Prickly, so what?

Hantu just flew in at 2.22am Thursday, and dropped this wasabe bombshell, Pak Lay- Hsien Loon's durian party cost RM26k and it had to be flown in from Penang, 200 bigi according to Kwong Wah Jit Poh. Sometimes I just cannot rely on Hantu......because of his fetish about sushi and wasabe. Somebody help please.

  1. Pak Lah you are starting a dangerous precedent. Next time come durian season Hsien Loong whould sheepishly call on you but this time he would suggest a visit to the Kek Lok Si temple, just like the people who suddenly and conveniently realised that they have relatives in the kampungs during durian season.

  3. Zorro,
Bodoh lah the morons... the best durians are all near Taiping.. in Batu Kurau to be exact...called D- 24 or "durian ganga" but then as long as RM26K spent... then it is money spent well by Pak Lah to feed and promote "lulian mah" to our bossum pals from the south. Like our neighbours never tasted our 'exotic' fruit before ?...sheeesh ! Still I'd like to know who the supplier from Penang is lah...any idea ? eerrh..or relative ?

  4. My dear Zorro,

A client of mine (clever one this one!), dropped by the office yesterday and made a remark about this picture. This is what he said -

"it looks like Pak Lah is the durian seller and Hsien Loon is the buyer!"

How deep the statement was in my opinion.

On a lighter note, I am sorry to have missed the mee rebus session again this week. My table in the office is not looking too good with piles of unsorted tasks. We catch up real soon ok?

  5. hey Mr Khoo, where and how often do you meet for mee rebus ?

When i am in KL next I'll drop by and join you. I'll bring along a bottle of glenmorangie (duty free of course) and we can get stuck into it too.

  6. HSingh....mee rebus is on Tuesdays now at Maria Samad's house.

The single malt can be consumed on Wednesdays or Fridays at National Press Club...or maybe by the time you hit KL we would already be at our National Alliance of Bloggers (All Blogs) own clubhouse in Damansara Heights. Shout when you arrive.
