We have the longest, biggest, tallest but inside it is all gangrene.Festering sores, but the powers that be close one eye. They are more busy covering their ass and the usual one-up-man-ship. The shit has hit the fan because the whole civil service is a land-fill.I hope nobody brand us as a stink-hole.

Well, how about "Borrow Land". And it's got to do with NTR going to RDC to get FDIs into IDR. Basically, we are borrowing money, right? People invest with ROIs in mind, either monetarily or in kind.
