SUNDAY is normally a day of rest, a day that I allow the hours to just roll by and catch up with my favorite magazine, Off the Edge. Today however was slightly different. After a compulsory lunch at Dish Deli in Solaris in anticipation of MaryN's birthday, I joined the Special Bunch who were invited by Datuk Kamarul to his open-house. After lunch, I enticed Shanghai and Hawkeye to come over to polish off some beers that has been in the ice-box untouched for 2 days. Never leave your beers for more than 2 days in the refrigerator. that is good advice, I tell ya? Why? Why ask too many questions, especially on a Sunday.
In between we agreed that the three Ali(s) - Hassan Ali, Ibrahim Ali, and Azmin Ali would be a powerful trio - form a new party, and for good measure if they prefer to be a quartet, rope in Mustafa Ali......dang, rope in all the Alis. That would be fun....but no Babas please. Let it be pure unadulterated Ali.
