I don't like what I read in Malaysiakini. The Federal Court today threw out the appeal by Anwar Ibrahim’s former speech-writer, who was seeking to remit his sodomy charge to the KL High Court so that he could argue his case. And Zaki sat with two others over this case. I have read enough about this UMNO kaki and I am getting jaki about this ZAKI despite his acceptance speech. I have been foxed too often in the past by promises and growling chest-thumpings. I am cynical and that is putting it mildly. Once associated with UMNO, the cancer cells grows and no amount of chemo-promises can change things judiciary-wise. Forked-tongue! Heard of this I am sure. If the legal eagles cannot be convinced here (read Kim Quek' take on Zaki) and here who else can?
Bar Council President Datuk Ambiga says to give him a chance......fat chance I say.
fat chance.....ha ha ha....
ReplyDeleteIt was a fucking kangaroo court which had already made up its mind before the trial. This is a farce, an insult to the judiciary. This is Umno's court. Zorro, pse dont waste time with these mutts and morons.
ReplyDeletenstman....where lah u disappeared for some time....you got an imposter too I believe.
ReplyDeleteI get a hard on whenever I target these mutts and morons. Keeps the andrelin pumping and that is good for my pressure. Cheers lah.
I am in a charitable mood today. Let's give him the benefit of doubt. We wait for tomorrow's decision of Altantuya trial. See if we can sniff him out in the decision. Before you start preparing your Fart Chamber for a new candidate.
ReplyDeleteZorro, on my last count, I had about 20 imposters. But you can distinguish the imposters by their fractured English. In the meantime, fight on. Continue the struggle against stupidity, idiocy, hypocrisy. Continue the struggle against Umno mutts. Cheers. Beers on me.
ReplyDeleteYes, it appears that the new CJ is applying "Malaysian Logic" as expressed by MightyDonkeyKong in this posting:
ReplyDeleteAnwar was accused of sodomizing Sukma and Munawar. Anwar and Sukma have been acquitted of sodomy-related charges due to inconsistencies in the prosecution (and not to mention, the tampering and fabrication of evidence during the 1999 trials).
However, poor Munawar's conviction of being sodomized still stands.
Sodomized by who? If Munawar's conviction stays, that means Anwar is still guilty of sodomy. And that would mean that Sukma should also still be considered a sodomite.
But this is Malaysian logic at work. The sodomizer and sodomizee #1 have been cleared of sodomy charges, but sodomizee #2 isn't. Maybe the revised charge should read that sodomizee #2 (Munawar) was sodomized by Orang Bunian or Orang Halus.
Absolutely no way a tiger can change its stripe or put it another way--monkeys can't be human.
ReplyDeleteabdullah scratch zaki....zaki will know who to scratch...this is life in bolehland
ReplyDelete27 milliom people gave the PM a full SIX years. They had given him more than many chances. What makes the Bar Council President thinks this one specific chance would make all the difference? Especially after when some prominent Minister had resigned from his post only a month earlier. Typical Malaysian attitude. Hope for the best and pray your hearts out.

Zaki will still be a BN LACKEY,
ReplyDeleteWhatever his intoxicating words.
Zaki is no friend of the Judiciary,
He is only a kaki of racist UMNO
If a leopard can change its spots,
then perhaps we would see true and fair Zaki.
Nothing like announcing loud and clear which side he's on in his first sitting. He knows real well that the first asslick is the sweetest.
ReplyDeleteIf you arse him to bare his chest, you'll find that red logo branded from nipple to nipple with a hot iron.
Let's see if he'll be blessed with a coronary bypass soon. We might get lucky with a pass-on bypass.
Hey, NSTman, you thinks your england very good, meh. I is a graduate in Malayasian university and I thinks my england as good as you. dont be proud. Pride come after a fall. You bodoh.
ReplyDeleteIn truth, Anwar and Munawar were sodomised by the Judiciary. Not only that, the judiciary has mugged, gang-raped, sodomised whatever is left of our discredited courts. Half-baked lawyers are being churned out in our local universities. Lawyers who cant even talk simple english and cant even draft simple affidavits are being let loose in courts. We have zombie lawyers who are elevated to the Bench. If that is not a recipe for the destruction of our judiciary, I dont know what is. In the meantime, there is nothing we can do. In the meantime, let's drink beer. What say you Zorro.
ReplyDelete"Don't cry for me, Altantuya..."
ReplyDeleteMalaysians with a heart for justice will cry for you. We're sorry, Dr Shaaribuu.
Let's be realistic here. He's an Umno card carrier and he was appointed by the chief of Umno, over many others who were more qualified than him as we all know. It's obvious that he's put there for a purpose and that's to keep the shit thrown by the Umnoputras from hitting the fan. I wouldn't even give him the benefit of the doubt. He is and will always be an Umno man. He'll take care of his political masters well. No doubt about it. The question is, what can we do about it? You can forget about cleaning up the judiciary. It will not happen while Umno is still in power.

ReplyDeleteIs outcome of Munawar's appeal indicative of what we can expect from Zaki Azmi...new Boss of the Malaysian Judiciary
Chief Justice Zaki Azmi beginning to throw his true colours...
Will he be able to be INDEPENDENT of UMNO and his past friends, and be able to be concerned only with justice...
Will he be a progressive judge only concerned with JUSTICE - not fearful of developing the law so that justice be done...or will he just remain a tool of UMNO and his 'old friends'.
Also noted that Zaki Azmi was a businessman with involvement in a string of companies - and if so, he must recuse himself from any case involving those companies and/or related companies or even companies whereby his once fellow member of the Board of Directors or management is involved.

We cannot afford to abandon all hope people! The pig farmers appeal decision, Munawar, Irene, Razak Baginda.....and more to come, that is clear. Keep the faith against the tactics of the dark lords of the underworld!
ReplyDeleteThe leopard of many spots
ReplyDeleteHe doesn’t tolerate insubordination
With his face covered with a black mask
He lashes his people to follow his ways
Nobody against his domain
He wants to be in absolute control
Anybody who tries to say otherwise
In dungeon waiting in hell
The kangaroo court
How low the judiciary must go?
Giving out judgements on certain cases
Letting the earlier judgements flawed?
It stands to reason
Afraid to acquit in law
When the major players got back their dignity
This one isn’t allowed to gain his respectability
Surely the learned skills in law
The judges must have read the past judgements
Unless history of past cases can’t be counted
They decided this one mustn’t go away
Let his name stuck with his crime
With whom nobody could say
Latest news....Razak Baginda acquitted! Huh? A murder accomplish acquitted for lack of evidence by the prosecution team? Fukk! All out of the same pot! This Zaki fellow was sure enough put there at the appropriate time. Next, it will be acquittal for that 2 killing special branch morons. Justice at play in its best form...only in Bolehland!
ReplyDeleteFYI, 2 things are happening in Malaysia.
ReplyDelete1. Malaysia-Today is again not accessible !
2. Razak Baginda has been found NOT GUILTY in the Altantuya murder case !
Zorro,
ReplyDeleteHe has proven his worth..
Now you can prepare your Fart Chamber for the latest candidate.
peng, that umno goon is certainly fart chamber material, without a doubt!
ReplyDeleteYes all, Malaysia Today if being blocked again. Najis just want to make sure no more hiccup now that they are almost on the home stretch. Last thing he wants is some more explosive insider news being exposed on MT.
