

what's next now since RPK is released?
Do we still continue the vigil in PJ this sunday, the 9th Nov.?

I think the momentum is building up and it should still continue for the sake of other detainees.

We should also continue to protest against other unjust and unfair Govt action.

We have attended 4 vigils and we want to continue.
    please advise.

  8. Kudos to Gerry Ng for his magnanimous gesture. RPK needs more people like you who care for fighters like him. Malaysians are opposed to all the mafia goons in the BN who use ISA for their own political survival.

Let's all give a hand to RPK and his fellow bloggers like, zorro, Haris, Din Merican, the dandelions, etc to spread the word for the abolishment of the dreaded ISA.

Keep the candle light vigil an on-going affair until all the detainees are realesed unconditionally.

  10. Zorro,

RPK's release was a great joy and relief to many of us. Even for those who have never met him before.

After reading the statement that the Gomen might appeal the court's decision, it brought a swell in my throat.

Shove those killjoys with jackhammers till they die laughing. Candles will be lit for every dead jackasses.

  11. This is a glorious and just culmination of the fight by all the good and uprighteous people of Malaysia to express their hatred for an diabolical act by the UMNO goons in the cabinet; nay, it is not the culmination but the fight is only just the beginning for all the peace-loving people in Malaysia. We vow not to forget this dark episode of RPK's,Teresa Kok's and the reporter's detention come the PRU13. Mark our words, and hail to all brave people of Malaysia!

WHY Razak Baginda, the fall guy, with no further obstacles or hindrances in sight for Nargis in his ascending to the Top Power, has now been released??? The real murderers whose identities are obvious but are still at large, with RPK detained under ISA but just released and PI Balasundram exiled overseas there are no other major obstacles and hindrances to Nargis’ ascendancy to the pinnacle of his power come March 2009. This is only obvious that UMNO has now the final say in justice with their man Zaki as the Chief Justice. This is the obvious Justice of Malaysia, the laughing stock of the whole world, Malaysia should be boycotted by the world communities for their greatest injustices towards human rights and common normal justices. THIS IS MALAYSIA’S MALAY SUPREMACY AT ALL COSTS BUT GOING DOWN THE SEWERS WITH THE NEW PRIME MINISTER IN WAITING NARGIS AFTER THE 51ST YEAR OF INDEPENDENCE.

  13. Hi zorro,
Joy and celebrations seem to be in the air now that RPK is free to continue his campaign for a free Malaysian society without the ISA and racial or religious prejudice.

All true Malaysians, anak-anak Bangsa Malaysia are celebrating but I have not heard any of the lapdogs of the UMNO from the MCA, GERAKAN, MIC, UPKO, PBS, SUPP and the other kucing kurap component parties showing their support for the repeal of the ISA.

What a bunch of useless, selfish and neutered morons? Everyone of the leaders of those parties should be shown the exit in the next GE.
