PAK LAH! YOU HAVE INSULTED OUR KING...BUT FORTUNATELY, TWO TOWERING MALAYSIANS SAVED THE DAY FOR US.

Two of your mainstream media the New Straits Times and the Star trumnpeted your insults to our King. The NST screamed: "Don't Drag The King Into This." and the sycophant Star, as though getting a privileged information from God declared that "Opposition trying to drag King into Politics". That's a capital INSULT. Our king cannot be so easily DRAGGED. He is our King. He cannot be so easily influenced as you inferred. Are you saying that our King should only listen to you and your BN cohorts. He will not listen to people who have stolen votes from the people. He will not listen to your people who used unregistered voters as phantom votes. The King is aware of the chicanery of the BN government. Even before the Yellow Wave came to him he had already indicated that he will accept the petition of the people.

WE ELECTED YOU PEOPLE TO SERVE US!

WE TALKED TO YOU AND YOUR MPs.

THEY REFUSED TO LISTEN TO US.

THEY PUT OBSTACLES BEFORE US.

YOUR PEOPLE CALLED US NAMES, LIKE LIARS, MONKEYS, BODOH, GOBLOKS.

YOU TOO WILL NOT LISTEN TO US

US WHO ELECTED YOU.

SO WHO ELSE DO WE TURN TO?

INVARIABLY TO THE ONLY ONE WHO WILL LISTEN.

OUR KING.

AND YOU INSULTED HIM THROUGH YOUR MEDIA.

WE THE COMMON PEOPLE DEMAND THAT YOU APOLOGISE TO OUR KING.

DAULAT TUANKU, DAULAT TUANKU, DAULAT TUANKU.

But whilst you all insulted our King two TOWERING MALAYSIANS, despite their infirmities joined the Yellow Wave without fear of the force you mustered to cow us into submission. The above is an unidentified Malaysian who belonged to the group of Malaysians, your MP Badruddin said was cursed by God. Here this brave Malaysian proved that he/she is blessed by God. Blessed because he/she was brave. Only the brave are blessed by God......and your MPs used the immunity afforded by Parliament to insult such people. Please remind Badruddin that we have not forgotten and it will be another event.....a wheeled event. He has to wait and sweat a bit.....but it is coming.

His name is Amri. He is from Shah Alam

Quote:

" Amri, it was an honour to walk with you."
- Haris Ibrahim of "People's Parliament"

From Jeff Ooi ("Screenshots"):

"....One of the most touching pictures I have seen of the BERSIH rally is this of Amri, from Shah Alam. Physically challenged on the leg, Amri bore responsibility on the shoulders.

That's Anak Bangsa
Malaysia for you."

From Haris Ibrahim ("People's Parliament")

" ... To all those who did NOT attend the rally and march yesterday because you thought that there would be NO need to as you were sure there would be others to make up the numbers, you owe a big ‘Thank You’ to Amri of Shah Alam.

He bore YOUR responsibility on HIS shoulders...."

So also the unidentified Malaysian, above:

Two commenters on my previous blog considered the Yellow Wave a waste of time. Think again brothers.

I NOW sincerely believe that if you were here you would be also amongst the Yellow Wave. Thank you brother and I apologise if I over-reacted over your comment.

  4. Zorro dun let it bother you...those arse-'oles (opps...i mean..ummmm.....NOs!!) are permanently brain damaged; and psychologists will say they project too much.

Since they are ermmm....mentally impaired? They feel everyone else is equally impaired.

Since they are crooks and criminals - WHY!!

EVERYONE else too MUST be the same and therefore can be BOUGHT, right?

    That is "ummmm....NO" for you!

Our current Sultans and Rulers are indeed Great..and I absolutely swear my allegiance to them

I never used to feel much..of anything..let alone patriotism - when singing Negara Ku in my school days but

NOW you know; my throat feels a huge lump when I come to singing our anthem...and sh..iiitt I get choked up.

Our Malaysia is WORTH fighting for

Our Rights are WORTH standing up for

Those Msians (even on MM's site) who complained the Yellow March caused them hours in the jam?

Let me reiterate this to you:

If you can NOT sacrifice a few hours of your life NOW; how can you answer to YOUR kids and their kids when their future has been all squandered??

I never wanted to be part of History.

I only wanted to be Malaysian.

I only wanted to live in peace and harmony.

But if History is forced upon us, we must make some sacrifices so that we can answer to our Children, "YES I did TRY to make a difference for you"

Hey and you know what? I have NO kids and I think this way; what more Msians with kids??

  5. First it was Nazri...the more he talked..the more he looked foolish..then we had Zam..always mouthing rubbish...I thought that was all...then Mr AAB followed. Sometimes I wish he would just shut up. He must be nuts to insult the King. A King has the right to meet all his rakyat, regardless of political affiliations. How can a PM be so shallow in thoughts.

  7. the 'unidentified woman in the wheelchair' is irene fernandez, director of tenaganita, a famous name everyone knows via her longest court case.

well it was not the papers that threw the insult but the persons behind the sayings. they were the one who insulted the king BUT the papers, being govt. controlleed of course had to parrot what the leaders said.

  9. Bro, obviously you didn't read my follow-up comment in response to yours in the last posting. I reproduce here:

"Zorro Bro, don't misunderstand, I didn't mean the effort and walk was a waste of time at all - I only agreed with anon 8.08 about question of the effectiveness of giving the petition to the king - we know how things work around here...and I did say I hope I was wrong.

Of course you guys did a tremendous job and a big sacrifice in braving the rain and the police

something to the effect.." i dont know, my people has to brief me...". he doesnt know when arbitration has started? by the time he knows, half the country of ours is gone!
by the way, I have not read this myself and I will stand corrected if this is not true. can someone verify this, please for the benefit of all malaysians.

  13. It is very normal for Badawi to reply "I do not know ...". Badawi was himself when he answered "I do not know". So what is wrong with that. Surely, we cannot expect Badawi to be someone else.

Badawi is just a Mr Blurr.

  15. Hi Uncle B,

You know, as much as I respect your (and all the readers of this blog) views, beliefs and actions, I would like to point one thing out...

With utmost respect, a statement like this: " ... To all those who did NOT attend the rally and march yesterday because you thought that there would be NO need to as you were sure there would be others to make up the numbers, you owe a big ‘Thank You’ to Amri of Shah Alam.

He bore YOUR responsibility on HIS shoulders....
    "

Is very unfair...Just because people don't act the way you do (generally speaking) does not give any one the right to 'talk down' or to be patronising...

I agree things need to be done and issues addressed, but every person has a different way of doing things and of dealing with things...Just because they act differently does not make them 'less worthy', which is the picture I get (and this ain't the first time)...

This is no different from someone who says "I feel the best way to change the world is to get stoned because then you would forget your troubles and won't bother other people. People who use other methods of dealing with problems are just cowards. Please say 'thank you' to the people who get stoned because they are ston-ing on your behalf too"...

Sounds ridiculous? Well it is...But the point here is, just because we do things differently, does not make it wrong...

I like what Jeff Ooi said though: "....One of the most touching pictures I have seen of the BERSIH rally is this of Amri, from Shah Alam. Physically challenged on the leg, Amri bore responsibility on the shoulders. That's Anak Bangsa Malaysia for you "

He is talking about spirit, about being touched...Anyone seeing this picture would have felt the same, whether or not it is for a rally or if Amri is walking to school...It is the look of determination to get a job done; firm, cool and determined...

An Anak Bangsa Malaysia stands up for what he/she believes in, and what he/she thinks is right...

But we live in a diverse world. There is no one right, nor one single belief...

And anyone can relate to that. Kudos Amri!
